Want to learn all about this problem, as well as learn effective methods to fix it? In this article you will find the necessary information, so read carefully.

The vascular network on the face is called differently - rosacea

What information will you learn:

Main symptoms

The expansion of subcutaneous blood capillaries with their external manifestation in the form of a kind of mesh is called rosacea. This disease is not inflammatory, but indicates existing problems with the vessels.

The most susceptible to rosacea are people with a dry and sensitive type of face.

The disease develops gradually, starting with the appearance of small vascular cobwebs in the cheeks, gradually spreading to the area of the nose, chin and forehead. With the progression of the defect, such meshes are transformed into large red spots that can cause skin itching, irritation, and, in the later stages, purulent rashes.

Reasons for the development of the disease

There are a lot of factors influencing the formation of such a pathology, among them:

  • hereditary predisposition inherent in the genes, fundamental in the formation of such a defect, initially including its owner in the risk group;
  • the fragility of the walls of blood vessels and their high permeability against the background of circulatory disorders become the causes of the onset of rosacea;
  • disturbances in the balance of hormones and dysfunction of the gonads often provoke the appearance of a capillary network;
  • cardiovascular pathologies negatively affect the state and functioning of blood vessels, violating their strength and permeability;
  • inflammatory processes of the nose against the background of the appearance of night snoring contribute to the formation of a vascular network on the face and need treatment;
  • diseases of the digestive tract in the form of gastritis, dysbacteriosis, enterocolitis and others;
  • diseases of the epidermis, including the demodex subcutaneous mite, are provocateurs of vasodilation;
  • weakening of the body's immune defenses, as well as bad habits (smoking, drinking alcohol) have a negative effect on the functioning of blood vessels;
  • irrational and unbalanced nutrition creates a deficiency of the most important vitamins and microelements (especially silicon), which ensure the health of the vascular wall and capillaries;
  • frequent stress and nervous shocks can cause this defect;
  • hot dishes, drinks, as well as strong coffee, spicy, spicy, pickled foods in large quantities can provoke the appearance of rosacea;
  • abuse of sunburn, as well as a visit to the solarium, thins the walls of the capillaries, making them thin and fragile;
  • the use of cosmetics containing heavy fats, as well as with wax, lanolin, paraffins, can cause persistent vasodilation due to constant overheating of the skin;
  • abuse of such cosmetic procedures as cleaning, dermabrasion, peeling provoke damage to the vascular walls, giving impetus to the development of rosacea.

The most common occurrence of a vascular network is a hereditary predisposition

Cosmetological methods of treatment of the vascular network

Now beauty salons and aesthetic medicine clinics offer a wide range of procedures to eliminate such a defect, but they all have a number of contraindications for use.

The most effective methods to eliminate the symptom of the vascular network on the face are:

  • electrocoagulation, based on the use of a weak discharge of electric current by acting on damaged vessels in order to remove them. In this way, it is possible to get rid of small-sized damaged capillaries. The course of treatment is set by the doctor, on average, it takes from 3 to 10 sessions. Its disadvantages are the appearance of crusts on the skin, which disappear on their own within a few days, as well as the need to use sunscreens with a high protective factor;
  • laser removal occurs under the action of a laser beam of a certain length and power, which burns out damaged vessels and capillaries, due to which they completely disappear. This method is considered the most effective and fastest, since most often only 1 procedure is enough;
  • photocoagulation uses in the fight against vascular pathology the effect of light exposure, which is considered the most gentle, in contrast to electric current. Its advantages are the ability to eliminate the defect in 1 session, as well as the removal of damaged vessels in hard-to-reach places (on the lower jaw and cheekbones);
  • radio wave therapy, based on exposure to radio frequency waves that can increase the temperature of the treated area of skin tissue up to 42 degrees, as a result of which the damaged vessels descend into the deep layers of the skin structure and become invisible. The full course contains 6 sessions. The method has a number of contraindications;
  • ozone therapy, which involves the introduction of pure oxygen under the skin under pressure (by injection or by a hardware method), which has a powerful regenerating effect. Its advantages are the absence of side effects, and the disadvantages are pain during the procedure;
  • mesotherapy, which involves the introduction of special formulations with vitamins and hyaluronic acid under the skin surface, bringing capillaries to a normal state with the elimination of symptoms of rosacea. In addition to removing the vascular network, this technique significantly rejuvenates the skin and increases its elasticity. Its effectiveness is confirmed by numerous positive reviews from patients.

