Organization of actions in a preschool institution. Social action in the work of kindergarten teachers

Recently, the need for new approaches to pedagogical interaction between preschool educational institutions and families has become most acute. Recognition of the priority of family education requires different educational relations between the family and the educational institution, which are determined by interaction and cooperation. The problem of involving parents in a single space of child development in preschool educational institutions is solved in three directions:

Working with the preschool educational institution team to organize interaction with families, familiarizing teachers with the system of new forms of working with parents.

Improving the pedagogical culture of parents.

Involving parents in the activities of preschool educational institutions, working together to exchange experiences.

We see the main objectives of our work in activating and enriching the educational skills of parents, supporting their confidence in their own pedagogical capabilities, disseminating the positive experience of parenting in the family, teaching parents to independently solve life problems.

When the new school year begins, we, the administration of the preschool educational institution, are faced with such tasks as uniting the team based on solving common problems and principles, stimulating creative search, creating a favorable creative environment not only with teachers, but also with parents of preschoolers to solve one common problem - education and development of a preschool child.

What is needed for this? Of course, a system of relationships and communication that is formed in the process of activity. The most significant role is played by this type of interaction in which the creative activity of a person (teacher, child, parent) is activated. One of the interesting forms of work in our kindergarten is planning and conducting thematic events.

Algorithm for preparing, creating and conducting thematic events: defining goals and objectives; formation of a creative group, selection of literature, drawing up an action plan, attending open events on this topic (classes, music, physical education, holidays), interaction with parents of preschool children (consultations, conversations, surveys, trainings), discussion about holding actions on the preschool educational institution website, pedagogical meetings; final order to encourage teachers, children and parents.

Thematic events are one of the interactive forms of working with parents. The actions are aimed at family cooperation in solving problems of education and upbringing of children, increasing the role and responsibility of parents in the matter of civic education and raising a child. The main goals of the actions we carried out were: the formation of a system of pedagogical interaction between preschool educational institutions and families in the interests of the development of the child’s personality, the development of technology for implementing this interaction in various areas.

As a result of the actions, a favorable environment was created to increase the number of contacts between parents and teachers, positive attitudes of parents towards the institution were formed, and the need for organizing family leisure increased.

During the implementation of thematic events, the following tasks of family education were solved: child development, labor education, the formation of an environmental culture, preparation for family life. The assigned tasks were solved through the organization of the family club “Nest”, conferences, a family living room, open days, joint holidays, and social hours.

It has become a tradition of our kindergarten to hold various thematic events together with parents on various topics: “Children are little citizens of the Ugra land”; “” “Little children have great rights” (formation of the legal culture of preschoolers and parents), “My favorite kindergarten” (design projects for kindergarten areas); “Dolls from Grandma’s Chest” (sewing a rag folk doll); “Letter to a Fireman” (creation of original letters to a fireman); "Attention - children!" (production and holding of games according to traffic rules, children's routes together with parents), and others.

I would like to talk a little more about some of them

In order for a child to develop an ecological culture: love for nature, all living things, the ability to care for plants and animals, sensitivity to the world around them, empathy; Environmental campaigns are held in the kindergarten: “Forest Pharmacy” - collecting medicinal herbs in September. Throughout the summer, children, together with their parents and teachers, visit the herbal garden on the territory of the kindergarten, collect seeds and medicinal plants. Herbariums are prepared together with parents. The result is an exhibition of crafts made from natural materials “Autumn Fantasy”, created by the hands of children and parents.

It has already become a tradition in kindergartens to hold “Crane Day” every year; teachers, children, and parents take part in this event. Children write poetry. Fairy tales, together with adults, make an origami “crane” out of paper and float it into the sky on balloons.

“Bird Canteen” campaign - children together with their parents make bird feeders. Each feeder has its own name. The result is a photo report about the feeders on the territory of the kindergarten and information for parents on the preschool educational institution’s website.

The “Live Christmas Tree – Green Needle” campaign takes place on the eve of the New Year holidays; children and their parents are happy to prepare statements about the Christmas tree. The result is joint collages about caring for green spruce.

The campaign “To make trees big” - planting trees for Earth Day. Parents and children proudly planted trees, leaving a memory of themselves. And how pleasant it was to watch the parents who came to the kindergarten in the evening and watered the planted trees.

