Guy without arms and legs. Stories of people who did not give up no matter what

Until a certain time, Kanae was an unknown girl, but at one fine moment she got married, and this changed her life. Even today she does not have any sports or any other achievements, does not write books, does not act in films and does not do anything outstanding, but many people know her. This woman is liked by those who know her, and those who do not know her. Who is Miyahra Kanae? The history of her popularity will begin even before her birth and will not be associated with her, but about everything - in order!

future husband

This whole story began back in 1982 in the city of Melbourne. On December 4, a son was born in a family of Serbian emigrants. His birth shocked his parents, because he was without arms and legs. All he had was a piece of foot with two toes. About three years later, Miyahara Kanae was born. The parents of these children experienced completely different emotions. Armless and legless boy Nick Vuychich learned to walk, write, swim, play on the computer and ride a skateboard with his foot.

His life could not be called simple, at the age of 8 he wanted to drown himself in the bathroom, but he could not, he did not want his parents to blame themselves for what had happened all his life. Who would have thought that these children would be united by so many in the future?

Years passed and Nick graduated from Griffith University in Brisbane. Today he is known all over the world as a preacher and motivator, he traveled to 64 countries and spoke at universities, schools and various organizations. He writes books and takes part in TV shows. At this stage, he lives in the USA, in California.

Miyahara Kanae is the wife of Nick Vujicic. The story of their love is incredible, it touches the hearts of millions of people and inspires hope for the best.

Childhood Kanae Vuychich

The girl was born on December 22, 1985 or 1986. The exact date of birth of Kanae Miyahara is not indicated anywhere. It is only known that they and Nick are about 3 years apart. This girl never aspired to publicity, and therefore there is very little information about her.

Kanae's father is Japanese and her mother is Mexican. Her dad was in love with Mexico, with its nature. He wanted to always be in her environment, so he opened his own business related to agriculture. That's how he met Kanae's mother, she worked in his office. Their theme was a common hobby: they collected coins and postage stamps. We talked a lot and realized that we needed each other. The young family decided to stay in Mexico, where their daughter was born. Kanae Miyahara is Mexican by nationality.

Dad prepared his own traditional Japanese dishes, and even as adults, the children still observed some Japanese traditions. His father died when Kanae was 18 years old. At that time, her sister lived in America and invited her and her younger brother to move in with her.

After moving

In the new place, the girl had to go through a lot. She was very young, and after the loss of her father, she felt completely devastated. She lost everything: the house was sold, friends were left in the past, her father's business was lost. The girl needed hope and love.

Speaking about the biography of Kanae Miyahara, it is impossible not to draw a parallel with Nick's life. At the age of 9, he envied everyone who could walk with a girl by the hand, he often thought about his future and whether someone could love him. He sometimes fell in love, but did not show his feelings in any way and thought that he would spend his life as a bachelor. At 19, he began to build a relationship with a girl, but they were both young and decided to wait. After 4 years of waiting, they parted, fear settled in Nick's heart that he would never meet his soul mate.

Kanae and Nick's first meeting

After moving to America, Kanae met with a guy, and everything seemed to be fine, but only up to a certain stage. It seemed to her that she could not find in her partner what she needed.

That was until she met Nick. He says that it was love at first sight, they first met at Kanae's boss's house, then he met her and her sister. He had never heard such names before, and they seemed to him exactly the same in appearance, but he quickly figured it out.

The next day, Nick spoke in college, in a hall where only 18 people were present, and saw a divine woman rise upstairs, the most beautiful he had ever seen. At that moment, it even seemed to him that he had arms and legs. Real fireworks exploded inside it. He was able to talk to her, and when she left, it seemed to him that his soul had gone with her. He wanted to scream for her not to leave, but he remained silent. Since then, they could not forget each other. Today, people ask him how long they're going to stay together, and he says, "Forever!"

Relationships tested by circumstances

The girl at that time was different. She was impressed by Nick, some kind of strong connection arose between them, it seemed to her that they had known each other all their lives, but she had a boyfriend.

They haven't seen Nick for three months, but their feelings haven't changed.

Kanae is a smart girl, she always treats people with a soul, she saw Nick in everyday life and understood that she would have to help him in many ways, but this did not frighten her. It seemed that even then she understood what it meant to have a guy like Nick. His parents asked her what would happen if she had a child like Nick? She answered that they would love him just like all other children, and he would have a good example before his eyes that every person can live happily.

This is how the personal life of Kanae Miyahara developed. In 2011, Nick lost his savings. Due to the financial crisis, he had to borrow money from his parents. The motivational speaker could not eat or sleep, cried like a child, and could not get out of a state of panic and stress. He was not sure if she would want to build a relationship with him now. He was completely devastated, but still had to tell his girlfriend the truth. She only replied that he should not worry so much, she could find a second job to support him. And she did not leave him in such a situation.

An offer of marriage

When Miyahara Kanae supported him during the crisis, he realized that this woman was sent to him by God, and decided to propose to her. He thought of everything in advance, he wanted it to be a surprise for her. He asked where she would like to get married, and she was so shocked that she could not think at that moment.

Their moms had met the day before, Nick bought a diamond ring and put it in her bowl of ice cream. They even had a wedding dance, although they did not rehearse in advance, everything went well.

Family and Children

In 2012, Miyahara Kanae had a family, her personal family, still consisting of two people. A year later, she replenished with her son Kiyoshi James. On February 13, their first child was born, an absolutely healthy baby.

On August 7, 2015, another son was born - Dejan Levi. On December 22, 2017, Miyahara Kanae gave birth to twins, it happened just in time for her birthday. Girls Ellie and Olivia diluted the company of boys. All children are healthy, and parents are full of happiness. Since the parents are in their prime, it's not worth saying that that's it. Maybe in the future other children will join the family, but for now, Nick and Kanae are happy parents of four children.

Beauty wife

They say that Kanae is a real beauty who looks very young, perhaps it's in the genes, the Japanese have thicker skin, and she does not age as quickly as the Europeans. But the girl does not resort to radical changes in her appearance. She eats measured portions strictly on time. This habit has developed in her since childhood. If there was food left on the plate, the children could not leave the table. Food could not be thrown away, they were eaten strictly on time. When the children began to complain that they were already full, they were allocated an additional 5 minutes. If during this time everything was not eaten, they were punished. The girl was brought up in such severity. Photos of Kanae Miyahara are confirmation that she really looks good. In addition, she does not drink alcohol at all. The girl also tries to lead an active lifestyle: she goes in for sports, fishing, goes to the beach and hikes.

