But, as often happens, unfortunately, we remember in hindsight the important things that we did not have time to say at the time. Moreover, in most cases we think about these omissions in some negative situations.
In a quarrel and after. It often happens that a man and a woman. being in a state of quarrel, they understand how good they were with the person with whom they now quarreled. Or how wonderful it could be if they paid more attention to each other, told each other more often how much they love, admired each other, said compliments and words of gratitude.
In the distance. There are situations when your family, loved ones, friends are near you, but you do not always pay enough attention to them, not as often as you would like and not as often as you should, you tell them how dear they are to you, how much you love and appreciate them. You don’t always find time to talk about what worries your loved ones, what’s important to them, you don’t always find time to talk heart to heart with them. And then you, or one of them, leaves to live in another city. And this is where the lack of communication with loved ones arises, here you realize that when you were close, you could easily have time to do more, tell and ask more, and just tell people dear to you more often that they are dear to you and loved.
What if tomorrow doesn't come? Unfortunately, there are times when we ourselves or someone we love get very sick, even end up in the hospital, and then different thoughts arise... What if this was my last day? How often have I told my family and loved ones how much I love them, how much I value and respect them, how dear they are to me? How often have I expressed my gratitude to them for having them, for all the wonderful things they do for me? What feelings and memories would people have after me?
Lack of approval and praise. Many, already at a fairly mature age, understand that they could achieve more, or would go through life and achieve success with greater ease, if they were praised in time, pointed out to their strengths, encouraged, and told that they believed in them. It is also important that a person is told that he is beautiful, smart, brave, strong, and so on. They would not over-praise, but they would make it clear that he has certain wonderful qualities, and in general he is wonderful the way he is.
And how in difficult moments we need support, words of understanding and faith in us.
So why wait for an extreme, extreme, or even irreparable situation, and then lament that we did not give enough love, kindness, warmth, gratitude and approval to the people important to us.
Why don't we become more open in expressing our sincere bright feelings? Why not pay more attention to our loved ones?
Talk about your feelings right now, when you are near, when 
everyone is alive and well when the desire to speak arises, when something needs to be said.
You look at your loved one and smile inside, but he is not a telepath and does not hear your thoughts. Just when you have a thought, express it, just say: “Well, how I still love you!” It won't be redundant.
If you have a strong desire to say nice words to your loved ones now, but you will only see them in the evening, or a day later, write them a message, call them, leave a greeting on their Internet mail, why put it off until later? There is no need to wait for the next impulse, speak right now.
Your friend looks great - tell her about it - it will be important, pleasant, and will give her confidence and joy.
Your loved one or your child has done something well, succeeded in something, even if it is a small achievement - praise him! And if something didn’t work out, especially tell him that everything will definitely work out for him (her), and you believe in him.
If at one time you did not have enough recognition from your loved one, or you were not praised often enough by your parents, or you were not encouraged enough during your studies and work, or your friends were not particularly attentive to your achievements and you lacked all this (we are not talking about psychological trauma, but about situations when you could have spoken more, better and more often), maybe your loved ones and loved ones have similar feelings, maybe you are not giving them something. So do what you can, right now.
There cannot be too much love, care, warmth and gratitude. Don't be afraid to go overboard. Just start saying out loud your positive emotions, your bright, sincere thoughts, and it will soon become a habit - this is a very useful and, by the way, quite pleasant habit. After all, giving is much more pleasant than receiving. So start giving your tenderness, love and care to the people around you and all this will definitely come back to you.