“Let’s Decorate the Earth with Flowers” campaign, crafts, paper origami, created together with parents for “Earth Day”

“May Bouquet” - planting flowers for Victory Day. Decorating the territory of the kindergarten with flowers, creating flower beds, flower beds, alpine slides.

Throughout the summer, one-day events are held: picking berries, watering flowers, planting vegetables. The result is that all summer long children receive vitamins thanks to their own work.

The “Parcel to a Soldier” campaign is held in February with the aim of developing patriotic feelings in children, instilling respect for war veterans and soldiers defending our borders; children, parents and employees actively participate. During conversations while reading fiction, the children “traced” the history of our Army.

Decorated in kindergarten mini-museum “Our Defenders” , where teachers tell children about the exhibits. Meetings with battle veterans and retired soldiers are very interesting. Musical and sports entertainment was held: “There is such a profession as defending the Motherland.” Children and their parents took part in the exhibition.

The topic of the event is suggested to teachers in advance. In the future there is a creative search, a non-standard solution. The active involvement of teachers in the creation of a particular thematic action is an opportunity to become the main developers and implementers of a number of actions to achieve the goal. Unfettered by other people's initiatives, teachers identify problems, propose ways to solve them, and implement them themselves, together with children and their parents, increasing their creative and professional level.

When conducting thematic events, the teacher, through directed, organized activities of children, solves pedagogical problems: deepening knowledge, nurturing personality traits, and the child acquiring life experience among peers and adults. The action is one of the interesting forms of working with older children.

(From work experience)

Today, the glorious traditions of the past serve for us as the solid foundation on which the now modern, but equally necessary for people, charity is based. And events such as the “Play it yourself, teach someone else” campaign provide an opportunity to unite the efforts of each of us on the path of noble endeavors.

Charity is not just assistance provided, but evidence of the social responsibility of citizens to their country and promotion of the protection of young citizens. We all must recognize ourselves as one people with a common history and a common future. Good and charitable deeds will lead society to spiritual revival.

The people who took part in the charity event deserve great respect, because by helping children, we are building the future of the entire country, the entire Russian people.

As part of the implementation of the Concept of Mathematical Education in the Russian Federation, in order to improve the quality of mathematical education in our kindergarten, it was decided to update and equip the Centers for Entertaining Mathematics of age groups with various games of mathematical content.

Practice has shown that the success of teaching mathematics is influenced not only by the content of the proposed material, but also by the form of presentation, which can arouse the interest and cognitive activity of children. And one of the effective forms is didactic games. Their main purpose is to provide children with knowledge in distinguishing, highlighting, naming a variety of objects, numbers, geometric figures, directions. Didactic games have the opportunity to form new knowledge and introduce children to methods of action. Each game has a specific task of improving mathematical (quantitative, spatial, temporal) concepts.

In this regard, the idea of organizing and holding an unusual charity event emerged - to attract the attention of the parents of our students to it.

The essence of our “Play it yourself, teach someone else” campaign is the voluntary transfer of mathematical games to preschool children and is timed to coincide with the Maths Week in kindergarten. All games donated and collected will “settle” for a long time on the shelves of development centers, replenish the subject-spatial environment of the group, and will definitely “make friends” with the children.

A philanthropist is someone who voluntarily and selflessly donates his knowledge, skills, strengths and resources for people in need and the public good.

The benefactors were people who were interested in solving our problem - equipping centers for entertaining mathematics in groups; those whom we were able to convince - our parents.

The organization of this event in kindergarten set the following objectives:

  1. Increase the social activity of parents of preschool educational institutions.
  2. To attract the attention of parents to the issue of mathematical development of preschoolers.
  3. Involve parents in activities during the thematic week: organize master classes for children in their groups to teach them games with mathematical content.

Algorithm for preparing, creating and conducting thematic events:

  • defining goals and objectives;
  • drawing up an action plan;
  • development and implementation of activities in interactive forms of interaction with parents of preschool children (consultations, games, conversations, surveys, non-traditional parent meetings, homework, competitions);
  • organizing and conducting playful, educational, productive activities with children;
  • holding joint events with parents and children;
  • summing up the results of joint work, encouraging children and parents based on the results of the “Play yourself, teach someone else” campaign.