Life principles

Nick Vuychich and Miyahara Kanae were married as virgins, they adhere to Christian values. And this means that before marriage, they had to keep clean. Nick said that many of his friends themselves suffer because of their immorality and running from one partner to another, and he looks into his wife's eyes and understands that this is love. He shows love for his children in an old-fashioned way - showing that he loves their mother. There is nothing shameful in marrying a virgin, because purity cannot be returned back. You need to wait for your spouse, and he will come into your life in due time. Keeping purity, a person does not sacrifice anything, but only gains.

The family is confident that God has blessed their family life. As in every family, they have petty quarrels like compiling a menu or choosing furniture. But they know they've gone to the next level. They talk a lot, chatting about this and that. If she says that she does not want to talk, he does not insist and postpones the conversation until tomorrow. They respect each other.

family secrets

Kanae became pregnant while on tour. And at that time they had other plans, and she took her head. I had to adjust my plans. This year they were at home and did not hold any parties. Relatives had worries about whether the child would be born healthy. But the girl did not share their fears. And everything worked out well. Nick is a very busy person with endless performances and tours.

The family supports him in such activities, Nick and Miyahara have been through a lot together, and they are incredibly happy. Nick has been called a world famous motivational speaker and his wife has a lot of responsibility. She should be a real support for him so that he can do his job. His life's work can be called a messiah, a vocation, because he helps many people to believe in themselves, to overcome the difficulties that break their destinies. At the age of 19, Nick publicly rebuffed those who mocked him for the first time, he found his way and helps others find it.

There are a lot of publications about Nick Vuychich on the net (and a lot of videos too), he is generally a public figure. But for a long time I myself wanted to write about him at home, because he is really a great fellow, but all my hands did not reach. And then the news arrived that on February 12 he got married, that's the reason.

Disabled Preacher Nick Vujicic Marries
Taken from http://madwind.livejournal.com/2009246.html

There have been many stories about Nick Vuychich, a guy without legs and arms, who once wanted to commit suicide, and then began to preach the gospel all over the world. (Let's make it clear right away: Nick is a Christian, a Protestant, Jesus is the center of his life. Wikipedia says: Nick Vuychich (December 4, 1982, Brisbane, Australia) is a Christian preacher, was born into a family of Serbian immigrants, his father is a pastor, his mother is a nurse).

Since 1999, Nick began to speak to his church group and soon opened the non-profit organization Life without Limbs (Eng. Life without Limbs). He usually performs in churches, but also in schools, universities, in army units. He motivates people, inspires by his example and, of course, talks about Jesus. Before the start of the performance, the assistant usually brings Nick to the stage and helps him get on some kind of dais so that he can be seen. Then Nick tells episodes from his everyday life. About people still staring at him on the streets. About the fact that when the children run up and ask: “What happened to you ?!”, and he answers them in a hoarse voice: “It’s all because of cigarettes!”))

After that, he says: "And to be honest, sometimes you can fall like this." Nick falls face down on the table he was standing on. And he continues: “It happens in life that you fall, and it seems that you have no strength to rise. You wonder then if you have any hope... I have neither arms nor legs! It seems that if I try to rise at least a hundred times, I will not succeed. But after another defeat, I do not leave hope. I will try again and again. I want you to know that failure is not the end. What matters is how you finish. Are you going to finish strong? Then you will find the strength to rise up in yourself – in this way.” He leans on his forehead, then helps himself with his shoulders and gets up...

Nick talks about gratitude to God. "I could not find anything else that would give me peace. Through the word of God, I learned the truth about the purpose of my life - about who I am, why I live, and where I will go when I die. Without faith, nothing made sense.. Sometimes they say to me: "No, no! I can't imagine myself without arms and legs!" But comparison of suffering is impossible, nor is it necessary. What can I say to someone whose loved one is dying of cancer or whose parents are divorced? I will not understand their pain. There is a lot of pain in this life, so there must be absolute Truth, absolute Hope, which above all circumstances. My hope is in heaven. If you connect your happiness with temporary things, it will be temporary."

Between business trips, Nick fishes, plays golf and surfs: "Usually, parents of disabled children get divorced. My parents are not divorced. Do you think they were scared? Yes. Do you think they trusted God? Yes. I guess now they see fruits of my labors? Absolutely right ... How many people would believe if they showed me on TV and said: "This guy prayed to the Lord and he got arms and legs"? But when people see me for who I am, they wondering: “How can you smile?” For them, this is a visible miracle. I need my trials so that I understand how dependent on God. Other people need my testimony that "the power of God is made perfect in weakness." They look into the eyes of a man without arms and legs and see in them peace, joy - that is what everyone aspires to."

Nick recently got married. In August, the engagement was announced, the wedding took place the other day.
On February 12, 2012, Nick Vujicic married Kanae Miahara.

He once said: “I thought: what kind of husband can I become if I can’t even hold my wife’s hand? But it’s a lie to think that you are not good enough. It’s a lie to think that you are worth nothing. How many people believe that they are worthless! .. Yes, I have no hands to hold my wife by the hand, but when the time comes and God gives me a wife, I will be able to hold her with my heart. And so it turned out.

“There are people who give up because they don’t have the strength to look around the corner. And if you don’t look around the corner, you will never know what God has in store for you there,” says Nick. “Have you trusted God with all your heart? He knows how much it hurts... But God has a plan for your life! He says in the Bible: "Even if you go through fire, don't be afraid: I'm with you!". If only you could receive the gift of Jesus! He - the greatest gift we can receive He is love He is infinite He is love that manifests itself in everything You can have all the money in the world, anything you want, but you will not take anything with you to the grave except your own souls."

"Peace with God gives strength to live - day by day"

Nick Vuychich. No arms, no legs - no fuss

It was their long-awaited firstborn. The father was in labor. He saw the baby's shoulder - what is it? No hand. Boris Vuychich realized that he had to leave the room at once so that his wife would not have time to notice how his face had changed. He couldn't believe what he saw.

When the doctor came to him, he began to speak:

"My son! Doesn't he have a hand?

The doctor replied:

"No... Your son has no arms or legs."

The doctors refused to show the baby to the mother. The nurses were crying.

Why?

Nicolas Vuychich was born in Melbourne, Australia, in a family of Serbian emigrants. Mother is a nurse. Father is a pastor. The whole parish lamented: “Why did the Lord allow this?” The pregnancy proceeded normally, with heredity everything is in order.

