Developmental- develop motor skills, imaginative thinking, attention, imagination, creativity, and form aesthetic artistic taste.
Purpose: An excellent gift, interior decoration or souvenir, especially valuable because it is made by yourself.
The queen of flowers, the rose, needs no introduction. There is hardly a person who would not be captivated by her beauty.

Rose is a symbol of perfection,
Wisdom and purity.
Her supremacy is recognized
Among the colorful flowers.
The queen keeps in the petals,
The secret of tenderness and love.
Everyone can enjoy
The standard of beauty.
A bouquet of roses is charming,
Gives a symbol for each color:
Red is the path to love, recognition,
White is a covenant of purity.
Materials and tools needed for weaving:
1. pink beads (or any other color at your discretion) – 80 g,
2. green beads – 40g (bead size 10-11mm),
3. wire 0.5 mm thick - for making flowers and leaves,
4. 0.7mm wire – for the central axis,
5. wire for the stem of a rose flower (since a beaded rose flower turns out to be quite heavy, for the stem you need to select a wire that will hold the flower freely and not bend, you can use either copper or cheaper aluminum wire, 3-4 mm thick ),
6. vase, flower pot,
7. threads for binding - green floss yarn (instead of threads for winding, you can use tape or corrugated paper, you can replace it with green electrical tape).
8. scissors, wire pliers,

Safety precautions
When working:
- handle materials and tools carefully;
- cut the wire only with scissors (do not tear it with your hands or teeth!);
- place scissors only with blades closed;
- pour beads from bags (jars) into separate lids a little at a time, so as not to spill a large amount of beads on which you can slip;
- after every half hour of work you need to rest for 15 minutes (to protect your eyesight).
Remember!
- craftswomen 6-8 years old can work with beads for no more than 40 minutes;
- craftswomen 9-11 years old - no more than an hour;
- craftswomen 12-16 years old no more than one and a half hours

Our rose will consist of 4 circles of petals.
First round
We begin work by preparing a wire for the central axis. Cut off 2 pcs. 10-14 cm of 0.7 mm wire,

string 5 pink beads on them and set them aside.

To weave 1 circle (center) of petals, we collect 1-2 m of pink beads onto the working wire

and without cutting the wire from the coil, wrap the end of the working wire around the axis, departing 4 cm from the upper end of the axis.

Next we weave in arcs (French weaving), to do this we turn the working wire around the axis

For the petals you need to weave 5 arcs.

We cut off the upper tip of the axle, leaving 3-4 mm, and bend it inward (towards the wrong rows).
Forming a bud. To do this, we bend the petals, perpendicular to the axis, around the pencil. We bend the end of the working wire 90 degrees to the side.

We insert them into each other so that the ends of the axes are inside the bud, and fasten them with fume tape.

Tie threads to match the future stem (green) to a piece of wire 5 mm and 25-30 cm long
Second round
The second circle consists of 3 petals. We weave in the same way, only we wrap the end of the working wire around the axis, departing 5 cm from the upper end of the axis, and make 7 arcs.

Third circle
The third circle consists of 4 sharp petals. Stepping back 6 cm from the upper end of the axis, we wrap the end of the working wire around the axis, having previously strung 5 beads onto the axis, and make two arcs. Then we put 1 auxiliary bead on the axis.

We weave 2 more circles and again put 1 bead on the axis.

We weave 3 more circles. The petal is ready. We cut off the upper tip of the axle, leaving 3-4 mm, and bend it inward (towards the wrong rows).

Our petals are ready.

Give the petals a cup shape. To do this, bend the upper edge of the petal to the wrong side, and press the middle a little inward.

Fourth circle
The fourth circle consists of 3 petals. We take 2 pieces of wire 0.7 mm, 14 cm each. Fold them in the middle crosswise

and make a slingshot.

We wrap the end of the working wire around the axis.

We begin to weave on 2 axes. Bend the working wire with the beads collected around the right axis.

Pass 4 beads on the working wire.

Bend the working wire with the beads collected around the left axis.

Now we bend the working wire around the base of the slingshot

Then we weave according to the pattern, going around, alternately, the axes of the slingshot.

We do 10 circles.

We cut off the upper ends of the 2 axes, leaving 3-4 mm, and bend them inward (towards the purl rows).

Our petals are ready.

Now let's give them shape. To do this, bend the top edge of the petal to the wrong side.