During the week of charity “Play yourself, teach someone else”, all parents could “list” their donations, i.e. Bring home-made or store-bought games.

As a result of the campaign, 55 different games were collected, and parents held 8 master classes on teaching the rules. All work was done on a voluntary basis. The most active participants were awarded letters of gratitude.

Good deeds do not go unnoticed - they shine like beacons for those who are waiting for help. By providing assistance, participants donate not just material assets, but give the children joy and care.

The simplicity of the Action lies in its execution; it allowed, in a short period of time, to cover all participants in the educational process (children, parents, teachers of preschool educational institutions), and obtain a significant result.

The active involvement of teachers in this event is an opportunity to become the main performers of a number of actions to achieve the goal. The teachers themselves, together with the children and their parents, solved a certain problem, increasing their creative and professional level.

We consider the charity event “Play yourself, teach someone else” to be a very effective partnership form of cooperation between a family and a preschool educational institution. It was just one of the activities of the complex to improve the level of mathematics education in our preschool educational institution.

Environmental actions in kindergarten

In recent years, environmental education of the younger generation has reached

first plan, due to the deterioration of the environmental situation in general. Preschool

age is considered the most favorable in terms of the formation of environmental

culture. The child spends most of his time in preschool,

which allows him to imbue every moment of his stay in kindergarten with love and

respect for nature. Today, various forms are used

teaching children, forming environmental awareness and activating

cognitive needs of preschoolers: excursions, various targeted walks,

environmental events, holidays, entertainment, lessons of kindness, exhibitions.

I consider environmental protection to be an interesting and effective form of work.

(environmental) actions - socially significant events carried out by employees

and children, parents.

What is an environmental action?

An environmental action is a socially significant complex event. Promotion

may affect a circle of listeners and actors: children of one kindergarten group,

children and their parents of one or more kindergartens, residents of a microdistrict, city of the country and

even the whole world. The promotion allows you to integrate information from different areas of knowledge for

solutions to one problem and apply them in practice. The object of the action may be

trees, birds, plants, kindergarten territory. These events are usually

timed to coincide with any dates or events of public importance.

Target: creating conditions for the formation of environmental culture, consciousness and

worldview.

Tasks:

to form cognitive interest, communication skills, humanistic

attitude, aesthetic responsiveness

develop a positive emotional attitude towards nature, a desire to protect it and

look after her.

Algorithm for holding promotions

purpose (each action has its own purpose);

tasks (general and specific are performed);

object (what are they aimed at - birds, trees...);

participants (children - parents - employees - children - parents);

Any promotion includes the following stages:

1. Preparatory stage:

The text of the announcement about the beginning of the action is drawn up and posted, indicating the topic, purpose,

period, composition of participants, conditions;

Equipment and materials and an action plan are being prepared.

2. Cognitive and research stage (organizational):

Organization of observations, experiences, experiments, classes, conversations, reading

fiction;

Solving logical, problematic problems.

3. Practical activity stage:

Production of posters in defense of the objects of the action;

- “ecological mail” - correspondence with the objects of the action;

Development of rules, exercise in labor actions; - staging of works,

leisure, holidays;

Exhibition of drawings, books

Crafts, newspapers, collages, photo exhibition;

Analytical

Summarizing,

Reflection. (can take the form of an award ceremony, production of a photo album,

video films, making homemade books, holding exhibitions, etc.).

TYPES OF SHARES:

Autumn:

“A seed and a grain in reserve!” (collecting seeds for the future harvest, flower seeds,

seed for feeding birds);

“Good winter for birds” (feeding wintering birds. In the group there is a container where

children and parents bring bird food. In the “Panorama of Good Deeds”, educators

express gratitude to active families).

Winter:

“The Christmas tree is a green needle” (in defense of the Christmas tree, children make posters and carry

home. Along the way they might hang you in a public place. The final stage

can get in shape

Vitamins on the windowsill" competition and exhibition - "Christmas tree - green needle");

“(growing onions for yourself, observing the growth of onions in different conditions,

maintaining a general and individual observation calendar).

Spring:

water". The promotion may start earlier and end with the “Sorceress” holiday

water". Posters, experimental activities are the life-giving force).

“My favorite is a clean city!” (this is the city campaign “Clean City” taking place

traditionally, and we are actively involved, parents + children + employees: cleaning

territory, landscaping and landscaping).