Medical methods of treatment

Only a dermatologist can prescribe such drugs after a visual examination and obtaining data from all clinical analyzes of the patient, taking into account his history and the presence of chronic diseases, so do not self-medicate!

For general information, we present you the following most common drugs to combat rosacea:

  • ascorutin, containing rutin and ascorbic acid, which help strengthen the walls of blood vessels / capillaries, reduce their permeability and improve blood circulation;
  • isoflavonoids, which remove all accumulated toxins from tissue cells that accumulate as a result of circulatory disorders;
  • troxevasin (in tablets and in the form of a gel) for complex treatment with external and internal use, strengthening the walls of blood vessels, increasing their elasticity, reducing capillary fragility and permeability;
  • adrenaline, which is part of special vasoconstrictor preparations, which eliminates hyperemia (redness) of the skin and is able to treat manifestations of rosacea.

Well helps in the fight against the vascular network of ice, prepared from the infusion of herbs chamomile, calendula, linden, St. John's wort, horse chestnut, yarrow, field horsetail. Rubbing with ice creates a kind of gymnastics for the vessels, when they have to alternately narrow and expand, which has a positive effect on their condition and general tone.

Use folk remedies to get rid of vascular networks. Take an aloe leaf and put it in the refrigerator for a few days. Rub the problem area of the face with a piece of aloe. Before this, it is advisable to cleanse the face with infusion of tea. Repeat this procedure every other day for 2-3 weeks. Or you can use fresh aloe juice. Squeeze out a little juice of this plant and rub it into the skin of the face, paying special attention to the locations of the vascular networks.

Take some fresh parsley, brew it in half a glass of boiling water. After 15-20 minutes, the infusion will brew. Strain it and let it cool down. Then dilute it with an equal amount of milk. With the resulting infusion, you can make compresses, applying them for 30 minutes to problem areas of the face. As a rule, such a popular method helps to get rid of it pretty quickly.

If the above methods did not lead to the desired result, then seek help from specialists: a cosmetologist or surgeon. Photocoagulation and laser sclerotherapy will help to quickly and effectively get rid of the vascular networks without causing any pain to a person. If vessels more than 1 mm wide are affected, then you will need a special procedure - ozone therapy, as a result of which ozone is injected into the dilated vessels.

Vascular "asterisks" or telangiectasias are caused by varicose veins in the skin. More often this cosmetic defect is localized on the hips and face(usually on the cheeks, bridge of the nose, chin). Among the reasons for the appearance of vascular "asterisks" are obesity, pregnancy, alcohol abuse and prolonged stay in the bath or sauna. Many women mistakenly rely on home remedies and delay going to the clinic. Only laser treatment is really effective.

Instruction

The principle of laser treatment of vascular defects is based on thermal destruction of the vessel without damage. The most effective laser emits yellow or green light. It is this spectrum that is selectively absorbed by dilated vessels and coagulates them without damaging the epidermis. When processing is carried out with a laser spot or a special scanner. Subsequent scarring of the skin at the site of the procedure is not observed.

There is slight short-term discomfort, so anesthesia is not required. The procedure takes 10-20 minutes. After the treatment at the site of exposure, slight hyperemia, swelling of the face, for which it is necessary to apply ice or a cooling gel. Very rarely, crusts form along the vessel.

Spider veins may reappear after treatment if there is a predisposition to telangiectasias. To prevent relapse, avoid alcohol, vigorous exercise, direct UV exposure, and use sunscreen with SPF 15 for at least 2 weeks. Toilet skin cosmetic . The use of decorative cosmetics is allowed 2-3 days after the procedure.

  • capillary mesh treatment in 2018

capillaries on legs or the so-called "asterisks" appear in people for various reasons: these are excessive tanning, frostbite, heredity, alcohol abuse, hormonal disruptions, varicose veins, etc. Regardless of these reasons, get rid of capillaries today it is quite possible, although if the cause of their appearance is not eliminated, they may appear again.

A perfectly clean, smooth and "porcelain" face has always been, is and will be the ideal that all women strive for. However, this ideal is not always achievable. Either acne will pop out of nowhere, or wrinkles will begin to appear. If these minor cosmetic flaws can still be somehow dealt with, then the situation with capillaries on the face is much more serious.