At first, the mother could not bring herself to take her son in her arms, she could not breastfeed him. “I had no idea how I would take the child home, what to do with him, how to take care of him,” recalls Duska Vujvic. I didn't know who to contact with my questions. Even the doctors were confused. Only after four months I began to recover. My husband and I began to solve problems without looking far ahead. One by one."

Nick has a semblance of a foot instead of a left leg. Thanks to this, the boy learned to walk, swim, skateboard, play on the computer and write. Parents made sure that their son was taken to a regular school. Nick became the first child with a disability in a regular Australian school.

“It meant that the teachers surrounded me with too much attention,” recalls Nick. - On the other hand, although I had two friends, most often I heard from my peers: “Nick, go away!”, “Nick, you can’t do anything!”, “We don’t want to be friends with you!”, “You are nobody !"

drown myself

Every evening, Nick prayed to God and asked him: "God, give me arms and legs!" He cried and hoped that when he wakes up in the morning, arms and legs will already appear. Mom and dad bought him electronic hands. But they were too heavy, and the boy could not use them.

On Sundays he went to church school. They taught that the Lord loves everyone. Nick did not understand how this could be - why then God did not give him what everyone has. Sometimes adults would come up and say: “Nick, everything will be fine with you!” But he did not believe them - no one could explain to him why he was like that, and no one could help him, not even God. At the age of eight, Nicholas decided to drown himself in the bath. He asked his mother to take him there.

“I turned my face into the water, but it was very difficult to resist. Nothing worked. During this time, I presented a picture of my funeral - here are my dad and mom ... And then I realized that I could not kill myself. All I saw from my parents was love for me.”

change heart

Nick did not try to commit suicide anymore, but he kept thinking - why should he live.

He won't be able to work, he won't be able to take his bride by the hand, he won't be able to take his child in his arms when he cries. One day, my mother read an article to Nick about a seriously ill person who inspired others to live.

Mom said, “Nick, God needs you. I do not know how. I do not know when. But you can serve Him."

At the age of fifteen, Nick opened the Gospel and read the parable of the blind man. The disciples asked Christ why this man was blind. Christ answered: "So that the works of God may appear on it." Nick says that at that moment he stopped being angry with God.

“Then I realized, I am not just a person without arms and legs. I am a creation of God. God knows what and why He does. It doesn't matter what people think, says Nick now. God didn't answer my prayers. It means that He wants to change my heart more than the circumstances of my life. Probably, even if I suddenly had arms and legs, it would not calm me down like that. Hands and feet by themselves.

At nineteen, Nick studied financial planning at university. Once he was asked to speak to students. Seven minutes were allotted for the speech. Three minutes later, the girls in the hall were crying. One of them could not stop sobbing, she raised her hand and asked: “Can I go up to the stage and hug you?”. The girl went up to Nick and began to cry on his shoulder. She said, “No one has ever told me that they love me, no one has ever told me that I am beautiful the way I am. My life has changed today."

Nick came home and announced to his parents that he knew what he wanted to do for the rest of his life. The first thing my father asked was: “Are you thinking of graduating from university?” Then other questions arose:

Will you ride alone?

Don't know.

What will you talk about?

Don't know.

Who will listen to you?

Don't know.

One hundred attempts to rise

Ten months a year he is on the road, two months at home. He traveled to more than two dozen countries, he was heard by more than three million people - in schools, nursing homes, prisons. It happens that Nick speaks in stadiums with thousands of people. He performs about 250 times a year. Nick receives about three hundred offers for new performances a week. He became a professional speaker.

Before the start of the performance, the assistant brings Nick onto the stage and helps him get on some kind of platform so that he can be seen. Then Nick tells episodes from his everyday life. About people still staring at him on the streets. About when kids run up and ask, “What happened to you?!” He replies in a hoarse voice, "All because of the cigarettes!"

And to those who are younger, he says: “I didn’t clean my room.” What he has in place of his legs, he calls the "ham". Nick reveals that his dog loves to bite him. And then he begins to beat off a fashionable rhythm with a ham.

After that, he says: "And to be honest, sometimes you can fall like this." Nick falls face down on the table he was standing on.

And continues:

“It happens in life that you fall, and it seems that you have no strength to rise. Then you will find the strength in yourself to rise - that's the way."

He leans on his forehead, then helps himself with his shoulders and stands up.

The women in the hall begin to cry.

And Nick starts talking about gratitude to God.

I don't save anyone

- People are touched, consoled, because they see that it is harder for someone than for them?

Sometimes they say to me: “No, no! I can't imagine myself without arms and legs!" But it is impossible to compare suffering, and it is not necessary. What can I say to someone whose loved one is dying of cancer or whose parents are divorced? I don't understand their pain.

One day a twenty-year-old woman approached me. She was kidnapped when she was ten years old, made into a slave and subjected to violence. During this time, she had two children, one of them died. Now she has AIDS. Her parents don't want to talk to her. What can she hope for? She said that if she did not believe in God, she would commit suicide. Now she talks about her faith with other AIDS patients so they can hear her.

Last year I met people who had a son with no arms and no legs. The doctors said, “He will be a plant for the rest of his life. He won’t be able to walk, he won’t be able to study, he won’t be able to do anything.” And suddenly they found out about me and met me personally - another such person. And they had hope. It is important for everyone to know that he is not alone and that he is loved.

- Why did you believe in God?

I couldn't find anything else that would give me peace. Through the word of God, I learned the truth about the purpose of my life—who I am, why I live, and where I will go when I die. Without faith, nothing made sense.

There is a lot of pain in this life, so there must be absolute Truth, absolute Hope, which is above all circumstances. My hope is in heaven. If you associate your happiness with temporary things, it will be temporary.

I can tell many times when teenagers came up to me and said, “Today I looked in the mirror with a knife in my hand. It was supposed to be the last day of my life. You saved me".

A woman came up to me one day and said, “Today is my daughter's second birthday. Two years ago she listened to you and you saved her life." But I can't save myself! Only God can. What I have is not Nick's accomplishments. If not for God, I would not be here with you and would not exist in the world. I couldn't handle my trials on my own. And I thank God that my example inspires people.

- What can inspire you besides faith and family?

The smile of a friend.