“A palace for every singer!” (together with parents production and

attaching birdhouses. You can stick it in the yard of your house, in your country house).

In the spring, the environmental campaign “Let’s decorate the planet with flowers” begins (beginning

promotions in April, on Earth Day, when children sow flower seeds).

Summer:

“Let's decorate the planet with flowers” (layout of flower beds, lawns from grown seedlings,

planting care).

“Protect the forest and its inhabitants from fire!” (call on how to behave in the forest,

careful handling of fire in the forest. Fire causes lasting harm to nature,

its inhabitants, people).

A wide range of structural components of the action allows this work to be done

the most interesting and attractive.

The structural components of environmental actions are both methods and forms

environmental education. I would like to dwell on the most interesting ones in more detail.

Ecological excursions-expeditions.

The goal is to find answers to the questions posed, accumulate information, teach

formation of ideas about the surrounding natural conditions, terrain,

conditions, ecological situation, presence of animals and plants. During the expedition

children can prepare medicinal herbs, collect natural materials for

collections, explore plants, soil, water in different conditions (including

favorable environmental conditions: along a fence, in a vacant lot, etc.).

In addition to living nature, inanimate objects can also become objects of research

nature: granite boulders, stones; sand scree; wind and water, their variety

impact on nature.

For environmental expeditions, as a rule, special equipment is required: a magnifying glass,

pencil, felt-tip pen; several plexiglass plates, a folder for the herbarium; boxes;

packages; camera, etc.

Expeditions are most often planned in a school preparatory group. Work results

arrange in the form of albums, drawings, collections.

Environmental exhibitions and expositions.

The goal is to become familiar with natural phenomena that are inaccessible to children.

Exhibitions and displays include material designed for working with children and

with adults.

The topic can be very diverse: “The forest is man’s friend”; "The riches of the subsoil

our Earth"; "Space"; “Man and his good deeds on Earth”; "Native spaces" and

The exhibition may include works of art, works by children and

educators, various collections. The exhibition usually serves as an excellent backdrop for

conversations with children, for excursions that can be conducted not only by the teacher, but also

Ecological Museum.

It is a real school of nature for a child. The following are appropriate in the museum:

exhibitions: flora (herbarium); rare, endangered plant species and

animals (albums and photographs); minerals and rocks (children's collections); water,

its use, protection (illustrations); green pharmacy (medicinal herbs);

ecosystems (models); environmental disasters and disasters (albums, illustrations).

Such material allows children to visually present a wide variety of

topics: “Who are conservationists”; "Blue and green patrols, their activities",

“Animal life in the forest”; “The Mysterious World of Insects”, etc.

But no museum can replace communication with living nature. And this is of great importance

have environmental observations.

Ecological observations.

The goal is to form an understanding of animals and plants as living organisms,

show the relationships that exist in nature.

It is important to consider the observed object from all points of view: for example, in observations of

plants, the following cycles can be distinguished: name (interesting information,

associated with the name); classification (tree, shrub, herbaceous plant);

appearance, parts, purpose; conditions necessary for growth and development; Wednesday

a habitat; plant as a habitat for animals; plant as food for animals;

methods of seed dispersal, reproduction; meaning in human life; As a person

helps plants; rules of behavior in nature.

In observations of animals, it is advisable to find out the following: name

(interesting information related to the name); appearance, features;

classification (insects, birds, fish, mammals); way to travel,

adaptation of limbs to the method of movement; way of getting food,

adaptation to the method of obtaining food; food, habitat, adaptation to

habitat; reproduction; relationships that exist in nature; meaning in life

person; the role of humans in the lives of animals; rules of behavior in nature.

Ecological knowledge is the basis of environmental consciousness, but only

Educating children is not enough; it is necessary to introduce them to practical

activities.

Lessons in kindness.

Conducted individually or with a small subgroup of children (older) in

moments of their appeal to the natural world.

Goals: develop interest in nature; create positive emotional

attitude towards her, the desire to protect her and take care of her; cultivate sensitivity and feeling

empathy.

Such events that affect the child’s soul should not be verbose;

can be combined with music, perception of works of art.

The duration is not regulated (from one to several minutes depending on

the child’s mood on a given topic).