Sepals
Weaved on 0.5 mm wire with green beads. To do this, we collect about 1 m of green beads on a 0.5 mm wire and cut the 0.7 mm wire to 14 cm

We put 5 cm of green beads on the axle and wrap the end of the working wire around the axle. We bend the upper tip of the axle.

We make two arcs with working wire around the axis.

After the first pair of arcs, leave about 10 cm of beads on the working wire and cut off the wire, leaving the end of the working wire about 12 cm long. Then we pass the working wire between the axis and the arc at a height of about 3 cm, tighten it so that the new half-arc fits tightly to the previous one, make 1 turn.

Now we wrap the working wire around the axle.

Let's pull it up.

Then, we wrap the working wire around the second arc and tighten it.

We complete the half-arc. We wrap the working wire around the base of the sepal and cut it off.

We weave 4 more sepals, give them shape and set them aside.

Leaves
We weave 6 sharp leaves. To do this, we collect about 1 m of green beads on a 0.5 mm wire and cut off the 0.7 mm wire 14 - 16 cm

We put 5 green beads on the axle and wrap the end of the working wire around the axle.

We weave in the same way as the petals of the 1st circle, only to make the leaf sharp; in the upper part of the leaf, bring the working wire to the axis at an acute angle, and not perpendicularly as in a round petal.

We weave 5 arcs and our leaf is ready.

We weave 5 more leaves in the same way.
When 6 leaves are ready, collecting twigs . To do this, you will need floss threads (or other yarn) and 2 pieces of wire 0.7 mm 15-20 cm. We use it to thicken branches with leaves. Attach 1 piece of wire to the leaf and twist them together, being careful not to form a spiral, but to ensure that the twist is uniform.

We begin winding the twig with floss threads, starting from the top leaf.

After 2-2.5 cm, we apply the 2nd leaf, leaving a 2-3 mm stalk, winding it to the branch with 2-3 turns, apply a third leaf, leaving the same stalk, and continue winding another 3-3.5 cm .

We secure the thread by passing it between the wires and assemble the second branch in the same way.

Flower assembly.
After all the parts of our beaded rose are ready, we begin assembling the flower. To do this, apply one petal of the second circle to the bud on the stem in the same direction that the bud is wrapped and wrap it with thread. Their bent tips should be slightly higher than the level of the first circle of petals.

Further in a spiral, we apply the petals to the stem in 3 circles and, maintaining the direction, we wrap them alternately with threads, one at a time.

Now we wrap the 4th circle of petals, maintaining the direction, we wrap them alternately with threads one at a time.

A rose woven from beads can be almost indistinguishable from a living original. A rose bead master class is inherently a very exciting activity and can bring a lot of fun. Those who are familiar with this type of needlework know firsthand how exciting the process of creating a flower from beads is and how captivating it can be. This flower will be a wonderful decoration for your home.

First, let's look at a master class on beaded roses, most suitable for beginning needlewomen. In this case, flowers are woven easily, and anyone can handle this task.

Preparation of the workplace

Before learning how to make a rose from beads, you should prepare your work area for the beading process. A table should be chosen as such a place. Cover this table with a soft cloth to prevent the beads from rolling off the table. Of course, you don't have to cover the entire table. Take, for example, a box of chocolates or something else suitable and lay a piece of material on its bottom, on which you will place the beads. This can be done one at a time, or you can place several flowers in groups at once. It is better to choose fabric in light shades. This helps reduce eye strain. Lighting plays an important role. It must be very good. Especially in the evening. We should also not forget that when learning how to make a rose from beads, you should still stop and take breaks to give your eyes a chance to rest. You can also use special containers for beads, especially if you have several colors in your work.

Tools and materials

What might you need to make a rose from beads? Flowers made from beads, master classes for which will be discussed below, require beads, as well as wire of various thicknesses. Thinner wire is used for weaving. But thicker pieces will be needed to create the stems of roses and all other flowers. Green tape or threads are also usually used, which are needed for wrapping stems and twigs. Do not neglect descriptions and weaving patterns. After all, a rose is a rather complex flower. And, of course, it’s good to have small pliers or round nose pliers in your arsenal of tools, as well as tweezers and good bonding glue. Such as, for example, "Moment Crystal". It will come in handy if you use thread or other winding to glue the ends.

