A simple collective postcard from children to the teacher. Teacher's Day: congratulations and beautiful holiday cards

Glued and painted ones are valued much higher than purchased options. You not only create unique things, but also put your soul into your work. We invite you to learn how to make a greeting card with your own hands on various themes.

Card for teacher

The “Happy Teacher’s Day” greeting card, created with your own hands in the craft style, will be quite interesting. It involves the use of several separate pictures, letters and decorative elements that are assembled into one. You will need A4 cardstock for the base of the card, an A5 picture for the background and a few pictures of school related items. For example, these could be letters of the alphabet, a backpack, a note sheet, a ruler, a compass, and so on.

First, make the base, that is, simply bend A4 cardboard in half. Paint it if necessary. Then stick the picture with the background on the front side. It will be nice if its format is a little smaller (A5). Then cut out the prepared images of school items along the contour. You can also print out a small rectangle with the words “Congratulations” or “Happy Holidays.” Place the pictures on the background as they should look in the final version. Glue them. You can also decorate the card with ribbons or various decorative elements. DIY greeting card “Happy Teacher's Day”. All that remains is to sign it.

in kindergarten

A preschool teacher will be very pleased to receive a congratulatory card made by his students. You can borrow the idea of finger painting as a basis. First prepare the base of the card. To do this, take cardboard or craft paper and fold it in half. Then thin the paint and apply it to your lips. Make several shades - this will make the picture brighter.

Now have each child dip their finger into the sponge and put a fingerprint on the front of the card. You can combine them by drawing below which extend from the lower points. This way you will get a bunch of balls. On the plastic side you can write “Congratulations!” Thus, your DIY greeting card is ready!

Another cute baby card

A personal greeting card presented to the teacher will bring a lot of positive emotions. You can make it with your own hands from the most ordinary colored paper. Moreover, the only additional things you will need are scissors and a pen. Fold the paper in half and place your child's hand on it so that his thumb and forefinger touch the fold line. Trace it along the outline and carefully cut out the card. As a result, you will get a cute card that is shaped like a baby’s hand. When opened, there are already two of them. All that remains is to fill out the card and present it to the teacher.

Simple postcard

To get such a card, you need to take cardboard for paper, thin double-sided tape, several types of kraft paper or regular colored pictures with designs, as well as yellow sheets. First prepare the base of the greeting card by folding the sheet in half. Then cut several strips of different papers. Try to make them the same in width, but different in length. Now cut out shapes resembling drops from yellow sheets. There should be as many of them as there are stripes.

When all the details are ready, you can start decorating the front side. To do this, lay out the strips on the card. It will turn out more beautiful if they are not parallel. Lay them out slightly at an angle. Then take one strip and glue a piece of double-sided tape to the back of it. Place the rectangle in place. Glue all the strips onto tape in the same way. Finally, attach the drops over the paper candles.

This DIY school greeting card is made very quickly. Therefore, it is ideal for a lesson or class topic. As a result, each student will have their own greeting card, which they can then give to someone on their birthday.

Paper greetings for the New Year

DIY greeting cards for the New Year are even easier to make. For example, to create such a card, you will need red cardstock or craft paper of the same color. Also take a narrow and wide ribbon in a beige or gold shade, the same tone as a drop-bead or rhinestone.

Fold the paper in half. Take a special gun or Moment glue and attach a small piece of narrow ribbon on top. It should be in the center. Draw a circle under it with a light pencil movement. Place bead drops inside it so that most of the space is filled. Then glue all the elements. It is most convenient to use tweezers. All that remains is to make a bow from a wide ribbon and glue it over the ball. Sign the card.

Volumetric card with balls

You can make very beautiful greeting cards with your own hands using thick double-sided tape. Also, for example, to create a card with balloons you will need several types of craft paper or cardboard with designs, a small piece of thin ribbon and beautiful threads (floss, wool, decorative twine, and so on).

First, make a blank for the card by folding the cardboard in half. Then take decorative paper and draw circles, hearts or ovals on the back side. These are the shapes of our future balloons. Then take scissors and carefully cut out the shapes along the outline. Now cut the threads. You need the same quantity as the number of balls you got. Connect the thread to the cardboard figure using double-sided tape. Place the balloons on the front of the card and then glue them on.

Tie all the ends into one bundle using a thin ribbon. Glue the back of it to the card. Align the ends of the threads. The three-dimensional postcard is ready! Using this principle, you can make many different greeting cards. Just prepare the elements and stick them on thick double-sided tape.

Preparing a postcard in scrapbooking style

You can make original greeting cards from paper with your own hands in scrapbooking style. To do this, you will need to take several types of beautiful cardboard, a thin ribbon and PVA glue. First, prepare the base. It can be cardboard folded in half, or just a square or rectangular piece of paper. Then take red paper and cut out exactly the same shape as the card itself, only a centimeter smaller on each side. Cut out another exactly the same piece, only white or beige. In addition, it should be several millimeters smaller than the previous one. Glue the red sheet on the front side of the card first, and then the light one.

