Also, papillots can be made at home in a similar way from foam rubber.

Hair curlers require special care in order to serve you for a long time. Storage rules must be observed, since the material from which they are made is very soft and has pores. It is able to absorb moisture, as well as soak in all the products that you use when laying. In order to prevent such consequences, every time you finish curling with these devices, soak them in lukewarm water for about 15 minutes. After they have soaked, they must be removed and wiped with a dry soft brush. Then they need to be rinsed with cold tap water and placed to dry in a warm place. Do not put them on a battery or heater, this will negatively affect their appearance. From direct exposure to high temperatures, the porous surface of the curler will begin to burst and dry. It is best to place them near the battery and then let them dry for 15 minutes. After these curlers have dried, they must be removed before the next installation in a dark, secluded place, protected from moisture.