Beaded rose. Master Class. Scheme

To create rose petals, you should first use the parallel weaving technique. One bead is placed on a thin wire and placed in the center. This will be the first row. The second row consists of two beads. For the third, four beads are collected, for the fourth - six, then eight, ten and eleven.

After the last row is completed, you should collect beads on each of the wires in such a quantity that the length of the bead thread is equal to the side of the petal, and now stretch both edges through the bead of the first row. Twist the wire edges to a length of about one centimeter and trim off the excess. One rose will need eight petals.

How to make sepals

To weave sepals for a rose, you should use the same technique as when creating petals. You will need green beads and thin wire. The first row consists of one bead, the second - of two. Then four rows of three beads are woven, and again - two and one. For one flower you need to make six such sepals. They are located around the flower

Making leaves for a rose

The beaded rose, the master class of which is now being reviewed, also has leaves in addition to the flower. Each sheet consists of five parts that fit together to form one whole. They are also woven in parallel weaving. In each part, there are two beads in the first row, then three, four, three rows of five - and in reverse order. The last row consists of one bead. When all five leaves are ready, you need to take three of them and twist them together. Using the wire from all three leaves, make a stem, and just below attach two more leaves to it. To make everything look beautiful and neat, wrap the stem of the leaf with green thread or floral ribbon. For each rose you will need two or even three of these leaves.

Collecting a flower

As soon as all the details of the future flower are ready, the beaded rose, the master class of which was just reviewed, should be assembled into one whole. To do this, you will need a thicker piece of wire, onto which all the already completed elements will be attached.

This segment will imitate the main stem of the flower. So, first we connect the petals into one whole and surround them with sepals. We twist all the wire edges together and wrap the finished flower to the stem. Below we attach the leaves in the quantity that you consider necessary. To make everything look beautiful and as natural as possible, the stem is also wrapped with threads or green floral ribbon. That's all, the flower is ready.

Weaving petals using plasticine

The beaded rose master class is not always the same. The process may differ not only in the color or shape of the beads, but also in the principle of making certain elements of the flower. There is an option to make petals from beads using a plasticine base.

To do this, separate blanks are molded from plasticine to imitate rose petals. Such a blank is smeared with Vaseline, and beads strung on a thread are placed on it and coated with transparent varnish on top.

After the varnish has dried, remove the petal from the plasticine blank, wipe off the Vaseline and coat it with varnish on the other side. In this way, all the petals are completed and then combined into one flower.

What types of beaded roses are there?

Flowers made of beads (roses), the master class of which is discussed in this article, although similar to each other, still have some differences.

It can be a large single flower with solid or openwork petals, or it can be a branch that can successfully accommodate several small specimens. But they still have a common basis. Solid petals can be made in parallel, looped or French weaving. The same can be said about the leaves of this plant. French weaving is most often used to create single large roses. But the looped method is most suitable for bush roses, since the size of its flowers is small. Having thus made several buds of different sizes, you need to collect them onto one branch. To make an openwork petal, a fabric is woven from loops connected to each other. Moreover, both vertically and horizontally. Simply put, the petal ends up looking like a mesh. In such work, the main point is that you need to try not to tighten the wire. If you tighten it too much, you will not be able to achieve the effect of airiness, flexibility and tenderness. Of course, in such a flower both the leaves and sepals should have an openwork appearance.

Having looked at more than one master class on beaded roses, you understand how exciting and interesting this activity is. After all, just with the help of a certain amount of beads, wire and your own imagination, you can create a copy of a natural masterpiece, practically indistinguishable from its original. And all it takes is just a little patience and effort.

Rose is a very popular and almost everyone's favorite flower. But, unfortunately, all its beauty quickly fades. You can make this flower with your own hands from beads. A beaded rose will delight you with its blooming appearance all year round. If you don’t know how to make a rose from beads, then this master class with step-by-step photos will help you master the technique of weaving roses from beads.

To weave a rose you will need:

  • Beads of three colors - pink, white, green. Size 11 or 10 (Czech beads), and if Chinese beads then size 12.
  • For a bud, a total of 140 grams of beads, for leaves 80 grams.
  • The wire is 0.3mm, 0.4mm in diameter and very thick for the rod.
  • Floral ribbon.
  • Glue (transparent polyurethane).

The rose we will weave will be big. The diameter of the bud is 12 cm. The height of the entire rose depends on the rod from which you will make the trunk.