Facial capillaries are small blood vessels under the skin that have lost their elasticity and have expanded. Due to such large and wide blood channels, the capillaries are visible to the naked eye and represent a rather serious cosmetic problem. The medical term for capillaries is "couperosis" - a prolonged expansion of the subcutaneous blood vessels. Couperosis is only a symptom of the disease, not the disease itself. If capillaries are dilated on the face, you should pay attention to your circulatory system and possible failures in it. The appearance of capillaries can be a wake-up call to a more serious disease, so rosacea should not be left unattended. And even more so, treat it only as a cosmetic defect.

But today we are interested in the aesthetic side of the issue. How to get rid of a small circulatory network, which is quite difficult to disguise with decorative cosmetics? What will be needed for this? To begin with, let's try to figure out why the capillaries on the face become dilated and obvious.

Causes of the appearance of capillaries on the face

Capillaries are almost always visible on the face - cheeks, nose, chin. This is due to the fact that weak vessels are in contact with the external environment and do not withstand temperature extremes. Most often, capillaries appear in people working in the cold. Even after changing jobs, such people have a characteristic redness on their face. Couperose is an invariable companion of mild frostbite.

High temperature can also provoke the appearance of capillaries. Frequent visits to the bath and sauna, constant exposure to the sun, solarium - all this dries the skin, the epidermis loses its elasticity. If a woman's skin is very delicate and sensitive, then the impact of external factors increases significantly.

But capillaries can expand not only from external factors. Wrong lifestyle, lack of vitamins and minerals in the body, smoking and alcohol abuse - all this is the way to reduce vascular tone.

Another factor predisposing to the formation of capillaries on the face is heredity. Vascular tone depends largely on genetics. Therefore, if your mother has traces of rosacea on her face, you should be extremely careful. In this case, preventive measures are needed to prevent the expansion of capillaries on the face.

Couperose treatment

If there is a network of small capillaries on the face, this indicates that you have problems with the cardiovascular system or the respiratory system. In this case, you should take tests and consult a doctor with the results. After all, no matter how much you treat a cosmetic defect, if the cause is inside - all to no avail.

Treatment of rosacea consists in taking drugs that strengthen the walls of blood vessels and make them more elastic and strong. In combination with drug treatment, you can improve the condition of the skin with the help of folk recipes and masks, as well as salon procedures. Let's talk about each method of dealing with capillaries in more detail.

There are several procedures that allow you to quickly and efficiently get rid of rosacea in a beauty parlor.

laser therapy
This is one of the most popular ways to get rid of capillaries today. The popularity of laser therapy lies in the fact that this procedure is safe, comfortable and very effective. The laser beam acts on the walls of the vessel, gradually gluing and restoring it. Thus, the capillaries become much less visible. One procedure lasts about 40 minutes. If there are several damaged capillaries on the face, it is better to carry out 2-3 sessions, however, a time interval of 3-4 weeks should be observed between them. The disadvantage of this therapy is that the laser does not improve the elasticity of the vessels, and therefore does not eliminate the cause of the defect. Over time, capillaries may reappear and new sessions of laser therapy will be required.

Electrocoagulation
This is a procedure in which a cosmetologist uses a thin electrode to cauterize the spider veins. The method is very effective, but has its drawbacks. After the procedure, microtraumas of the skin may occur in place of the asterisks - a small pigment and scars.

Ozone therapy
This is another popular and effective technique that helps get rid of capillaries. The essence of the method lies in the fact that with the help of a very thin needle a special ozone-oxygen mixture is introduced into the vessel. This method helps to completely get rid of the fine mesh on the skin. Ozone therapy is used if the lesions are serious enough and it is impossible to cope with them with a laser.

Sclerotherapy
The principle of the method is similar to ozone therapy. However, in this case, not an ozone-oxygen mixture is used for injection, but special preparations that stick together the walls of blood vessels. Usually, sclerotherapy is designed to eliminate large capillaries.

photocoagulation
This principle of treatment consists in a directed high-intensity beam of light. The result of the procedure will be noticeable only after several sessions. Photocoagulation completely affects the skin, making it more elastic and elastic, due to which the walls of blood vessels are strengthened.

