Integrated physical education classes have a generally accepted structure. So, observations of natural phenomena, conversations about nature are held in the preparatory part of the lesson in combination with walking at a moderate pace along the ecological path, and then physical exercises are used in the generally accepted sequence in accordance with the recommended principles of physical load distribution. Physical exercises may precede observations and stories about objects or natural phenomena, carried out in the final part of the lesson when returning to kindergarten, familiarization with various types of gymnastics (breathing, finger, corrective) is also included; training teaching children elementary methods of self-mass soot; hardening; prevention of flat feet; improvement of motor skills; development of endurance through a gradual increase in physical activity; teaching the rules of safe behavior in nature.

In the preparatory part of the lesson, physical exercises can be used. (for example, walking combined with running), then natural studies are carried out in combination with thematic exercises and outdoor games, and, finally, the lesson ends with either running combined with walking, or observations combined with walking at a moderate pace. Integrative classes, conducted by a physical education instructor together with a teacher, are physical exercises, the selection of which is determined by the age and level of physical fitness of the children, as well as the time of year and weather conditions. Along with the performance of physical exercises in the course of classes, children under the guidance of a teacher conduct observations of natural phenomena and seasonal changes.

The following varieties are commonly used as physical exercises:

The formation of initial knowledge about nature is carried out in a playful way, taking into account the age-related psychological characteristics of children: for example, you can use the characters - "Lesovichka", a bear, a "Baba Yaga" bunny, who lead a tour of "their possessions" with children.

Also, classes are held in our kindergarten - walks along the ecological path of health - the purpose of which is to familiarize children with the norms of behavior in the natural environment, which are elements of ecological culture; Days of health with an ecological orientation, in the content of which teachers include special tasks that require children to display knowledge and ideas about nature and the foundations of ecological culture.

At the stage of preschool childhood, an initial feeling of the surrounding world is formed: the child receives emotional impressions of nature, accumulates ideas about different forms of life. Thus, already in this period, the fundamental principles of ecological thinking, consciousness, and ecological culture are being formed. But only on one condition - if the adults raising the child themselves have an ecological culture: they understand the problems common to all people and worry about them, show the little man the wonderful world of nature, help the little man the wonderful world of nature, help to establish relationships with him.

In our work with children on their environmental education, an integrated approach is widely used, which involves the interconnection of various types of activities - physical culture, music, fine arts, games, theatrical activities, excursions, as well as the organization of children's independent activities. Integrated classes are classes that, within the framework of one section of education, solve various problems of the development of children and are based on different types of activities. In the final part of the session, exercises and outdoor games are held, and finally the session ends with walking at a moderate pace or relaxation exercises.
Our holidays
Folklore, folk holidays, signs, games, as well as fairy tales of different peoples have always reflected the peculiarities of people's perception of nature, their attitude towards it. In addition, regional features of the relationship "man-nature" are well traced in folk art. The interest of preschool children in games, fairy tales, riddles makes it especially promising to use elements of different cultures for the purpose of environmental education.
So in our preschool institution, the holiday "Meeting the Sun", "Earth Day" is traditionally held. Children participate in a quiz dedicated to the climate and life of the indigenous peoples of the Far North, perform simulation exercises "Deer", "Polar Owl", "Nimble Arctic Fox", play outdoor games "Build a Chum", sledges", "Reindeer teams".
Our trips
Ecological trails have been developed in our preschool institution. This is a long race walk along a given route. At the beginning of the year, together with the teacher, we plan, drawing a map, several routes. At the same time, we introduce children to the cardinal points: south, north, etc. The length of each route is up to 3-4 km (round trip). The route is divided into several stages. The first is up to 500-600 meters for the elders. Gradually, the distance increases, and finally the children reach the intended goal. Having mastered one route, they move on to another. This activity allows you not only to improve your health, since walking and running are universal types of movement in which all muscle groups work, but also to significantly expand your knowledge about the world around you.
In the summer, we often go to the glade that the children love. We play outdoor games, sing songs to the accordion and just admire the surrounding nature. At the end, the action "Clean Glade" is held, the children put the garbage in bags. In winter we organize hiking and skiing. Often we meet squirrels, magpies on the way, together with children we observe their appearance and funny behavior.
Working with parents
Every loving parent wants to see their child happy. This implies that a happy child is a person who is physically healthy and strong, mentally and aesthetically developed, possessing a variety of practical skills that will help him establish himself in life. Therefore, I assign a huge role to work with parents. In group parental corners, folders-sliders were designed: “Breathe properly”, “Funny legs”, “Physical education with dad and mom”, etc. Photo reports from holidays, trips, etc.
Integrated classes in physical culture and ecology contribute not only to the development of the physical potential of preschoolers, but also to the formation of knowledge and ideas about nature.