New Year's card decor

Now cut out three rectangles from different papers. They should differ in length by 1 centimeter. Glue a medium-sized rectangle horizontally in the middle. Cut a piece of tape and glue one end to the back of the long rectangle. Place the shape under the center piece and glue it in place as well. Lift the tape up. Glue the last rectangle on top, having previously wrapped the second piece of ribbon under it. Make a bow from the leftover ribbon and stick it on the top of our gifts.

Under the picture, write “Happy New Year!”, “Happy Holidays!” or “Congratulations!” It is noteworthy that depending on what color of paper you use, the content of the postcard changes. If you take cardboard in neutral shades with a pattern of hearts or circles, then the card can be presented for a birthday.

Greeting card in minimalist style

For such a card you will need a plain, beautiful, dark-colored cardboard. As well as white thick paper and several types of colored tape. Make the base of a greeting card from dark cardboard. Cut a few strips and simply stick it onto the front of the card. The stripes should go horizontally, maybe a little diagonally.

Take white cardboard and use a pencil to beautifully and neatly write “Happy Birthday!” in two lines. or one “Congratulations!” Letters must be bold. Circle the inscription in a frame, and let it connect with the words in some places. Now take a sharp utility knife and cut everything along the contour. Using PVA glue, stick our blank onto tape. All. A greeting card in a minimalist style is ready. Despite its simplicity, it turns out bright and stylish.

More design options for minimalist cards

Handmade greeting cards: “Happy Birthday” or “Happy New Year” turn out beautiful. Especially if you use colored tape in the process. There is no need to use any other materials or tools. Simply apply the tape to the front of the card in different orders or make different shapes out of it. These could be candles, a gift, a cake, and so on. To finish the card, you simply paste a greeting message cut out of white cardstock over the tape. This way, you will have several options for simple, but creative and stylish greeting cards.

We love holidays and love gifts. And we all love postcards - receiving and giving. Postcards are given for many events - birthday or New Year, March 8 or the birth of a child.

You go into a store - there are a lot of postcards, even the text is already printed inside - everything has already been thought out for you and said, but not from the heart.

Gift with love

Only handmade postcards can convey your feelings towards the recipient. Buying a regular cardboard card is easy, but making one yourself means putting a part of yourself into it. After all, when making such a gift, you imagine the person for whom it will be intended.

Remember, we all tried in childhood, in kindergarten or school, to make holiday cards for our parents - carefully cutting them out, folding them, and gluing them. Then they handed it over. Remember how carefully mom and dad accepted the gift, kept it, and many still keep it with your children's drawings and crafts.

Today, handmade products are becoming more and more popular. Embroidered pillows decorate the home, knitted items are worn with pride. Only the very lazy don’t sew, knit or glue.

Scrapbooking is gaining more and more admirers - photo albums, paper cards, made with love, made in a single copy - become a unique gift for various holiday events.

For anyone who has mastered at least the basics of scrapbooking, there is no question of what to give to a loved one, and these gifts evoke admiration.

The art of giving joy

Creating postcards from paper is called cardmaking. It is based on the use of paper and various additional materials. An experienced scraper will use everything when making a postcard - ribbons, small paper and fabric flowers, cutting - elements cut out of paper, buttons, lace and much more.

There are many techniques for making postcards from paper.

Experienced craftswomen make multi-layered three-dimensional products; the more layers, the more interesting the postcard looks.

The elements are connected to each other with glue and even stitched. The styles in which the craftsmen work also differ - shabby chic, steampunk and others.

It is impossible to create two completely identical postcards.

It is impossible to say that cardmaking is a simple art. Indeed, in the process of creating just one thing, a composition is created, changed, and formed. A scraper must be an artist - know the basics and subtleties of creating an ideal composition, selecting materials, and combining colors.

Sometimes this process of selection and application takes more than one hour, or even a day - the artist is a delicate nature, there is no inspiration, and nothing masterpiece will be created. And sometimes everything seems to come together on its own - and now a handmade card for the birth of a child or for the birthday of a loved one is ready.

Look at a variety of photos of postcards - how rich the imagination of the craftsmen is, creating harmonious compositions from many small scattered details.

We create the gift ourselves

Experienced scrappers use special scrap paper for their work - it is thick and has the property of not fading or fading over time. This ensures that your gift will retain its beauty for a long time.

Scrap paper comes with various designs and is sold in sets or individual sheets.

Pay attention!

