In order to get acquainted with this rodent, invite your child to make a mouse out of paper. Most likely, he will be completely delighted with this idea!
The mouse assembly scheme is simple, so even a preschooler (with your help, of course) can easily cope with this interesting task.

You will need a square sheet of single-sided or double-sided colored paper in a suitable color.

The sequence of folding a mouse out of paper

Prepare a square sheet of paper.

If the paper is single-sided, turn it over with the white side up. Fold in half diagonally, and then unfold.

Bend the top and bottom sides of the square towards the middle, folding both sides in half diagonally. You will get a rhombus.

Bend the short sides of the rhombus diagonally towards the middle as well. Iron the folds.

Return the just bent parts of the workpiece to their original position.

Grasp the corner of the sheet, bend it to the left, connecting the top and bottom edges of the paper together. You should have a right angle at the fold.

Gently iron the top of the sheet, making a fold along the dotted line and along the already finished fold on the right.
The top of the sheet should lie neatly on the bottom like this.

Fold the opposite side of the workpiece in the same way.
In the middle of the craft, two movable triangles are formed, on each of which a fold will be visible, passing through the top to the edge of the sheet.

Wrap half of the triangle along this fold inside the craft.
In this case, the edge of the bent part will look out.

Do the same with the second movable triangle.
After that, in the middle of the workpiece you will have a small protrusion, consisting of two small triangles. These are future mouse ears.

To form the mouse's head, fold the left side of the elongated diamond inward about 2/3 of the length (along the dotted line).

Draw a line from the center point of the workpiece to the top corner. Do the same on the opposite side.

Bend the shaded parts of the part under the craft.

Fold the workpiece horizontally in half.

Bend the upper part of the moving part to the right at an acute angle (as shown in the photo).

Push the edges of the part in the form of a bag, forming an eyelet. Do the same for the other ear.
Decide on the length of the body and tail of the mouse. To do this, draw a line parallel to the left edge of the workpiece, stepping back about 1 cm to the right of the fold located across the craft.

Bend the right side of the craft along the dotted line to the left.

Return to starting position. Unfold it along the folds.

There is a very simple and easy way to make a mouse out of paper. Even children 3-4 years old can cope with such work. After all, the body of a mouse is just paper folded in half, and all other details are circles, rectangles.

What will be needed for crafts?

• Black and pink cardboard;
• White paper;
• Ready moving eyes;
• Stencil, scissors, simple pencil, glue stick.

Part preparation

For subsequent work, you need to prepare the components of the mouse, these are:

• A strip of black cardboard for the torso. I have a black stripe width - 6 cm, length - 21 cm.
• 2 black and pink circles, from which there will be ears;
• Two strips of white paper about a centimeter wide and slightly wider than a black cardboard strip. White paper must, in turn, be cut into thin strips from different sides. Get a mouse mustache;
• Pink circle - nose;
• Thin long tail;
• If there are no ready-made eyes, they are easy to make from white and black paper.

How to make a paper mouse

Fold the black strip of cardboard in half and glue the edges. It is very important not to press the folded middle.

Then add eyes, cut white stripes folded slightly crosswise - mustaches. And on top of the mustache - a pink circle - a nose. And at the last stage, glue the tail.

What is required for a mouse in love:

Felt thin - pink, light pink, raspberry;
cardboard for patterns;
carbon paper;
pen or pencil;
scissors;
fabric glue or glue for all surfaces;
threads of red, pink and black colors;
1 needle;
filler - synthetic winterizer or cotton wool.

Print the pattern sheet, transfer it to thick cardboard with a carbon paper and carefully cut out all the details.

Cut out of felt, in accordance with the colors, all the details of the mouse:
cut the main part 1 in two copies, part 2 in two copies, part 3 in two copies, part 6 in two copies. Cut out the remaining parts 3 and 4 in one copy.

Attach part 5 to part 2, and part 4 to part 3, and lay along the contour of parts 5 and 4 with a pink thread with a “forward needle” seam. Stitches and skips should preferably be the same length. Fold the two parts 2 together and sew them with a manual "loop" seam. Do the same with parts 3.

With a black thread on the main part with 1 stitches, make the antennae and the nose of the mouse, as in the photo. Then, fold parts 1 to each other and start sewing along the contour with a manual “loop” seam with a pink thread.

Sew on the ears along the way.

Without sewing to the end, fill the product with filler.
With a black thread, make the eyes of the mouse, while capturing (stitching) the filler. After that, sew the product to the end.

Glue to glue the paws of the mouse, as in the photo. Give the glue time to dry.

• You will need to take a square piece of paper. It is best to choose two-color leaves: white on one side and gray on the other.
