We sew a New Year's deer with patterns. Tilda deer: sewing workshop

Strange long-armed and long-legged fabric toys have firmly entered our lives. Why do we see kindness and charm in these stylized faces and muzzles with dotted eyes?

Leggy wonder

To sew a miracle with our own hands, we need:

  • pattern paper;
  • a piece of fabric;
  • tree branches;
  • a strip of cloth or braid for a scarf.

Work order

    1. Let's start the master class with a pattern, transferring it to paper in full size. In the photo, the details did not fit completely, and the break points are marked with a dotted line.

    1. Fold the fabric in half and cut out the torso, legs, arms and ears. Sew up the darts on the head and sew along the edge of all the blanks. Leave a small hole at the bottom of the body and ears, and for stuffing the limbs, cut small holes in the places where they will then be attached to the body.

    1. Turn out. Fill all the details with filler. We will fill the arms and legs with our own hands in two stages. Hammer to the knee or elbow, then wrap the thread and tie tightly. Fill in the rest of the limb. Sew up the holes.
    2. Sew the limbs and ears to the body.

  1. Make two holes in the head with a knitting needle, grease the tips of the branches with a drop of glue and stick them in as horns. Draw eyes and tie a scarf. New Year's tilde deer is ready to celebrate the New Year. If you sew a loop to the back of your head, you can even hang it on a Christmas tree.

Felt deer

    1. Usually Santa travels around the world in a sleigh with 3-5 reindeer on New Year's Eve. Therefore, we will make him a whole flock of the most convenient fabric for sewing and put him under the Christmas tree. Our New Year's deer made of felt will consist of only two identical parts. You will need one pattern.

    1. We take a template and cut out 6 blanks from felt of three different colors on it. Glue appliqués to the sides and draw or embroider eyes.

    1. Sew a thread to match the fabric of the head and horns and fill them with filler. Then you need to sew the legs and back, while laying the filler. Finish work in the chest area.

  1. Make a sled out of the box with your own hands, harness crafts to them and put them under the Christmas tree. Santa will be pleased with his team.

deer in clothes

The master class here is almost the same as in the first section. The difference is only in pattern and form. And this tilde-style reindeer is very domestic. If we want to give ourselves or a friend a tilde-style craft for the New Year, let this toy look like a little man.

    1. Take a template from a photo on paper, enlarge it and fold along the dotted lines.

    1. Attach the template to the fabric and make a pattern of all the details in duplicate.

    1. Sew along the edge of all the details, turn them inside out and fill with filler. Sew up the holes.

    1. Start a master class on attaching limbs by sewing a button to your shoulder. Our toy will be able to freely raise the legs and arms, thanks to this mount.

    1. Just sew two buttons on different shoulders at the same time, passing the thread through the body. Let's do the same with the legs.

    1. To make our reindeer, which we will plant under the Christmas tree, look like a deer, we need to sew felt antlers for it.

    1. Cut out and sew a sweater and pants.

  1. Connect all the details together, dress him, draw his nose and eyes and send the craft to wait for Santa Claus.

Tilda toys have firmly occupied a niche in terms of domestic female hobbies. Now every needlewoman must have a craft in this style, whether it be a doll or an animal. We also offer you to make a tilda-deer toy. A master class on sewing such deer requires the presence of bright and colorful fabric, preferably with patterns and floral prints.

Cute tilde deer

Master class with a description of how a tilde deer is sewn:

  1. The toy pattern consists of five parts: torso, legs, horns, ear and nose. Cut out all the elements from the paper pattern.
  2. Fold the fabric in half, attach a paper pattern and cut out the required number of parts. As a result, you should get two parts of the body, eight legs, one nose, two horns and four ears. To make the toy more interesting, for the spout, ears and horns, choose fabric in bright colors with a pattern.
  3. Sew two pieces of ears together.
  4. Connect the two parts of the body and put the finished ears in the right place between them on top. Sew the pieces together, leaving a small opening. Turn the part of the toy inside out.
  5. Sew together two pieces of horns.
  6. Sew the four pieces of the leg in pairs.
  7. Fill the horns, torso and legs with filler and sew up the holes.
  8. Sew a spout on the body, and sew horns on the crown.

Christmas deer

The New Year's tilde deer differs from the usual toy in two details - a checkered ribbon with a bell and a red nose.