So, let's begin.

Beaded rosebud

Let's start weaving a rose from beads with its petals, from which we will assemble a rose bud during the weaving process. We will weave.

  • Petals of the 1st row.

Round petals are made according to the following scheme: it is made from wire with a diameter of 0.4 mm, and a piece of wire 55 cm long and 0.3 mm in diameter is wound to it. We place 5 pink beads on the axis and make 8 arcs (4 turns). We weave the last row (this is the 4th turn) with white beads. You need to make 3 such petals of the first row.

To give the desired shape, you need to rotate the petal leg 90 degrees and bend the petal along its axis.

  • 2nd row.

We weave these petals according to the following scheme: we make the axis from wire with a diameter of 0.4 mm, and we wind a piece of wire 75 cm long and 0.3 mm in diameter to it. We place 5 pink beads on the axis, and weave 8 arcs (4 turns) with the working end of the wire.

We give each petal this shape. To do this, the tip must be bent outward, and the petal itself must be bent along the axis.

  • Petals of the 3rd row.

We weave according to the pattern: 5 beads on the axis and make 16 arcs (8 turns). We take a wire 95 cm long. We also pay attention to the fact that in these petals we also use a modified technique.

It is necessary to make 8 arcs according to this principle: the first 4 turns of the arcs should go around the axis on top of the petal, and the remaining 4 turns of the arcs should go around from the inside.

The last two rows are made of white beads. You also need to weave 3 of these petals. Next you need to give them shape.

  • 4th row.

The petals of the fourth row are woven using a sophisticated French weaving technique - weaving on two axes. We take a wire with a diameter of 0.4 mm, cut two pieces 17-18 cm long and twist them together from below, leaving an axis of 10 cm on each piece. Next, take a wire 150 cm long and wind it to the axles.

Weave according to this pattern: string 2 beads on the right axis, and 3 beads on the left. Between the axes in the first row we make 3 beads, then in increasing order.

We make 5 turns around the axis on top, and 6 turns around the inside. In general, the petal should have 11 turns. We make the last two turns using white beads. We make 4 such petals. Afterwards, we give everything a shape by bending the tip, and bending the petal itself inward.

  • 5th row.

These petals weave on three axes. We take a wire with a diameter of 0.4 mm, cut off three sections 18-20 cm long and twist them together from below, leaving an axis of 12 cm on each section. Next, we take a wire 200 cm long and wind it to the axles.

Next we weave according to this pattern: string 1 bead on the first axle, 2 beads on the middle one, and 3 beads on the left one. Between the axes in the first turn we make 3 beads in each arc, then in increasing order.

We make 5 turns, going around the axis on top and 8 times going around it from the inside. In general, the petal should have 13 turns. We make 4 such petals.

We give shape to our woven petals by bending them along the central axis. The central seam with the eyelets should be on the inside, and the tips of the petal should be bent outward.

That's it, the petal blanks are ready, let's start assembling the rose bud.

Assembling a rosebud from beads

We take a thick wire (rod), screw the first row of petals to it, fastening them in a circle. Next, we attach the second row; when assembling, the petals need to be nested inside each other.

Next, according to the same pattern, we attach 3 rows of petals, then the 4th and 5th row. The petals will turn out heavy and will hang down, and so that the bud falls apart, glue them from the inside at the base to the petals of the previous row. You should get a bud like this.

Now we need to weave the sepals for our rose.

Beaded sepals for roses

We take 75 cm of wire, make an axle 10-12 cm long and string beads on it. The bead row should be 6 cm (can be measured with a ruler), this is approximately 40 beads. The sepal weaves along.

We attach the finished sepals to the rose bud. After the sepals have been attached, you need to wrap the peduncle with 10 rows of beads strung on a wire. Next we wrap the stem with green floral ribbon.

Rose

Handmade beaded rose consists of five circles of petals. It is woven from burgundy logging on 0.4 mm burgundy wire.

To weave petals, take 1-2 meters of cutting onto the working wire and, without cutting the wire from the spool, wrap the end of the working wire around the axis, departing from the upper end of the axis 4/5/6/7/8 cm for petals 1/2/3/4/ 5 laps respectively.

Cut off the excess tip of the working wire with thin tweezers at the very axis.

First circle of beaded rose petals

Wrap the end of the working wire around an axis 10 cm long, departing 4 cm from the upper end of the axis.