Once I was informed that a terminally ill guy wanted to see me. He was eighteen years old. He was already very weak and could not move at all. I entered his room for the first time. And he smiled. It was a precious smile. I told him that I don't know how I would feel in his place, that he is my hero.

We saw each other a few more times. I asked him once: "What would you like to say to all people?" He said, "What do you mean?" I replied: “Now, if there was a camera here. And every person in the world could see you. What would you say?

He asked for time to think. The last time we spoke on the phone, he was already so weak that I could not hear his voice on the phone. We spoke through his father. This guy said, “I know what I would say to all people. Try to be a milestone in someone's life story. Do something. Something to remember you."

Hug without hands

Previously, Nick fought for independence in every little thing. Now, due to the busy schedule, I began to trust more cases to the patronage worker, who helps to dress, move around and in other routine matters. Nick's childhood fears did not come true. He recently got engaged, is going to get married, and now he believes that he does not need hands to hold the heart of the bride. He no longer worries about how he will communicate with his children. The case helped. An unfamiliar two-year-old girl approached him. She saw that Nick had no hands. Then the girl put her hands behind her back and put her head on his shoulder.

Nick can't shake hands with anyone - he hugs people. And even set a world record. A guy with no arms hugged 1,749 people in an hour. He wrote a book about his life, typing 43 words per minute on a computer. Between business trips, he fishes, plays golf and surfs.

“I don’t always get up in the morning with a smile on my face. Sometimes my back hurts,” says Nick, “But because there is great power in my principles, I continue to take small steps forward, the steps of a baby. Courage is not the absence of fear, it is the ability to act, relying not on one's own strength, but on the help of God.

Usually parents of children with disabilities get divorced. My parents are not divorced. Do you think they were scared? Yes. Do you think they trusted God? Yes. Do you think they are now seeing the fruits of their labors? Quite right.

How many people would believe if they showed me on TV and said: “This guy prayed to the Lord and he got arms and legs”? But when people see me for who I am, they are perplexed: “How can you smile?” For them, this is a visible miracle. I need my trials so that I understand how dependent on God. Other people need my testimony that "the power of God is made perfect in weakness." They look into the eyes of a man without arms and legs and see in them peace, joy - something that everyone aspires to.

Nick Vujicic is a great motivator and public speaker and speaks a lot. Watch his performances. They amaze, inspire and move to action.
Imagine that you were born without arms. There are no hands, it is impossible to hug anyone, there are no hands to feel the touch, or to take someone's hand. What about being born without legs? Not being able to dance, walk, run, or even just stand on two legs. Now combine these two scenarios together... No arms and no legs. What would you do then? How would this affect your life?
Meet Nick. He was born in 1982 in Melbourne. Without any medical explanation or warning, Nick Vuychich came into this world without arms and legs. His mother's pregnancy was going well and there was no heredity to expect such a condition. Imagine how shocked his parents were when they saw their first child, this boy, and found that he was what the world considers imperfect and abnormal. A son without limbs was not what Nurse Duska Vujicic and Pastor Boris Vujicic expected. How will their son live a normal, happy life? What will he be able to do or become while living with what the world considers to be such a severe disability? Few thought that this beautiful, limbless child would one day be the one to inspire and motivate people of all walks of life, touching the lives of people from all corners of the world.

As a child, Nick faced more than the usual challenges of school and adolescence, such as bullying. (translator's note: bullying is physical and / or psychological terror against a child by a group of classmates) or self-respect. He also suffered from depression and loneliness when he asked why he was different from all the children around him; why he turned out to be the one who was born without arms and legs. He often wondered what the purpose of his life was, or whether there was any purpose at all.
After a lot of frustration and feeling like he was the only weird person in school, when Nick was seven years old, he tried out specially designed electronic arms in the hope that he would be a little bit like other kids. After a short trial period, Nick realized that even with his arms, he still didn't look like his classmates, and besides, in practice, they were too heavy for Nick to control, greatly affecting his mobility.

As Nick grew up, he learned to deal with his shortcomings and began to do more and more things himself. He adapted to his situation and found ways to perform many of the activities that humans can do using only their limbs, such as brushing their teeth, combing their hair, typing, swimming, exercising, and more. Over time, Nick began to take advantage of his situation and achieve great things. In the seventh grade, Nick was selected as the school's head boy and worked with the student council on projects to raise money for local charities and for disabled companies.
According to Nick, the victory in his struggle along the entire route of his journey, as well as the strength and passion he had for life, can be attributed to his faith, his family, his friends and many people he met in his life, and who supported him all the time.
After school, Nick continued his studies and received two higher educations. One, as an accountant, the second - in the field of financial planning. By the age of 19, Nick began to fulfill his dream: to be able to inspire other people, give them hope through his motivational speeches and telling his story. "I have found the purpose of my existence, as well as the reason for my circumstances ... There is a reason why you are on fire." Nick truly believes that there is a reason why we face struggles in our lives and that our attitude towards those struggles is the single most effective factor in overcoming them.

In 2005, Nick received the Young Australian of the Year nomination. This award, which is very prestigious in Australia, recognizes young people for their excellence and service to their local community and their nation, as well as their individual achievements. This award is given only to truly inspiring people.
Today, at the age of 25, this limbless guy has achieved more than most people twice his age. Nick recently moved from Brisbon, Australia to California, USA, where he is president of a charity. In addition, he has his own motivational speaking company called "Attitude Is Altitude". Since his first motivational talk at the age of 19, Nick has traveled the world, telling his story to millions of people, speaking to different groups such as: students, teachers, youth, businessmen, entrepreneurs, church gatherings of all sizes. He also told his story and gave interviews to various TV companies around the world. Nick's performances go far beyond pure motivation. He had and still has the opportunity to communicate with several leaders, including, for example, the Vice President of Kenya. This year, Nick plans to perform in more than 20 countries around the world.
"People say to me, 'How can you smile?'" says Nick. They then realize that "there must be something more than what's seen at a glance if a guy with no arms and legs lives a more fulfilling life than I".

Nick talks to his audience about the importance of having your own vision and dreaming big. Using his own experience around the world as an example, he challenges others to consider their perspectives and look beyond their circumstances. He shares his point of view on how to stop looking at obstacles as a problem and instead start seeing them as an opportunity for growth, how to influence others, etc. He emphasizes the importance of our attitude and that it is the most powerful tool we have at our disposal; and also shows how the choices we make can have a profound effect on our lives and the lives of those around us.
Through his life, Nick shows that the main key to achieving our biggest dreams is consistency and the ability to use failure as an experience, as well as the ability to not let the guilt and fear of failure paralyze us.