We will also need:

  • Thick plain paper for the base - watercolor is suitable.
  • A utility knife and a metal ruler (if you get into scrapbooking, you can later purchase a special cutter to cut the paper evenly - scissors are not the best option for this).
  • Scissors for cutting out small parts.
  • Glue - ordinary PVA, stationery - will not work, it warps the paper, and over time it will turn yellow. Take Titan, Moment and the like - scrap goods stores will advise you and others - see what is available to you.
  • Double-sided tape - it can also be used to connect elements of a postcard, and with porous tape you can create multi-layer three-dimensional compositions.
  • Decorative elements - flowers, cuttings, ribbons, pieces of lace, elements cut out of scrap paper - butterflies, birds, twigs and others.

Buttons, pendants, buckles and other small objects can be used to create the composition.

Stamps are often used - with their help you can create an interesting background for a future postcard, add certain elements, and make inscriptions.

An interesting technique when creating three-dimensional cards is embossing - a transparent stamp is applied to the base, which is sprinkled with special powder.

The last stage - the powder is dried using a special hairdryer - the result is a three-dimensional image: most often this technique is used when creating the contours of a picture and inscriptions.

Figured hole punchers - they can make an openwork edge, they can be used to make voluminous flowers and cuttings.

Pay attention!

In general, there are many professional tools for scrapbooking and cardmaking; purchasing some only makes sense when making cards for sale. But, having mastered the art, you will not only please your friends with original gifts, but also replenish the family budget.

Select several sheets of scrap paper that match the style and color, apply a background to the base, and decorative elements matched by color on it. The composition must form a cohesive whole so that each element has meaning.

You can use special sketch diagrams; they will tell you how to arrange the elements to create a harmonious composition. Having carefully prepared everything, making sure that every element is thought out, glue it.

If something seems to be missing, add a couple of sparkles along the edges of the flowers, rhinestones, half beads. The main thing is the unity and thoughtfulness of the composition so that the postcard does not look like an appliqué.

There are many tricks on how to make a beautiful card:

  • quilling - curls are twisted from thin strips of paper, then they are given various shapes - these elements are glued to the base, creating a pattern, a design - three-dimensional cards are obtained;
  • iris folding - small strips of paper, ribbon, fabric are folded in a spiral, overlapping each other - an unusual pattern is obtained;
  • shaker card - a multi-layer card with a transparent window, inside which small elements move - foil rhinestones, beads;
  • Tunnel postcard is a three-dimensional postcard with many layers, the cut out elements of each layer create an overall spatial pattern.

Pay attention!

The inside of the card can also be decorated with stamps and paper. You can make the inside of the card unusual - when opened, the three-dimensional element expands - a heart or a bouquet of paper flowers will undoubtedly surprise the recipient.

You can't help but like such a paper postcard - it keeps warmth and a piece of your soul. If you want to master the art of cardmaking, attend master classes by experienced craftsmen who will tell you all the intricacies of how to make a beautiful card with your own hands.

We are paying more and more attention to the wonderful professional holiday Teacher's Day, which we celebrate in early October. And sometimes we even try to coincide with Teacher’s Day and congratulate the workers of preschool institutions. In fact, a professional holiday for teachers also exists. You need to know about this. This date is celebrated on September 27, on this day you need to say words of gratitude to the kindest and most sympathetic people working with children. September 27 is the Day of a teacher or preschool worker. Their work is quite responsible, complex and important. In this lesson, we invite you to consider the option of a postcard for Teacher's Day, which depicts cute children's faces. The postcard turns out bright and somewhat humorous.

Materials for work:

Set of cardboard and paper;
- black marker or pen;
- scissors;
- glue;
- bright sequins;
- a piece of floss thread.

How to make a postcard for Teacher's Day step by step

The postcard will feature funny children's faces. There are many children in kindergarten and they are completely different. Everyone has their own character and habits, and it is with such a team that the teacher has to work. For the first step you will need beige cardboard and scissors.

Cut out several circles from cardboard; to decorate the proposed card, 6 beige circles were needed.

For the base, prepare 2 sheets of cardboard of different colors, for example, orange and white, and scissors.

Cut out rectangles from two prepared sheets of different colors. Then make one of the rectangles a little smaller, for example, a white blank. Glue the white rectangle onto the orange one. The base of the card with the frame is ready.

Take a piece of floss and glue it at the top. In the future, you will be able to attach flags here, that is, there will be an elegant festive banner.

Cut out triangles of the same size from bright paper, glue the triangles in a row, joining them with floss thread. Choose the number of triangles not at random, because you need to write a letter on each part to get the inscription. This card uses 11 triangles to spell out the word "To the Educator." If you have a larger canvas and can accommodate more flags, then you can write “To your favorite teacher” or even make 2 layers of stretching.

Using a black pen or marker, write the word “To the Educator” on the flags. Each letter has its own checkbox.

At the bottom of the card, glue the previously prepared beige circles in two rows.

Now start drawing funny faces. Create the faces of boys and girls using bright bows, drawing out features and hair with a black marker.
