Hosiery is usually measured in centimeters. If you want to know the size of your baby's foot, measure its length from the big toe to the edge of the heel using a sewing centimeter or a regular ruler. For older children, you can place their foot on the paper and carefully trace it with a pencil. The material of socks or golf allows the product to stretch by 1-2 cm. The product label contains markings that indicate even numbers.

Headwear - hats and caps

A headdress for a baby is selected in the same way as for an adult, based on head circumference. How to measure it? We take a centimeter and place it on the head in a circle so that the line goes along the back of the head, ears and eyebrows. The resulting figure will be your size guide. Manufacturers mark their products with different designations: digital, alphabetic, single or double symbol. The initial girth can be increased by 1, 2, 3, 4 cm. Most often, hats and bonnets are marked with double sizes, sometimes the height and age of the baby are indicated.

The indicators given in the tables are averaged, so it is better to choose a product based on head circumference. Children develop differently and it happens that the head of a 3-month-old newborn is comparable in size to the head of a 6-month-old baby. The head circumference of a boy exceeds that of a girl by 2 cm. The rate of increase in head volume as the child grows is: from 1 to 3 months - 3 cm; after 3 months – increase of 0.5 cm monthly. Mittens and mittens

Mittens and mittens for little ones are not produced in Russia; it is difficult to find such products and imported ones. It is difficult to find them for one-year-old children.