How does Vujicic feel about his disability now? He accepted it, took advantage of it, and very often he laughs at his circumstances when he shows many of his "tricks". He meets challenges with a special sense of humor; his perseverance and faith always inspires everyone around him to get to know their perspective, to create and define their vision. Using these new definitions, he challenges every person he meets so that they can change their lives so that they can begin to fulfill their biggest dreams. With his extraordinary ability to connect with people from all walks of life and his incredible sense of humor that captivates children, teens and adults alike, Nick is truly an inspiring and motivating speaker.

Life loves to surprise. Sometimes pleasant, sometimes scary. When the Vuychich family, who emigrated from Serbia to Australia, was expecting their first child, no one could even imagine how this calm and, in general, problem-free pregnancy would end.

Only during childbirth it turned out: the first-born of the couple, Nick Vuychich, was deprived of arms and legs. The child was born absolutely healthy, but he had no arms at all, one leg too, and instead of the second, a small stump with fused fingers stuck out.

On December 4, 1982, pastor Boris Vuychich was present at the birth of his wife Dushka, helped her as best he could, supported and persuaded her. Finally, there were attempts, and now the baby’s shoulder appeared ... There was no hand! The pastor was shocked, but quickly pulled himself together, and, in order not to betray fear, which could be transmitted to the puerperal, left the room.

Boris Vuychich ran to the doctor. "My son! He doesn't have a hand!" the young father managed to say. “Your son has neither arms nor legs,” was the doctor’s answer. Nick was diagnosed with tetra-amelia syndrome, a disease in which limbs are missing.

Usually internal organs also suffer and children with this syndrome do not live long. But Nick, one might say, was lucky: in all other respects he was absolutely healthy.

Tetra-amelia syndrome is a rare disease. It is caused by a gene mutation. Parents can be carriers of the damaged gene, but they themselves do not get sick.

In the case of Nick, nothing foreshadowed misfortune. Even the ultrasound showed no abnormalities.

The newborn was taken home. At first, the parents were completely at a loss. The mother could not bring herself to take the unusual baby in her arms and feed him. But gradually the shock passed, the parents decided: just live, dealing with problems as they appear.

They tried to put prosthetic hands on Nick, but they turned out to be too heavy, and the boy could not use them. Peers at school (and at the insistence of his parents he began to study at a regular school so as not to feel like an invalid) did not take him to their games, shouting: “Nick, you can’t do anything!”, “Nick, go away!”. Children do such things not out of malice, but out of misunderstanding. It didn't make it any easier for Nick.

Every evening the boy prayed with desperate faith, asking God to give him arms and legs. However, there were no happy changes. One day, ten-year-old Nick realized that he was very tired of such a life, he did not want to endure it anymore. The child asked his mother to take him to the bath.

The unsuspecting Dushka complied with the request, poured water and left her son, as she thought, to rest alone. Nick decided to take his own life. He began to make attempts to drown, but the water held his small body well. And suddenly he had a clear picture of the funeral: the parents bend over him, and in their eyes the unbearable pain of loss.

And the boy realized: since he was born like this, it means that God considered it necessary. Perhaps his life will serve as an inspiration for someone?

After some time, Nick underwent an operation, as a result of which the fingers on his only limb were separated. And the boy learned to do things that seemed impossible in his position: work on a computer, surf, move independently, play football, golf, draw, swim and dive into the water from a springboard.

Everything that could be done without outside help, Nick forced himself to do. During public lectures, he still amazes listeners with the way he rises on his own, falling backwards. He rises, resting his forehead and helping himself with a single limb, which he himself calls with slight irony "ham".

Nick was teased by the boys - it's true, he admits a bitter fact. But there were (and are) in his life those who supported and did not allow to lose heart: parents, younger brother and sister, two devoted school friends. Growing up, he made new acquaintances, and later met his love.

Self-awareness

Like any special child, Nick went through several stages of development, coping with his illness. At first, he did not understand why he was so punished by God (so it seemed to him), he cried, did not want to live. Then came the realization that nothing will change, magic will not happen - you have to learn to accept life as it is.

The result was an understanding: no matter what you are, you can still get happiness. If you open yourself to life with gratitude, it will give you everything you need.

Nick received two higher educations. He has a bachelor's degree in finance and accounting. The young man took his life into his own hands, learned to earn money so as not to be a burden to anyone.

Logical reflections led him to an interesting conclusion: if he managed to learn a lot and be in complete harmony with life, then perhaps his help and advice will be useful to those who are just starting to search for a “place in the sun”. Need to try!

At the age of 17, his first performance took place in front of a large audience - the parishioners of the church. After 2 years, he gave a lecture to students at Griffith University, where he studied at that time. Both public performances were a great success and inspired Nick to further accomplishments.

He saw his destiny in that by his example, by his own words, to restore faith in life and in himself to everyone who despaired. Since then, Nick has been steadily following this path.

Sermons

Nick Vuychich is an Orthodox Christian. According to the deep conviction of a professional speaker (this profession has now become the main one for Nick), God gives strength for life and fight against the disease. If the Lord allowed the birth of one of His children without arms and legs, but at the same time gave full health, it means that this was done with a great goal - to show that the life of a person, seemingly doomed to suffering, can become a complete, breathing harmony, saturated positive emotions, successful and very interesting - it all depends on the person himself.

Nick does not pose or show off - by his example, he demonstrates to others that it is possible and necessary to be happy, no matter what, in any state and position. Moreover, you can not only be happy, but also help others. Now Nick perceives his peculiarity as a gift from above.

As a Christian, Nick's purpose in life is to motivate people with the word of God. The topics of his lectures sound something like this: "Overcoming despair", "With God everything is possible."

Today it is already possible to sum up some results of the activity of the 35-year-old speaker: he visited 45 countries, and everywhere he collected (and continues to collect) huge audiences. You need to learn to be strong - that's what he wants to convey to all those who have despaired and learned the bitterness of life's lessons.

If you feel that you are not coping, give up - trust God, he supports each of us.

Books and films

Nick mastered not only oratory. He was able to play the role of an actor - he has two films on his account, each of which makes you seriously think about the meaning of life. Is this how we live? Is it right? Have you chosen the right path for yourself? Why do we break down when we encounter inevitable obstacles, and how can we force ourselves to pick ourselves up after a fall and move on?

