2. The “Excellent Roaming” service is available to subscribers - individuals, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who are served on any MTS tariff plan, with the exception of the “Guest 7”, “Guest 30”, “Guest” tariff plans (hereinafter referred to as Subscribers) .

3. Subscribers specified in clause 2 of these Rules can use the “Excellent Roaming” service only if the numbers of these Subscribers have both the “Roaming” and “International Access” services.

4. For Subscribers who use the “Excellent Roaming” service, tariffs will be carried out as follows:

4.1. incoming calls in roaming are provided with a 100% discount from the 2nd to the 5th minute of each conversation (in accordance with the provisions on the discount system approved by MTS) when the Subscriber registers and is in the operator networks specified in clause 6 of these Rules;

4.2. outgoing calls to the Republic of Belarus in roaming are charged at 1,314 rubles per minute (including VAT) from the 2nd to the 5th minute of each conversation (as part of the “Excellent roaming. Outgoing call in the Republic of Belarus” service) when the Subscriber is registered and located in operator networks specified in paragraph 6 of these Rules;

4.3. The 1st, 6th and subsequent minutes of each incoming call or outgoing call to the Republic of Belarus while roaming are charged in accordance with the current Tariff List for international roaming services;

4.4. Tariffing for the “Excellent Roaming” service is carried out in accordance with the current Price List for communication services provided by Mobile TeleSystems JLLC, as well as the provisions on the discount system approved by MTS.

5. The cost of the “Excellent Roaming” service is charged in full at the time the MTS hardware and software complex processes the technological settings necessary to connect to this service and then at the beginning of each subsequent day.

If at the beginning of the day the Subscriber is blocked (partial, forced, voluntary, “Lost SIM card” blocking), the cost of the “Excellent Roaming” service is not debited until the block is released; from the moment the blocking is cancelled, the cost of the “Excellent Roaming” service is written off in full.

10. Subscribers can disable the “Excellent Roaming” service using one of the following methods:

10.2. by contacting the MTS Communications Salon, the MTS Contact Center or the Trading Facility of MTS Commercial Representatives;

10.3. using the Mobile Assistant or Internet Assistant;

10.4. using the “My MTS” mobile application.

11. The subscriber can cancel the “Excellent Roaming” service using one of the methods specified in clause 10 of these Rules. From the moment of cancellation of the service, tariffs for calls in roaming will be carried out in accordance with the current Price List of tariffs for international roaming services.

12. If the Subscriber has not refused the “Excellent Roaming” service, then this service is automatically extended to the Subscriber at the beginning of each subsequent day.

13. Activation and deactivation of the “Excellent Roaming” service is possible both while roaming and while within the coverage area of ​​the MTS network.

14. Connection and deactivation of the “Excellent Roaming” service is carried out from the moment of registration of the application for this action in the MTS hardware and software complex.

5. For Subscribers with the “Excellent Roaming” service activated, who, based on the results of the test* carried out in the MTS hardware and software complex, simultaneously meet the following conditions:

15.1. are in the coverage area of ​​the MTS network for 3 days in a row;

15.2. from the moment of registration in the MTS network coverage area, the phone was not turned off for 3 days in a row;

16. By activating the “Excellent Roaming” service, the Subscriber thereby confirms that he has read and agrees with these Rules and accepts them.