After the described sessions, it is necessary to follow all the instructions of the cosmetologist, who will tell you how to care for the skin after a particular procedure.

Masks, lotions, tonics and compresses made from natural herbs and ingredients are also very effective in combating rosacea.

  1. Take white cabbage and burdock leaves in equal amounts. Grind the composition in a blender. You will get a juicy green pulp, which must be applied as a mask to the areas affected by rosacea. Leave the mask on for 30 minutes, then rinse your face with cool water.
  2. Very effective against spider veins is the pulp of a green unripe tomato. Grind a tomato on a grater and apply a mask on your face, as in the previous recipe. Green tomato has a great effect on the subcutaneous layers of the skin, strengthening the walls of blood vessels.
  3. To narrow the capillaries, they need to be wiped with ice cubes. And in order to enhance the effect several times, we will use not just water for freezing, but a nettle decoction. Brew a rich decoction from fresh or dried nettles and pour it into molds. Wipe your face with prepared ice cubes in the morning and evening. In a week you will see a real result - the capillaries will become much less noticeable.
  4. Badyaga, which can be bought at a pharmacy, will help increase blood circulation in the vessels. It is diluted with water and applied in the form of a slurry to the damaged areas. With a strong tingling, it is necessary to immediately wash off the mask - this remedy is not suitable for those who have thin and sensitive skin.

Prevention of the appearance of capillaries on the face

To prevent the appearance of repeated capillary nets on the face, it is necessary to follow the principles of proper nutrition. After all, high cholesterol is the path to weak vessels, devoid of elasticity. You must exclude from the diet all fatty, fried, smoked, salty, spicy. Very detrimental effect on the blood vessels of nicotine and alcohol.

You need to eat more foods that contain silicon. These are buckwheat, oatmeal, beans, peas. To saturate the body with vitamins C, K and P, you need to eat more citrus fruits, currants, walnuts, dairy products, cabbage, grapes, dill.

Active sports will help lower cholesterol, normalize blood pressure, saturate blood vessels with oxygen. It should be remembered that peeling and deep cleansing of the face are contraindicated in case of rosacea. You need to protect your skin from direct sunlight.

If you follow these simple rules, you are provided with a beautiful, smooth and uniform face that you will be proud of!

Video: how to get rid of the vascular network on the face

The vascular network on the face is not caused by a serious inflammatory process, so many regard it as a simple cosmetic defect. However, this is not the case, such symptoms are called rosacea, it can be caused by a serious illness. Therefore, before removing the red mesh by means of cosmetology, you need to find out the real reason for its appearance.

Causes

The mesh on the face is easily translucent through the skin and visible to the naked eye. This manifestation of blood vessels is due to several factors, among them:

  • superficial placement of vessels;
  • violation of the tone of their walls;
  • thin skin.

A significant role in the appearance of the vascular network on the face is assigned to heredity. If the parents have the disease, the likelihood of its manifestation in children is high, despite the presence or absence of causative factors. But most often, pathology makes itself felt when temporary or chronic problems appear in human health, due to the following reasons:

Unstable hormonal levels affect the condition of the vascular walls.

  • Weak walls. Blood pressure leads to the expansion of blood vessels, they become less elastic, this causes a violation of blood circulation. Venous deformity leaves blue streaks, and small vessels make themselves felt with a red mesh.
  • Hormonal disorders. An imbalance of hormones can disrupt the functionality of the blood organs, leading to their expansion.
  • Diseases:
    • cardiovascular;
    • liver;
    • kidneys.
  • Dermatological problems. The presence of demodicosis or rosacea can leave a pronounced capillary pattern on the skin.
  • Lifestyle. People who abuse bad habits are always at risk of developing rosacea.
  • Cosmetic procedures. In pursuit of beauty, women often abuse trips to the beautician. This injures the skin and blood vessels on the face, they become thinner and more vulnerable.

Is pathology dangerous?

Couperosis itself is not dangerous, the risk comes from the cause that provoked the development of pathology.

Due to this pathology, the skin constantly receives less oxygen and begins to age prematurely.

The presence of a capillary network on the face does not pose a danger to human life. But the external manifestation of dilated vessels can provoke psychological difficulties, since everyone wants to look beautiful and have healthy, smooth skin. The main threat lies in the rapid aging and wilting of the dermis, which leads to insufficient oxygen supply.