Watch these films: Butterfly Circus (2009) and Life. Instructions for use". Perhaps many of the questions that tormented you relentlessly will be resolved by themselves.

From childhood, Nick had an easy, clear style - and he decided to use this talent, put it at the service of people. Here is a list of bestsellers that perfectly motivate in the most difficult and confusing life situation:

  • “Life without limits. The path to an amazingly happy life.
  • “Unstoppable. The incredible power of faith in action."
  • “Boundlessness. 50 lessons that will make you outrageously happy.

In fact, Nick has more books. Here are listed, perhaps, the most striking. Take any, open it - you won't be able to tear yourself away. And let it not bother you that you, for example, are a Buddhist or an atheist by conviction - Nick does not insist that the position of an Orthodox Christian is the only correct one.

He's talking about something else about faith in yourself and in that power that is in every person. You need to find this strength - it will be the fulcrum. For him, it is faith in God. For you, it might be something else.

Personal life

How could Nick in his school years at least imagine that simple human happiness is available to him - family, children? As it turns out, true love knows no bounds. Once Nick met a beautiful and smart girl, half Japanese, half Mexican - Kanae Miyahara.

Kanae was a Christian, as was Nick. The young people have many common interests. Four years they met, and now - the wedding! The celebration took place in 2012. And the next year, 2013, brought even more joy to the young couple - the first-born Kiyoshi James was born.

In 2015, the second son, Dejan Levi, was born. And in December 2017, the couple became parents of many children: twin girls, Ellie and Olivia, were born. All children are completely healthy.

Nick and Kanae are happy. They support each other in everything. Together they founded the Life Without Limbs charity foundation. Help will be provided to anyone who applies there, regardless of nationality, country of residence and religion.

Those that we are unable to resolve, we can simply accept as a given, without despair. Read:

  • “Take small steps in the right direction. No matter how small they are, keep moving towards your goal.”

Alexey Talai - "Russian Nick Vuychich"

If Nika knows the whole world today, then with his “comrade in misfortune”, Belarusian Aleksey Talai, the situation is completely different.

Meet: we have our own Nick Vuychich. Only if Nick was already born without arms and legs and grew up in a country where people with disabilities can freely study, work, realize themselves - they are helped by fellow citizens and the state, then our Alexei had a much harder time. It took him even more courage to overcome his illness.

Alexei grew up as an ordinary child. His life was the same as everyone else, until the age of 16. Once he came to visit his grandfather in the village - to help with the housework - and saw little boys burning something in the field. Alexei dispersed the boys, put out the fire. Suddenly there was an explosion.

Subsequently, the young man said: “I did not understand what happened. A second - I'm lying on the field, the earth crunches on my teeth and the taste of blood is felt. I wanted to sit down, lean on my hands, but they seemed to fall into the ground. I looked - and bones stick out instead of hands ... ". It was a shell that exploded, left over from the Great Patriotic War.

Frightened grandparents were already running to the scene of the tragedy. Horror and pain froze in their eyes. Alexey recalled that then he realized: no, you can’t die. Grandfather endured so many horrors of the war and returned without a single scratch. So he, Alexei, simply does not have the right to let the war overtake him now.

There was monstrous pain, operations. Many times Alexey balanced for months between life and death. He won. He not only survived, but did not break: he built a business (rents out a house), professionally goes in for sports (master of sports in swimming, member of the Paralympic team of Belarus, has a black belt in taekwondo).

Does charity work. Alexey is also a happy family man: he has a wife and four wonderful children. The plans include opening a network of sports stores, business development.

Alexey overcame all the obstacles that prevent a person with a disability from living a full life. In our country, this requires special courage, because even just leaving your own home is an inaccessible luxury for most people with disabilities.

When you read about the fate of people like Nick Vuychich and Aleksey Talai, you understand that there are no insurmountable obstacles. If they were able to make their lives bright and meaningful, then we, ordinary people, simply cannot give up in any situation. We have no right.

Almost everyone has experienced difficult times. At such moments, you see only the misunderstanding of the people around you, and it seems that the whole world is looking at your grief with indifference. In fact, strength and faith are within us. Each person can not only cope with his own problem, but also help others overcome difficulties.

Nick Vujicic is a person who can inspire millions of people. By his personal example, he shows that a lot is subject to a person. The famous Australian speaker, preacher, author of popular books every day inspires people to believe in themselves and in God.

Congratulations, you have a boy!

The biography of Nick Vuychich begins quite normally. Dushka and Boris Vujicic were Serbian emigrants. Throughout the pregnancy, Nika's mother was observed by a doctor, and ultrasound did not reveal any pathologies. December 4, 1982 was to be remembered by Nick's parents as the happiest day of their lives. They were waiting for their first child, both were in the maternity ward and counted the minutes until the baby appeared.

After the son's head and shoulder began to show, the father turned pale and left the ward. When the doctor joined him, Boris barely squeezed out such unusual words: “Doctor, does my son have no arm?” It is difficult to imagine how difficult it was for the doctor to tell the truth about the child. But nevertheless, the father found out that his son had a rare disease called Tetra-Amelia. Nick was born without limbs.

How to deal with a child who is missing both legs and arms, both parents did not know. But they managed to overcome everything and love their firstborn with all their hearts. Nick Vuychich, a man without arms and legs, managed to awaken love not only in the hearts of his parents. Millions of people around the world imbued him with all their hearts for incredible faith and wisdom.

We should not live in the expectation that happiness will come when we achieve a goal or acquire some thing. Happiness should be with us all the time, and to achieve this, you need to live in harmony - spiritual, psychological, emotional and physical.

The older the harder

Nick's parents did not make any plans, they just tried every day to help their boy explore the world. Thanks to an underdeveloped foot, on which two fingers were separated by surgery, Vujicic learned to write, type on a keyboard, and even ride a skateboard. For the sake of fairness, it should be noted that not all people with both legs can ride the board like that.

Nick Vuychich's family insisted that he go to a regular school. Nick became the first disabled boy in an Australian facility. If earlier he simply did not understand his unusual position in society, then at school he was quickly shown his shortcomings.

We can all find something bad or imperfect in each other. But I prefer to look for grains of gold.

Of course, he suffered from depression, misunderstanding and loneliness. Nick constantly wondered: “Why was I born into the world? Why all this suffering? What is this for me?" Surprisingly, all the difficulties did not break Nick, but, on the contrary, gave him strength. Over time, he mastered all the actions that people perform without even thinking.

