4 Classification. Types and sizes

4.1 Linen products include the following types: pajamas, nightgowns, undershirts, pajama pants and jackets, peignoirs, nightgowns, underpants, underpants, petticoats, swimwear, bathing suits, beach sets and other similar products made of fabrics, non-woven fabrics and other types of textile materials.

5.3 Manufacturing requirements

5.3.1 Types of stitches, lines and seams - in accordance with GOST 12807.

5.3.2 Limit deviations from the nominal dimensions for the main measurement points of finished products, shoulder and waist groups according to GOST 17037 are indicated in table 7.

5.3.3 In products with a pronounced symmetrical stripe or cage, the following conditions must be met:

- symmetry of the longitudinal pattern at the ends of the collar and the front side of the cuffs;

- symmetry of the direction of the pattern of the material in paired parts cut at an angle.

Deviations from the specified conditions are allowed, which are reflected in the technical description for the model.

5.3.4 The technical description for the model must contain:

- title page indicating the number of this standard;

- drawing and description of the appearance of the model, indicating the location of the pockets (external, internal, pocket for watches and back), trims, etc.;

- a table of measurements of the product in finished form, maximum deviations from the nominal values, measurement points for products of the shoulder and waist groups;

- the presence and location of laces, lace trims, etc.;

- range of basic, finishing, applied materials and fittings;

- features of the manufacture of the product;

- additional requirements for the coincidence and symmetry of the pattern, stripes, cells; ways of processing cuts, fixing accessories and finishes, parameters of seams.

5.3.5 Grade of finished products - according to GOST 12566.

5.4 Safety requirements

5.4.1 Clothing must be made from materials that are safe for the wearer's health.

5.4.2 The materials used for the manufacture of products must comply with the requirements of the state sanitary and epidemiological rules and regulations in force in the country.

5.4.3 Linen products and materials used for their manufacture must have indicators of physical and hygienic properties in accordance with table 8.

3. Terms and definitions

This standard uses terms in accordance with GOST 17037.

4. Classification. Types and sizes

4.1. Linen products include the following types: pajamas, nightgowns, undershirts, pajama trousers and jackets, peignoirs, nightgowns, underpants, underpants, petticoats, swimwear, bathing suits, beach sets and other similar products made of fabrics, non-woven fabrics and other types of textile materials.

4.2. The clothing size must correspond to the main dimensional features of the typical figures indicated in tables 1 - 5. The values ​​\u200b\u200bindicated in tables 1 - 5 can be used in various combinations, in accordance with the classification of typical figures for men, women, boys and girls according to the regulatory document for design clothes developed on the basis of GOST 17521, GOST 17522, GOST 17916, GOST 17917. 5.1. Characteristics.

5.1.1. Products must comply with the requirements of this standard, the reference sample in accordance with GOST 15.007, the technical description for the model, approved in the prescribed manner.

5.1.2. Products must comply with the requirements of GOST 4.45 in terms of functionality and ergonomics.

Determination of specific electrical resistance, hygroscopicity, color stability to physical and chemical influences, air permeability, free formaldehyde content is carried out during the input control of new materials. It is allowed to use the test results of materials in the control of finished products at a textile mill or in an accredited testing laboratory.

This standard establishes terms and definitions of basic concepts in the field of ready-made garments and knitwear for household purposes.

The terms established by this standard are mandatory for use in all types of documentation and literature that are within the scope of standardization or use the results of this activity.

The standard fully complies with ST SEV 4827-84.

There is one standardized term for each concept.

The use of synonymous terms of the standardized term is not allowed. Synonymous terms that are unacceptable for use are given in the standard as reference and are marked with the mark "Ndp".

The above definitions can be changed, if necessary, by introducing derivative features into them, revealing the meaning of the terms used in them, indicating the objects included in the scope of the concept being defined. 6. Belt clothes

Clothing resting on the lower supporting surface of the body, bounded above by the waist line, and below by the hip line

7. Set of clothes

Clothing consisting of two or more items, each of which is part of a set

8. Outerwear (product)

Clothing (product) worn on corsetry, underwear and (or) products of the costume and dress group

9. Linen product

Sewing or knitwear for creating the necessary hygienic conditions for the body and everyday life.