The instruction will tell you how to make a toy deer:

  1. Cut out all the details of the pattern and transfer them to the fabric. As a result, you should get two pieces of each element, and only one circle for the spout.
  2. Sew all the details in pairs, except for the ears, leaving small holes.
  3. Turn out all the details and push the filler inside with a wooden stick or pencil.
  4. Spread the filler evenly over the entire part so that there are no lumps or bulges. As a result, you should get a slightly voluminous toy. Therefore, the filler layer should be a couple of centimeters, no more.
  5. Sew the hooves to the legs.
  6. Sew all other openings with a blind stitch.
  7. Sew together all the details of the toy. As a result, you should get a deer, as in the picture above.
  8. Connect the ears at the bottom and sew them to the head.
  9. Make a nose. To do this, put a little filler in the middle of the circle and pull the edges together with a needle and thread. After that, sew the ball to the muzzle.
  10. Embroider a mouth with red floss and make eyes with black beads.
  11. Under the muzzle, sew a bow with a bell made of a wide ribbon in a red-green cage.

Tilda Deer: Life Size Pattern

If you want to make a bigger tilde toy, you will need to draw a pattern on a large piece of paper. The number of parts from which the deer will be sewn is as follows:

  • two parts of the body with a head;
  • four parts of the front legs;
  • four parts of the hind legs;
  • four pieces of ears.

The master class describes step by step how to make a tilde toy:

  1. Cut out all the details of the future toy from the fabric.
  2. Then sew the blanks in pairs. On the paper pattern, dotted lines indicate the places where the elements will be sewn together. So leave holes there.
  3. Turn out all the details and stuff the filler inside. The finished toy must be stable, so put a synthetic winterizer or other material tightly. Pay special attention to the legs and torso. Fill the ears with a small layer of filler.
  4. Sew the ears and legs to the body.
  5. Take twigs and sew or glue them to the head instead of the horns.
  6. Sew on black bead eyes, make a nose and mouth with a marker or thread. Draw cheeks with cosmetic blush.
  7. The neck of the deer tilde can be decorated with a ribbon, and its ends can be tied into a bow.

The craft is ready!

deer girl

Description of how to make a deer-girl:

  1. Cut out two details of the head, muzzles and four ears from a beige or brown fabric.
  2. Cut out two parts of the body with arms and legs from a patch with a pattern.
  3. Sew together the details of the head and body in pairs, leaving holes at the bottom and top, respectively.
  4. Sew the details of the ears in pairs.
  5. Sew the triangles of the muzzle together, leaving the bottom unsewn.
  6. Turn out all the details.
  7. Put the filler inside the torso and head. There are many corners in the part, so use a wooden stick so that the synthetic winterizer or cotton wool is placed evenly throughout the toy.
  8. Sew the head and body together.
  9. Sew on the muzzle by first placing a little filler under the part.
  10. Sew on the ears.
  11. Cut out a circle from colored fabric. Fold it in half twice and cut off the top. As a result, you should get a circle with a hole in the center. This will be the skirt.
  12. Put the skirt on the toy and sew it on. To hide the seam, you can tie a ribbon like a belt.
  13. Draw eyes and a nose, make horns, sew on button beads.

Simple tilde deer

Such a toy is made very simply, but it looks beautiful and can decorate the room. To create it, you will need to cut out two identical body parts with a head and legs from fabric, and one solid horns from felt or felt.

Then just sew the two parts of the toy together and stuff more stuffing inside. Sew on the horns with a decorative button. Tie a pretty ribbon or string around your neck.

It's so easy to make a wonderful tilde toy.

  1. To make your craft look like a tilde, choose fabric in bright colors.
  2. It is not necessary to make the entire toy from one fabric. You can choose a brown or beige shade for the torso and legs, and make ears and horns from patches with a floral or abstract pattern.
  3. If the legs go as a separate piece of the pattern, and are not sewn together with the body, then the joints can be beaten in an original way. For example, sew large beautiful buttons or ribbons on top (see picture above).
  4. A tilde deer can also be sewn from plain fabric. Then complete the toy with an interesting decor or accessory (for example, a ribbon with a bell).
  5. If you have a pattern of a tilde toy (bunny, cat, sheep) standing on four legs, it can also be used to sew a deer. Just change the shape of the ears and add the horns.
