From Greek, the name of chamomile is translated into Russian as "white flower". In our area, about 50 species of chamomile are known (and there are more than three hundred species in total), but people often confuse and call almost all flowers with white petals by this name - navel, pyrethrum, leech or popovnik. There are also garden and ornamental species - sometimes you don’t even guess that this is also a chamomile. Chamomile is considered the most useful, and odorous chamomile is also used in medicine.

Daisies from plastic bottles

Charming daisies from plastic bottles can be made quickly and easily. You don’t even have to paint them if you use opaque white plastic bottles from dairy products. The height of the flower petals will be equal to the height of a plastic bottle, which means you will need several empty containers.

In principle, daisies can also be made from bottles of a different color, and then simply paint the petals with acrylic paint (more conveniently - from a spray can).

Stages of making chamomile from plastic bottles

  1. For one flower you will need 3 plastic bottles.
  2. Cut the bottles roughly in half across. Set aside the lower parts - they will not be needed for crafts to give.
  3. Cut off the necks of the top two blanks.
  4. Cut out the petals without cutting all the way through. Try to make the petals rounded at the ends.
  5. On the top of a plastic bottle with a neck, put on the two upper parts without a neck. There were a lot of petals - in three layers! By the way, the more magnificent the flowers from plastic bottles, the better they look.
  6. Bend the petals up, forming a beautiful blooming flower.
  7. Screw the neck of the craft for giving with a lid - you get the middle of the flower. You can also make a “natural” yellow center using a Kinder Surprise box or other improvised material of a suitable color. True, in this case, you will have to attach it: the easiest way to do this is with a wire.
  8. Attach the chamomile head to a tall stem. It can be an iron rod wrapped in a strip, cut in a spiral from a green bottle. If you heat it a little over a fire, the plastic will begin to melt and “grab” well with the rod.

MORE CRAFTS AND FLOWERS FROM PLASTIC BOTTLES.

Let's give a second life to milk and lemonade bottles! Let's create a beautiful, modest flower from a plastic container, because it's easy. For crafts "chamomile" from plastic bottles, take:

  • scissors;
  • a piece of hard wire for the stem;
  • a candle to melt the edges of the petals and slightly bend them for credibility;
  • a pencil (pen or felt-tip pen) and a piece of paper to draw and cut out
    patterns of petals and leaves;
  • pliers to secure the flower bowl;
  • 3 plastic bottles - white, yellow and green.

First of all, we need to make blanks, cut out: from a white bottle, two circles equal to the diameter of the flower; from a yellow bottle, two mugs for a flower core; and from a green bottle you need to cut strips of 0.5-0.7 millimeters, a cup of sepals and a couple of carved leaves. From the white circles we cut out the petals - we make cuts from the edge to the center of the circle. But not to the end, but leaving a place in the middle for a yellow core. We melt the petals and leaves along the edges on the fire of candles. One yellow circle needs to be processed so that it becomes convex.

You can start assembling chamomile. We heat the end of the wire on the fire and put a cup on it first, then two white circles with petals, and then a flat, yellow circle. We bend the end of the wire and cover it with a yellow convex circle, hiding a loop of wire, as if under a cap. The yellow cap can be glued with Titanium. If you were unable to pierce the plastic with wire, then you can make holes with an awl.

We collected the chamomile, then we need to beautifully arrange the stem of the flower. To do this, wrap the wire with a green strip and attach the leaves to it. To make the plastic more pliable, wind it over a candle flame. From the hot air, the plastic will become soft and will cling more tightly to the wire. And after cooling, it will remain in the form of a spiral, tightly wrapping around the stem of the flower. We plant chamomile leaves on Titan glue.

It turned out to be a very neat and beautiful craft. Our chamomile will not wither even in the cold and will please the eye all winter, reminding you of a hot summer.