With age comes understanding

Nick received two higher educations, mastered almost all sports of interest and learned to cope with all household chores on his own. His inferiority taught him to recognize true beauty and love in people. Once, speaking at the institute in front of students, he realized what his purpose was. People didn't just listen to him, they believed Nick. Since 1999, a man without arms and legs, Nick Vuychich, has been preaching. At the moment, as a speaker, he has reached unprecedented heights both geographically and psychologically.

Nick really has something to say. The absence of all limbs is not a reason to give up on yourself. He feels the strength and kindness in himself, which he is ready to share with others. After his performances, thousands of people line up to him, just wanting to hug him. This helps not only people who are a little lost in life, it helps Nick himself to understand that everything he does is not just for nothing.

In 2010, Nick Vuychich's first book, Life Without Borders, was published. In it, he sincerely and openly talks about his life, about personal doubts and about ways to overcome difficulties.

It is not at all necessary to start grandiose projects in order to sow good seeds. Even small things can mean a lot to another person.

Nick opens many foundations that support financially and psychologically disabled people around the world. And he has also received many awards for his significant contribution to the history of mankind.

Personal life and love

At first glance, it may seem that a person with such an unusual appearance will never be accepted in society. But it's not! Nick is a beloved husband and father of perfectly healthy children.

Nick Vuychich and Kanae Miahare got married in 2012, and the following year they had a son, Kiyoshi. Two years later, Nick became the happy father of a second child - Dejan Levi. What else do you need to be happy?

Nick's wife fully supports his views on faith and life and always follows her husband. Looking at this beautiful couple, you begin to believe not only in true love, but also in the fact that a person is the creator of his own destiny.

Love doesn't care what you can and what you can't, who you are and who you can't be. True love looks straight into the heart!

The biography of Nick Vuychich does not end there. In 2017, the beautiful Kanae gave Nick two daughters - Olivia May and Ellie Laurel.

When Nick was young and did not understand why this happened to him, the thought that he could not even hug his children killed him. Now he knows how superficial it all is. Because love is on a different level. And he may not be able to hug his family, but he gives them much more than just touch!

  • Books by Nick Vuychich tell a lot of details from life. For example, his parents never treated him as a disabled person. On the contrary, they tried in every possible way to make his life “ordinary”. Nick's father used to say that we'll never know what we're capable of until we try it.
  • Vuychich wore prostheses for some time - he wanted to be like everyone else. But he quickly abandoned them. They were very heavy and rather hindered him.
  • At the age of eight, Nick tried to commit suicide. He dived headfirst into the tub several times, each time firmly believing that he would not resurface. But love and concern for their parents did not allow them to finish what they started.
  • Already at the age of 15, Nick became the head of the class and a member of the student council. At the age of 19, at his first performance, he brought half the audience to tears in just 15 minutes.
  • Nick visited 45 countries of the world, in each of which he gathered full halls of people.
  • At the first birth of his wife, Nick cried with happiness when he saw that the baby was completely healthy.

Cast off all doubt

Just imagine that a man who was born without arms and legs told the story of his life on stage. At that moment, 110 thousand people came to listen, support, see and talk with him. The huge stadium caught every word of the speaker. The biography of Nick Vuychich is so rich in events and difficulties that everyone can find answers to their questions in his story.

Nick's parents were looking forward to their first child. When his father saw the child, he simply left the delivery room. It took his mother 4 months to come to her senses and get used to the idea that her son had neither arms nor legs. All this could turn into a bad story if Nick's parents did not love him sincerely and deeply. All his childhood, they came up with ways to make life easier for him. Who would have thought at that moment that Nick Vujicic's quotes would be translated into many languages, and there would be a huge queue for performances.

There is no place for despair in life

Nick went to a regular school with a lot of different kids. Of course, many of them did not understand him and did not accept him into their circle of friends. At some point, Vuychich realized that he could not live like this, and thought about suicide. This story of Nick Vuychich could have ended if not for his family. It was thoughts of loving his family, as well as questions about what it would be like without him, that made him forget about suicide.

No matter who you are, no matter what you go through - God sees everything, He is with you, He will help you cope with difficulties.

Of course, wherever Nick appeared, he immediately became the center of attention. Some, not hiding their disgust, followed him with their eyes. Others might ask tactless questions. Vuychich got so used to the attention that he even started to play pranks on people. For example, he often scared children that his arms and legs fell off because he did not clean his room. And for adults, he could say with a serious face that it was all because of smoking.

Humor will help to cope with many troubles.

Quotes by Nick Vuychich are translated into many languages and are known all over the world. Of course, if life has played such a trick on your body, you can only laugh in response. All friends and relatives of the famous speaker unanimously claim that Nick has an excellent sense of humor.

He constantly comes up with new pranks, in which, of course, he himself takes the main part. For example, once he met all the passengers of the plane with the words: "Hello, I am your pilot." It is difficult to imagine the confusion on the faces of people and their fear during takeoff.

I believe that if God does not give you a miracle, then you are a miracle of God and salvation for someone else.

Nick loves to shock the public. In his speeches, he often says that sometimes you fall very hard, and it is very difficult to get up from the ground. At these words, he simply falls face down. Some people even jump up from their seats, because Nick cannot even substitute his hands in order to soften the blow. Well, after he manages to regain his vertical position, the whole hall goes into applause.

Talent is in every person

In addition to the fact that the biography of Nick Vuychich is already quite unusual, he continues to amaze with the versatility of his personality. Nick received two higher educations, is a successful businessman and a skilled speaker. In addition, his books become bestsellers in a matter of months and are translated into many languages. You can also see him in the movie Butterfly Circus. Everything that Nick has created has an unusual power, makes you think about the meaning of life and believe in yourself. The book by Nick Vuychich "Life without borders" is still the bestseller in many countries.

Dream big my friend and never give up. We all make mistakes, but none of us is a mistake. Every day, gradually put into practice the positive principles that I share with you, and you will be able to overcome everything.

It's amazing, but Nick is an excellent swimmer and golfer. He is also good at surfing, skydiving and playing football. He was able to come to terms with his physical otherness and find his way into the sports world.

Never doubt your abilities

Why are all Nick's performances so popular? Yes, he knows how to express his thoughts competently and clearly. And Vuychich really went through a lot to be able to share his experience. But it's not that. People are drawn to him so much because he doesn't yell about his problems.