Place 5 beads on the axis.

Weave 3 identical round petals from five pairs of arcs each.

Cut off the upper tip of the axle, leaving 2-3 mm and bend it inward (towards the purl rows), bend the second end 90 degrees to the side. Bend the petals perpendicular to the axis.

Insert them into each other so that the ends of the axes are inside the bud.

Tie threads that match the color of the future stem (yellow) to a piece of thick, 5 mm wire.

Second circle of beaded rose petals

On an axis 10 cm long, collect 5 beads and weave 3 sharp petals from 9 pairs of arcs. To do this, in the upper part of the petal, bring the working wire to the axis at an acute angle, and not perpendicularly as in the previous round petal.

Please note that in the lower part of the petal and in 4 rows in the upper part, the working wire goes around the axis, lying on top of it, and 5 in the last five rows of the upper part of the petal from below, forming the so-called purl loops.

Bend the petals so that the purl loops of the lower part are inside the petal, bend the tip outward.

In the same direction that you have wrapped the first circle of petals, apply one at a time and wrap the petals of the second circle with threads.

The bent tips of the petals of the second circle should be slightly higher than the level of the first circle of petals.

It turns out very beautiful, but it still doesn’t look very much like a real rose.

Third circle of beaded rose petals

On an axis 10 cm long, collect 4 beads and weave 3 sharp petals from 10 pairs of arcs in the same way as the petals of the second circle. The upper part of the petal is woven from five front and 5 purl rows with all front rows in the lower part of the petal.

Cup the petals with purl rows inside and fold the top end of the petal outward.

The fourth circle of rose petals made of beads

4 petals are woven on 2 axes from 13 circles of arcs: 8 front and 5 back. Take 2 pieces of wire 10 cm each. Wrap the working wire around them in 2 turns with beads. String 1 bead on the right axle, and 2 on the left axle.

After the first circle of arcs, add 1 bead to each axis.

The bottom of the petal should always be round. You can weave the top one either round or with sharp corners.

Cut off the excess axle wire at the top of the petals, fold the ends toward the back rows, and cup the petals so that the back rows of the bottom of the petal are inside the “bowl.”

In a spiral, applying the petals to the stem, maintaining the direction given in the previous circles, wrap them one by one with threads.

Our handmade product is already taking on its rose characteristics.

Fifth circle of beaded rose petals

4 petals are woven similarly to the fourth circle. Only now on 3 axes of 15 circles of arcs: 8 front and 7 purl. Take 3 pieces of wire 10 cm each. Wrap the working wire around them in 2 turns with beads. String 1 bead on the right axle, 2 on the middle axle, and 3 on the left axle.

After the first circle of arcs, add 1 bead to the middle axis.

After 2-3 circles of arcs, you can cut off one of the axes at the bottom of the petal so that the working wire does not wrap around such a thick axle, consisting of 3 0.4 mm wires. After 8 knit rows, purl the next 7 rows at the top of the petal. The bottom of the petal should always be round. You can weave the top one either round or with sharp corners.

Cut off the excess axle wire at the top of the petals, fold the ends toward the back rows and cup the petals so that the back rows of the bottom of the petal are inside the “bowl,” curving the top of the petal outward in a figural fashion.

In a spiral, applying the petals to the stem, maintaining the direction, wrap them one by one with threads.

After the bud is formed and the petals are given the desired shape, apply a drop of transparent glue where the petals touch. I use acrylic. You can also use acrylic gloss varnish. After drying, it will be transparent and invisible on the flower. To prevent the bud from falling apart under the weight of the petals, you can wrap it with wire, but not tightly, but exactly as much as the bud of your flower should be open. I usually just hang the flower by the stem “upside down” with the bud down until the glue dries, without wrapping anything around it.

Rose buds made of beads

I have 2 buds in my composition.

The bud consists of two circles of petals, 3 in each.

For the first circle, weave 3 petals in the same way as the rose petals of the first circle.

3 petals of the second circle are woven on 2 axes of 9 circles of arcs: on the right axis, dial 2 bis., and on the left - 3. Weave a round petal from 7 front rows of arcs and 2 purl ones.

Collect the resulting petals onto the stem in a spiral similar to the first two circles of rose petals.

Sepals

Weaved on gold wire from gold beads. On an axis 10 cm long, collect 6 cm (for roses) and 5 cm (for buds) of beads. Weave 5 sepals for the rose and 4 for the buds as in the photo.