The topic of kindness lessons: “What does it mean to be kind?”; "When I was kind

Does the child treat nature with care?”; “What is beauty?”; “Why is a flower beautiful?”;

"The Beauty of Man"; "Harmony of Colors"; "Harmony of Sounds"; "How amazing

frog?"; “What is fear?”; “How do animals that feel fear behave?”;

“When are they afraid?”; “What should you do to avoid scaring animals?”; "How are you

Do you feel the love of your loved ones?”; “How do you show love to animals?”;

“Love - what does it mean?”; "Ornament of the Earth"; “Are rules needed in life?”; "What you

do you feel it when you step on the ground?”; “What do you feel when you hug a tree?”;

“What do you feel when you look at the sky?”; “What did nature tell you?” and etc.

Ecological games.

Role-playing environmental games are based on modeling social content

environmental activities, for example the game “City Building” (its participants

perform the roles of builders, architects, city residents; the goal of the game is to form

the idea that construction can only be carried out if

compliance with environmental standards and regulations).

Simulation environmental games are based on environmental simulation

activities. The game "Ecosystem of a Reservoir" allows you to trace the role of each

component of this system, model the consequences of anthropogenic impact on

biocenoses, and the game “Ecological Pyramids” helps show food chains (child

clearly sees that disruption of one link in the food chain leads to death

the rest).

Competitive environmental games stimulate the activity of their participants in

acquisition and demonstration of environmental knowledge, skills and abilities. These include:

auction competition, marathon competition, KVN, environmental quiz, “Field of Miracles”, etc.

Travel games are widely used in the practice of preschool institutions, in

in which children, with the help of TSO, get to the North Pole, to the bottom of the ocean, etc.

When working with preschoolers, didactic games are of great importance: “Who is where?”

lives? “Flies, runs, jumps” (about the adaptation of animals to their environment);

“Living - nonliving”; “Birds – fish – animals” (for classification according to given characteristics);

“What comes first, what comes next” (growth and development of living organisms); "Choose right

road" (about the rules of behavior in nature), etc.

Environmental posters.

How to awaken civic engagement in children towards all living things? I think that

Each child can “speak out” on this topic in a drawing or sketch. Sketch

work is the primary source of awakening children’s activity aimed at fighting

for environmental protection.

Many people are surprised when they learn that children will draw environmental posters. After all

An environmental poster is a serious thing. Why does the child need it? But, after thinking, we realized

that this is correct. A child cannot be isolated from the problems of life. Small man

looks into the world and often sees (especially on TV) things that his imagination cannot even imagine

can accept (burning taiga, dying, oil-stained birds, ruined

fish). All this traumatizes the child’s psyche. One of the ways to get rid of this

nervous stress and there may be environmental drawings-posters in which the child

calls for effective assistance to the environment, which means he himself makes an attempt not to

harm your “home” and those who live and grow next to it.”

Children's drawings do not leave anyone indifferent. You can call this type of work

gymnastics for the mind, which, among other things, shapes personal qualities

Environmental actions are a truly effective form of work

on developing children’s ideas about the relationship between man and nature,

Ecological trail

An ecological trail is a special educational route in natural

conditions where there are environmentally significant natural objects.

Main types

Children's activities during walks on the trail are play, experiment, observation.

On these routes you can introduce children and adults to the diversity of plants and

animals, the connections that exist between them, imagine in practice

environmental activities. The ecological trail is designed primarily for

organized passage. When choosing a route, accessibility is taken into account,

emotional intensity and information capacity.

The ecological trail occupies an important place in the savings system of every child

personal experience, environmentally correct interaction with the nature of the nearest

environment that is safe both for the child and for nature itself, in accordance with

their interests, inclinations, level of cognitive development.

The objects of the ecological path can be: various types of tree species,

(alleys, garden, corner of the forest; shrubs; floral plants of various shapes and selection

flower beds; rock gardens; small reservoirs (artificial); corner of the meadow; corner

untouched nature; anthill; a bed with medicinal plants; garden,

individual beautiful flowering plants, etc.

Stages of creating and designing a path:

1) Detailed examination of the territory of the kindergarten and identification of the most

interesting objects.

2) Drawing up a map of the path with the route and all its objects:

general, which will be located in the methodological room, and diagrams in groups, taking into account

age of children, in groups of senior preschool age there may be a layout

ecological path.