How is the diagnosis carried out?

In order to permanently remove the dilated vessels on the face, it is important to diagnose the disease in a timely manner and find out the main reason that caused its development. When the first stars appear, you should immediately consult a doctor, whose reception takes place according to the following scheme:

  • initial inspection;
  • skin condition analysis;
  • collection of anamnesis;
  • laboratory tests of urine and blood;
  • measurement of blood pressure;
  • determination of the characteristic features of the drawing;
  • vascular check (if necessary).

How to get rid of the vascular network on the face?

All means and procedures for the improvement of the patient should be selected by a doctor.

It is impossible to ignore the disease, it is necessary to treat the venous or capillary network. There are various therapeutic methods, including traditional medicine, that help get rid of the signs of the disease. It is not recommended to engage in self-selection of medical procedures. Choosing the right method is a serious decision that only a doctor should make.

Medication treatment

A safe, conservative method of therapy at home is the treatment of the vascular network on the face with drugs. Medicines effectively cope with the problem, but you have to be patient, you will not get quick results. The following medicines help to cure:

  • "Troxevasin" (ointment and tablets). The rutin and ascorbic acid included in the composition increase the tone and strengthen the walls of blood vessels.
  • "Ascorutin". The systematic use of the vitamin complex improves the condition of capillaries and veins.
  • Adrenalin. It helps not only to eliminate the mesh from the face, but also improves its color.
  • Isoflavones. They remove toxic substances from the body, which are formed as a result of circulatory disorders.

Removal of the vascular network on the face can be done in a beauty salon. Having received a doctor's consultation on the spot, you can immediately decide on the type of procedure that will help to quickly and painlessly eliminate the signs of the disease. Beauticians in the treatment of rosacea use effective hardware procedures, such as laser correction is used at different stages of the disease. Acting selectively on the affected area, the laser beam completely “dissolves” small stars, and reduces large ones in size. But this method has disadvantages:

  • the appearance of scars, scars;
  • recurrence of signs of rosacea.

Electrocoagulation

A discharge of electric current, which is applied to the walls of blood vessels with the help of a microneedle, removes the visual consequences of the disease. Capillaries cease to function, blood does not pass through them, they become less noticeable. And after a while they completely disappear. This procedure is effective only for small sprocket sizes, up to 3 mm.

The appearance of spider veins on the face does not add attractiveness to lovely ladies and the strong half of humanity. The vascular network on the face does not imply any special health problems and can appear in any person, but it does not look very aesthetically pleasing.

The degree of manifestation of the capillary network on the face depends on how inflamed the blood vessels are and how sensitive the skin is. Before proceeding with the removal of the vascular network on the face, it is necessary to find out the cause of its appearance. There are quite a few reasons for the formation of a vascular network (rosacea).

But according to experts, Gmain reasonthis a violation of the blood circulation of the skin of the face.

Small blood vessels that have lost their elasticity expand and do not narrow, which causes a red cobweb to appear on the face. As a rule, the nose, chin and cheeks are primarily affected.

  • Unbalanced nutrition. Eating a large amount of spicy, fatty, spicy food negatively affects the body, and first of all, it begins to give signals in the form of such a cosmetic problem. Proper, balanced nutrition will help remove capillaries on the face.
  • Long stay in the sun and in the solarium. Sunbathing in large quantities dries the skin very much, because of this, the vessels become fragile.
  • Frequent visits to the bath or sauna. From exposure to high temperatures, a vascular network appears on the skin. This also applies to those whose professional activities are associated with elevated temperatures (attendants, cooks, workers in "hot shops").
  • Cold temperatures, wind, frost. Such natural phenomena, as well as elevated temperature, entail the appearance of rosacea.
  • Smoking. Tobacco products cause irreparable harm to the entire body, including the smallest capillaries. This bad habit contributes to the narrowing of blood vessels, thereby disturbing blood circulation.
  • Alcohol. Alcohol abuse leads to short-term spasms of blood vessels and their expansion.
  • Problems related to the stomach, endocrine diseases, hypertension. These diseases can signal the appearance of rosacea.
  • Constant nervous tension, frequent stressful situations.
  • Lack of silicon in the body. Due to the lack of silicon, the vessels become thin, brittle, and lose their elasticity.