When weaving sepals, make sure that you have front rows at the bottom of the leaf and back rows at the top.

On the other side, weave 2 pairs of half-arcs in the same way as described above.

Shape the sepals

Wrap the sepals one at a time with threads to the stem so that they fit snugly to the buds with the bottom wrong side. Cut off the excess ends of the wire and wrap them with thread so that they do not stick out.

I did not use beads of a different color to edge the edge of the petal. This is not for everybody.

In principle, the last row of petals could be woven with beads, for example gold-colored (the one from which we will make leaves).

I used dry gold glitter. With one brush I applied transparent glue along the edge of the petal, and with the other brush I sprinkled glitter on it. After the glue had dried, I brushed off the excess with a dry, soft brush.

I really like this method (thanks to Sasha Kramarenko for the great idea).

Handmade beaded rose leaves

To make my composition, I wove 6 branches of 3 leaves each.

Weave 6 large and 12 smaller pointed leaves.

Large: there are 7 beads on the axis, 11 pairs of arcs.

Small: 7 beads on the axis, 9 pairs of arcs.

Take axles 20 cm long.

We collect a twig from 1 large and 2 small leaves. To do this, you will need floss threads (1 skein was enough for me to wrap the entire composition) and thin wire. Surely each of you has a thin wire, obtained on occasion, but never found use. I used it to thicken a branch with leaves. For thickening, it is better to use several pieces of thin wire rather than one thick one. When attaching a twig to the stem, thin wires will not protrude under the thread winding, and thick wire will stand out with a convexity unusual for the stem. I wound a thin wire around a 10 cm wide cardboard strip and when the bundle was thick enough, I cut the wire on one side. The result was a bundle of segments of equal length (20 cm each).

Attach a bundle of thin wire pieces to the middle leaf and twist them together by 2-2.5 cm, trying not to form a spiral, but to ensure that the twist is uniform.

Cut the floss about 40 cm. Each thread of floss consists of 6 thin threads. Divide the segment into 2 (three threads each). And with these three threads, start winding the twig, starting with the medium large leaf. After 2-2.5 cm, attach a smaller leaf, leaving a stalk of 2-3 mm (in theory, it could also be wrapped in floss for these 2-3 mm, but I was frankly too lazy), winding it to the branch for 2-3 mm. 3 turns, attach a second leaf, leaving the same stalk and continue winding another 2-2.5 cm. Secure the thread by passing it between the wires and collect the remaining 5 branches in the same way.

Assembling a rose

Cut the floss about 1 m long, take it in half. Start wrapping the stem from the bud itself. After 6 cm, without loosening the tension of the thread, attach a twig with leaves, carefully straightening the ends of the wires along the stem, and continue tightly winding the threads for another 5-7 cm. Fasten and cut the thread.

Assembling rose buds

In the same way, collect one bud with 2 branches of leaves, and the second with 3 branches.

A bud with 2 branches: the first branch is at a distance of 4 cm from the bud, the next one is another 1.5 cm later. then continue winding another 8 cm.

A bud with three branches: the first branch is at a distance of 5 cm from the bud, the next one is after another 1.5 cm and the third after another 2 cm. Then continue the winding for another 8-10 cm.

Assembling a composition of beaded roses

The most difficult thing, in my opinion. I managed on my own, but I strongly recommend that you seek outside help.

The rose itself weighs more than 100 kg, so it will strive to fall. In addition, you still need to hold two buds.

All this needs to be built into a harmonious composition and managed to be filled with plaster mortar.

Prepare the vase in which you are going to plant the flowers. In accordance with the plan, cut off the excess length of the stem, leaving a little for a loop at the end of each. It is needed for stability (and in general, in case you have to lengthen the stem a little, it will be at the expense of that).

Prepare a good piece of foil (I used food grade). Build a composition directly on it and secure it at the base with the free edges of the foil.

Now feel free to place it in your bowl and fill it with a liquid solution of gypsum and water (prepared in advance). Everything must be done very quickly so that the solution does not set ahead of time.

I want to note that the use of foil here is very important. In addition to the fact that it does not allow the stems to move relative to each other and maintains the static composition of the composition, it does not allow your bowl to crack!!!

Since my bowl is spherical, I took a lot of risks with it without using foil. And so, when the plaster sets, it expands and crushes not the edges of the bowl (into smithereens) but the foil that is at the bottom.