3) Together with the children, choose the owner of the path - a fairy-tale character.

4) Drawing up a passport of all points of the path.

5) Making callout signs indicating each point.

Working on an ecological trail allows you to solve the following tasks: educate

love and respect for the nature of the native land, to develop behavioral skills in

nature, healthy lifestyle, caring for nature and its inhabitants, expand children’s knowledge about the meaning

each object of nature, to give an idea of the interconnection of phenomena in nature.

Develop aesthetic feelings, imagination, attention.

Children observe nature in different seasons of the year, live in it, and enjoy it. Reading

fairy tales and poems, learning proverbs and sayings, singing songs, participating in games

allow children to expand their understanding of the natural environment and help express

attitude towards him in a bright emotional form. In summer, on an ecological

Along the way, educators instill in children a love of work.

Labor activity on an ecological trail in summer

1. Natural history work

Caring for garden beds (loosening, watering, weeding, thinning).

Caring for flowers on an ecological trail.

Collecting grass seeds to feed birds in the winter garden.

Harvesting in the garden.

Preparation of medicinal herbs.

Collecting fallen leaves and twigs for the herbarium from various trees and shrubs.

2. Household work

Washing research equipment (jars, cups, etc.)

3. Environmental work

Production of environmental signs and installation of them on the ecological trail.

Inspection of vegetable crops (for pests) and treatment (by the teacher) with infusion

their herbs, onion and garlic peels.

Inspecting ant paths and feeding the ants.

Operation “Broken Branch” (tying and covering broken branches).

4. Manual labor

Making crafts from natural materials.

Application made from natural materials.

Use walks to connect children with the nature of their immediate environment and

improving children's health in the fresh air.

Use observations of wildlife to develop sensory skills

every child.

Introduce various objects of living nature and show its relationship with

the surrounding world.

Make the child’s communication with nature safe for the child and nature itself.

To form feelings of closeness to nature and empathy for all living things, care and

respect for nature.

Develop the ability to convey your impressions of communicating with nature in

drawings, crafts, stories and other creative works.

Conduct observations on the path at different times of the year, games, excursions,

research, drama classes and other activities.

Carrying out an environmental campaign in a kindergarten helps to promote

the progressive development of children's cognitive interest in the natural world,

fostering respect for plants, animals and birds, developing

skills in environmental activities, as well as revaluation of worldviews

guidelines (perception of oneself as part of nature, understanding of the relationship between man and

Pedagogical article "Social actions in the work of preschool teachers."

social teacher MDBOU "DSOV No. 50" Rozhkova Margarita Grigorievna
purpose: recommended for preschool teachers, preschool and additional education teachers.
Article:
Currently, various social actions are widely used in the work of teachers. Social actions are planned social actions that are aimed at achieving set goals. With the help of social actions, the basis of children's attitude towards the social side of life is formed. This is most relevant now, when social development is considered as a component of preschool education. The implementation of social action should go in two directions: work with children, work with parents.
In order to carry out an action, you need to understand its components. Each promotion must include three component stages: motivation, social action planning and final stage.
Motivation is very important at the initial stage of the campaign. Children and parents should be aware of their position regarding the topic of the action, know its significance and relevance.
The duration of the promotion can be one day, or it can take place throughout the year.
Each social action must contain its own propaganda materials. These could be posters, leaflets. Also, within the framework of certain events, it is possible to conduct collective creative events, such as theatrical performances, concerts, and performances.
The main feature of each promotion- this is its systematicity and consistency. And this is the first principle of carrying out social actions.
The second principle: these are coordinated actions with administrations, parents and other public.
It is important to document the event, especially if it involves children leaving the preschool.
Third principle: maintaining safety. Any actions within the framework of the action must be carried out in compliance with health measures and not pose a threat to the mental or physical health of the participants in the action.
Each promotion includes:
-participants
- goals
-tasks arising from the goal
- object, what the action is aimed at
After the action, its results are summed up, its process and future prospects are analyzed.
The experience of conducting social events shows that such actions cope well with the goals of moral education.
We can also recommend using additional colorful attributes when working with preschool children during the event, such as balloons, flying a kite, dressing up and other bright elements.

Common topics of our social actions:
-ecological orientation, patriotic orientation, social and moral orientation.