He does not think that his difficulties are much more important than the troubles of other people. You will never hear from him the words: “Yes, what are these problems? Look at me, that's who's really unlucky." He respects everyone with all his shortcomings, complexities and difficulties. Books by Nick Vuychich helped many to realize that every difficulty can be overcome, the main thing is to believe in yourself.

At the moment, Nick continues to write books. And he also devotes a lot of time and effort to the Life Without Limbs foundation (“Life without limbs”).

Let the incredible life of Nick Vujicic be an example to us. After all, he not only in words, but also in deeds shows how to live in this world. Every day a person has a million opportunities to change his life for the better. Believe in your uniqueness, because if you appeared in this world - it's not just like that!

For people born without limbs, there was one road - to the circus.
Now this is not the case, but despite the new technological possibilities, the life of such people is extremely difficult. What is especially offensive is that absolutely healthy people ruin their lives, not feeling what happiness it is to be born full-fledged.

The name of the syndrome of this genetic disorder comes from the Greek "tetra", which means "four", and "amelia" (accent on the penultimate syllable), which means "lack of limb".

My parents knew before I was born that I would not have three limbs. They gave me life. It's a miracle that the Lord allowed me to pass this gift on, says Melek, 24, from Denmark.
She has no legs and right arm, but she gave birth and is now raising her son.

"Mehmet goes to work, and I take care of my son and cook. The only thing I can't do myself is wash Seimi - it's hard to keep him."
She met her future husband Mehmet in the company of friends.
“I had a lot of girlfriends,” Mehmet says. “But I didn’t love anyone as much as Melek. Many advised me to leave her, but for such words I am ready to kill.

Wendy was born without arms or legs due to medication her mother took during her pregnancy.
She went to a regular school where she wrote with her mouth. She had her first real friend at the age of 13.
She learned to drive a car with a modified, especially for her, control panel.

Wendy is a 31 year old woman from Los Angeles who lives with her husband Anthony and their two children. The eldest son Kalin is 6 years old and the youngest Jeremy is 8 months old.
All her life, Wendy knew that her disability would not stand in the way of her dreams.

Wendy uses her shoulder and lower torso to move. She also has an electric wheelchair with a joystick control at shoulder level.

Little Peruvian Yovana Yumbo Ruiz was born with a rare syndrome - tetra-amelia, i.e. without limbs.
Her parents live in a small poor village in the Peruvian outback.

But, due to the fact that her story was shown on television, doctors from the capital became interested in her case, and now the girl is in the medical adaptation center in Lima.

Despite her illness, the girl remains cheerful, a smile never leaves her face. She presses a pencil with her cheek to her shoulder and draws, eats with a spoon, knows how to take toys with her mouth. The girl has developed an amazing flexibility of her back and neck, she can move quite quickly and deftly on the floor.
Dr. Luis Rubio intends to perform an operation to implant a bionic arm in the girl, which could be controlled by transmitting signals from the pectoral muscles.

Even healthy children are not always able to master a musical instrument. 14-year-old girl Veronika Lazareva, who was born without arms and legs, succeeded in a short time.

She independently turns on the instrument and sings in a clear and gentle voice, accompanying herself.
There is a solfeggio notebook on Veronica's desk, where notes are neatly written. A young singer writes with a pen in her mouth.

"Chelninskiye Izvestia" talked about this courageous girl many times. Veronika lived in the Orphanage and one day on New Year's Eve she wrote a letter to Santa Claus that she really wants to live in a family where she would be loved. And a miracle happened!

Accidentally seeing a photo of Veronica in our newspaper, her mother Tatyana Lazareva, who by this time had married for the second time and had given birth to a son, immediately recognized her daughter in the girl. She left Veronica in the hospital on the advice of doctors who were sure that the child would not survive. She went to the Orphanage to hug her and never let her go again.

Rosemary was born with a severe genetic disorder: hypoplasia.
The girl's legs were severely deformed and insensible, her feet looked in different directions. Rose's legs could get tangled somewhere, she could cut and burn them. When Rose was two years old, her mother decided to amputate the girl's legs. So Rose - the half-girl - began a relatively normal life.

“Imagine Barbie with her legs torn off. This will be me. Almost normal, only a little shorter - there are no 4 vertebrae.

My parents made the right decision - I can't imagine my life in a wheelchair. There were pros and cons.
I'm glad they cut off my legs. In general, it’s easier for me to walk on my hands - it’s almost like walking on my feet. ”

At school, they tried to force her to walk on artificial legs, she recalls this time with a shudder.

She moves on her hands and on a skateboard.
“School was a nightmare. They wanted to fit everyone to the same standard and appearance and made me walk on fake legs. Terrible.

In the 9th grade, my patience ran out and I decided to be myself. I skated to school, climbed onto a chair, all the students were staring at me. I was terribly proud that I dared.

Rosemary met her future husband Dave Siggins at work. Dave worked in a parts store, Rose worked in a car service. At first they talked on the phone for a long time, joked, even flirted.

He really liked Rose, and they became friends. Dave was more than just a friend to her, but she couldn't make the first move on her own. And Dave took the first step. Not just a first step, but an offer on state television.

Nicolas Vuychich was born in Melbourne, Australia, in a family of Serbian emigrants. Mother is a nurse. Father is a pastor.

At first, the mother could not bring herself to take her son in her arms. “I had no idea how I would take the child home, what to do with him, how to take care of him,” Duska Vujicic recalls.

Nick has a semblance of a foot instead of a left leg. Thanks to this, the boy learned to walk, swim, skateboard, play on the computer and write. Parents made sure that their son was taken to a regular school.

At the age of eight, Nicholas decided to drown himself in the bath. He asked his mother to take him there.
“I turned my face into the water, but it was very difficult to resist. Nothing worked.

Now he has learned to swim!

At nineteen, Nick studied financial planning at university.

“Last year I met people who had a son without arms and legs. The doctors said: “He will be a plant for the rest of his life. He won’t be able to walk, study, he won’t be able to do anything.” And suddenly they found out about me and met me personally - another such person. And they had hope.

“It happens in life that you fall, and it seems that you have no strength to rise. Then you will find the strength in yourself to rise - that's the way."

He leans on his forehead, then helps himself with his shoulders and stands up.
The women in the hall begin to cry.

Faith (Faith) is an upright dog.
The dog was born without front legs, but learned to walk perfectly on its hind legs, like a person.

Now Faith visits orphanages and hospitals to inspire people without limbs.