So she always helps me out. Before the burgundy and gold rose, I made an “ice” composition.

There I used a vase, also spherical, but with a narrow neck. I placed the composition in it without any problems, but I also had to fill it, since the rose was heavy and turned over. So, I used a pencil to push the foil into it, securing the stems in the position I needed, and carefully poured a very (!) liquid solution of gypsum and water into it. Nothing cracked.

Let's return to our... Roses. While the plaster is setting, you can hold the flowers a little with your hands so that they do not fall or move.

You can arrange the soil at your discretion. I decided not to stray from the color scheme and painted the green sisal I had with gold paint from a can. She laid the soil with it.

Carefully straighten each leaf, you may have to bend the stems of the flowers a little. If you are satisfied with the result, then you can consider that everything is DONE!

You can create such a bouquet for your friend on her birthday, and recently it has become fashionable to decorate wedding bouquets in such an unusual style. In this article we will take a closer look at the French technique, which uses a beautiful rose on a long stem.

Weaving roses from beads

If you would like to learn a lesson on how to do it yourself roses from beads, master class photo- what a novice master needs. This is not to say that this flower is the easiest to make, but following our advice, you will definitely cope with all stages of weaving, and as a result you will get a beautiful flower. can be used to form beautiful flower arrangements, bouquets and even wall panels, and your friend will definitely like such a gift.

First, we will carefully consider all the necessary materials that we will need at the stage of making the petals and at the stage of forming a flower with a stem and leaves. The main material, of course, is beads. We need to choose the color in which our buds will be made; for roses we always choose delicate, “feminine” colors in the red palette; you can make it white or fantastic with blue or purple petals. We will need about 80 grams of beads, but the quantity depends on the number of flowers in your bouquet. For the leaves you also need green beads - about 40 grams. We will use No. 10, you can use round beads or chopped beads.

Weaving roses from beads carried out on a wire 0.5 mm thick, and for the central axis you will need a thicker wire - 0.7 mm. To form the stem we will use strong aluminum wire 4 mm thick. When you decorate the stem, you will need to hide the wire frame; for this you can take green floss threads, or you can use floral tape.

To make the work easier, prepare wire cutters that will help you cut the necessary pieces of wire for. It is not safe to tear the wire with your hands or bite it with your teeth. Be sure to prepare small saucers for work, where you can pour the beads in small portions.

Rose from beads: master class

You will turn out beautiful beaded rose, step by step photo will tell you where to start weaving. We will make flowers using the French circular weaving technique, each petal will consist of four circles.

At the first stage of creating a petal, we need to cut two pieces of 0.7 mm wire, 14 cm each, and string five beads of the main color on each - in our case, pink. Now let’s take a coil of thin wire, which will be used for the main weaving, and string a two-meter long bead onto it. The wire should not be cut from the spool so that the beads can move along it during the weaving process.

The end of the working wire must be twisted around a prepared axis with 5 beads, departing 4 cm from the edge, and arcs must be made, each time wrapping the wire around the axis two turns. In total, we should have five arcs on each side, after which the axle wire can be cut off, leaving a 4 cm tip, which must be bent to the wrong side.

We will use two of these petals to form a bud; to do this, they should be curved around the pencil perpendicular to the axis, and the end of the working axis should be bent 90 degrees. Next, the two bent petals must be inserted into each other, leaving the tips of the axis inside. We need to attach another piece of wire to the axis and wrap it with green threads, thus we have formed the core for the flower.

The second layer of the bud will consist of three petals, which are made according to the same pattern, but this time they should be larger - for each petal we will make seven arcs, leaving the tip of the axis about 5 cm.

In the third layer we will have four petals, they are made 6 cm away from the edge of the axis. We again need to string five beads onto the axis, and then we make two arcs around it. After two arcs, you need to add another bead to the main axis and make two more arcs, then add another bead to the axis. In total, we need to add three beads to the axis during the weaving process, and weave two arcs between them. At the end we will weave three arcs and cut off the tip of the main wire so that there is a 4 cm edge. In total we will have nine arcs on the large petal of the third layer.

You can see how it's done rose from beads, master class Step-by-step photographs will definitely help you figure it out. When we have large petals ready, we need to give them a cup-shaped shape: bend the top edge to the wrong side, and slightly press the center inward.