- “We will not leave no tit or starling without a palace.”

- "Vernissage"

- "Memorial"

Attention! The site administration is not responsible for the content of methodological developments, as well as for the compliance of the development with the Federal State Educational Standard.

Campaign "Children for Children!" initiated by children of senior preschool age with the aim of providing assistance to “special” children of a short-term stay group to gain social experience in a preschool setting with the help of preschoolers from another group.

Any social and pedagogical action is aimed at attracting public attention to an existing social problem. Social and pedagogical actions influence changes in consciousness, behavior, and attitudes of a certain category of the population towards something. In our case, this is an action that took place in the municipal budgetary preschool educational institution “Kindergarten No. 249 of compensatory type” (for children with severe speech impairments) in the city of Krasnoyarsk. The initiators of the action were pupils of the preparatory school group of the preschool educational institution.

We also discussed with the children in the group what new children in kindergarten might lack. And among the variety of proposed toys, crafts and other things, it suddenly sounded: “They don’t have enough friends, they don’t know anything or anyone in the kindergarten, they are very sad.” It was from these words that the desire to carry out a social and pedagogical action arose. A little later, the group came up with a name by voting “Children for Children!” campaign, events within the framework of the action and outlined its main goal: to help “special” children of the short-stay group gain social experience in a preschool setting with the help of peers from other groups.

Objectives of the action: establish emotional and personal contact, create trusting relationships, using various types of interaction between children (joint walks, organized games in a group, theatrical performances for children of the State Communist Party by the “trainers”).

Promotion dates: 1.5 months (3.4 weeks of September - October).

Participants of the action: children, preschool teachers, parents.

Expected Resultfor children of KGP: developing skills of adaptive communicative behavior in children; With creating conditions for the development of children's creative potential. For children who are organizers (“preparators”): implementation of children's ideas by creating conditions for the manifestation of moral qualities; forming an idea of the need for constant support for “special children”; With creating conditions for the development of children's creative potential; developing the ability to observe, fantasize, and improve communication skills.

Tasks (for children - initiators of the action)

  • Educational: contribute to the formation of the idea of goodness and charity, good deeds.
  • Educational: develop children’s cognitive activity during the implementation of the action; develop coherent speech and thinking; develop imagination, fantasy, emotions, creative abilities.
  • Educational: to develop children’s ability to communicate and interact with each other; foster a sense of empathy and support; cultivate the ability to reflect on various situations, empathize, sympathize, and make moral choices.

Elementary tasks for “special” children: adaptation to new conditions; acquisition of new social experience and status; involvement in the life of the children's institution.

Stages of the promotion

The result of the main stage. Realization of a child's idea!

The children in the short-stay group showed elementary sympathy for their new friends. They began to smile at them, invite them to their place, and learned to say goodbye. Happy to accept help. Invite to play, draw. Ask: “Where have you been? Why did he come? They easily say goodbye to their mothers and eagerly go to kindergarten. They themselves now share their toys and books. 3. Final stage

To sum up the results of the action, we use reflection, where we share positive impressions, positive emotions, discuss expectations and results of the action.

The “preparators” learned to treat “special” children kindly.” There was reciprocity between the children. The initiating children realized that the children from the GKP are exactly the same as them! They have the same toys, and they do everything exactly the same, they just need help and advice.

Conclusion

Everything planned in the “Children for Children!” campaign activities have been implemented. It is important that a child’s idea is realized.

The main goal of the action: to help children of the short-stay group gain social experience in a preschool setting with the help of peers from other groups has been achieved.

This action contributes to the development of moral education of children. Helps to involve children of senior preschool age in the life of “special” children from the short-term stay group and directly participate in the social development of these children, spending joint free time with them.

Particular interest was shown by the parent community. The parents of children from the State Communist Party were very surprised. They constantly asked: “What is going on with you? Why has my child changed so much? Is it really possible for children from another group to play with ours?” Etc. The parents and older children were especially proud and surprised. On the initiative of one of the mothers, our preschool institution organized a book exhibition “Literary works of the classics about goodness” to help other parents in the moral education of children, where authors such as Valentina Oseeva, V.A. Sukhomlinsky.

We hope that the GOOD, GOOD DEEDS of our students will only increase with their age.