Beaded roses: weaving patterns

The next step is how to create rose from beads, master class with step by step The photo will tell you how to make petals for the fourth layer. The petal should turn out to be large, so we need to use three weaving axes; to do this, cut 14 cm of thick wire and fold them crosswise. We will make a slingshot from the wire and begin braiding it with low beads. At this stage of weaving, it is necessary to make arcs, going around all three resulting axes in turn.

To make the petal large, you need to make at least 10 circles, then the upper ends must be cut off and bent inward. But to make it realistic roses made of beads, photo which you can look at on our website, large petals should also be slightly bent: bend the top edge to the wrong side.

We continue to carry out beaded roses, weaving patterns We will also use the petals to create the leaves of our flower. For the leaves we will use green beads: we need to collect about one meter of beads on a 0.5 mm wire. On a base 0.7 mm long, 14 cm, you need to collect five beads and wrap the tip of the working wire around it. Our leaf should turn out sharp, so in the upper part the wire must be wrapped around the base at an acute angle, and in the case of round petals we wrapped it at a right angle. The leaf will be small in size and consist of only five arches. In total, for one flower you need to make five leaves.

It is impossible to imagine a rose without sepals. We will again use the French technique, but the sepals should be openwork. It will seem to consist of two parts; for the second part, long strings of beads on a working wire will be used. You can see the detailed execution of the sepals in the photographs. For each rose, we need to make four sepals and give them a concave shape, because they should lie like a cup on our bud.

How to make a rose from beads

When we have all the preparations ready for roses from beads, step by step We offer you a photo of the flower assembly process. We will start with the leaves, which need to be collected into a twig. To make the branch thicker, you need to use two more 20 cm pieces of 0.7 mm wire. First you need to twist the section with the first leaf, and wrap 2.5 cm of branches with green floss threads. Then we should screw the second leaf and the third one, and decorate the stem with threads. The second branch for the flower is made in the same way.

The bud is formed in layers, starting from the middle, then the petals of the second, third and fourth layers are screwed on. Each petal must be wound to the stem one by one, using threads or tape. When you form a flower, the ends of the wire must be cut and wrapped with thread.

When you collect the sepals, you can turn the bud over and tape the elements to the stem so that their underside fits tightly to the flower. Next, we need to decorate the base of the bud using a small green bead; it needs to be wrapped around a thread winding.

Moving down the stem, you need to wrap it with green floss, securing both prepared branches with leaves. Now we have one flower ready, but for a beautiful bouquet they should be made 5-7 pieces and arranged in a vase.

You will also find some tips for making rosettes.

Beaded rose: diagram

The French technique is used for weaving various flowers - roses and roses, but other methods are also possible to make a beautiful rose from beads, diagram parallel weaving may come in handy. Beginners can be advised to master beading using the parallel technique, it is simpler.

For such a rose, we need to make outer and inner petals, centers, sepals and leaves. For the inner petal (its size is smaller), you need to cut 70 cm of wire and string three beads, then thread the second tip of the wire in the opposite direction into two beads and tighten so that the workpiece is in the middle of the wire segment (both ends should be the same). Next, you need to perform five more parallel rows, adding two beads in each, and in the last parallel row there will be 13 beads. Thus, the pattern is in the following order: 1-2-4-6-8-10-12-13, each number corresponds to the number of beads in the row. We need to make three inner petals, and four outer petals. The outer one should be larger, so the weaving will increase by one row, if the inner petal consists of eight rows, then the outer one - with nine. We will perform the external one according to the following scheme: 1-2-4-6-8-10-12-14-15.

But the edges of each petal - both external and internal - must be rounded; to do this, you need to collect the appropriate number of beads (10-12) on the ends of the wire on each side and pass the ends through the very first bead.

The middle will be “stamens”: you need to collect 14 beads on the base, and then pass the second tip through the 11th bead in the opposite direction, we get a stick with three beads at the end. You need to make five “stamens” on one wire base. For leaves we will use this order: 1-2-4-6-7-6-4-2 and 1-2-4-6-5-4-2, and for sepals - 1-1-2-3- 3-4-3-2-2-1. sepals for roses from beads master should make five pieces, small leaves - 2, large ones - 3 pieces.

Parallel weaving patterns, how to make a rose from beads, are simple and accessible, so even a child can do such crafts; for him, this will be his first acquaintance with beadwork.
