Abstract of the lesson in the second junior group health-saving technologies used in the educational process. "The use of health-saving technologies in the second junior group" methodological development on the topic The use of health-saving technologies

Svetlana Medvedeva

The use of health-saving technologies in the 2nd junior group.

We we use health-saving technologies not only in physical development classes, but throughout the day. Based on the age characteristics of the children of this groups it is necessary to make this process bright and exciting. It is very important that children want to do exercises and play.

They especially like:

Articulation gymnastics

Air jet development exercises

Finger gymnastics

Track health

hardening procedures.

All these exercises are carried out in a playful way. Children actively respond to the teacher's suggestion to "play with the tongue", "play with the breeze", etc.

Coming home, children demonstrate to their parents the skills acquired in kindergarten. On the stands in the reception, we place methodological recommendations for the implementation healing and educational games and exercises. When a child demonstrates this with pleasure at home, it finds a lively response from parents.

We are constantly improving this work in group, replenish the material base.

Health-saving technologies in preschool educational institutions (from work experience) Health-saving technologies in preschool educational institutions 1 SLIDE: Good afternoon, dear colleagues! Nowadays, the problem of preserving and strengthening the health of children.

Preschool age is reasonably considered the most important period in the process of forming a person's personality. At this age it is more intense.

Gymnastics and physical exercises should firmly enter into the daily routine of everyone who cares about working capacity, health, full-fledged and.

Health-saving technologies in preschool educational institutions. Step aerobics Step aerobics has a positive effect on the entire body, strengthening the respiratory, cardiovascular, muscular and nervous systems, and normalizes.

Health-saving technologies (part 1) The protection of life and the strengthening of the physical and mental health of children is one of the main tasks of preschool education, since preschool.

Organization: MADOU "Golden Key"

Location: Novgorod region, Malaya Vishera

Preschool age is decisive in the formation of the foundation of physical and mental health. There are various forms and types of activities aimed at preserving and strengthening the health of pupils. One of the means of solving problems of preserving, maintaining and enriching the health of pupils is health-saving pedagogical technologies. In upbringing and educational activities with pupils of primary preschool age, I use a variety of health-saving technologies aimed at maintaining and increasing the reserves of children's health:
Technologies for maintaining and stimulating health
Finger gymnastics
Finger gymnastics is carried out daily individually, or with a subgroup of children. Trains fine motor skills, stimulates speech, attention, imagination, blood circulation, speed of reaction.
For example: finger game "Cabbage".
We chop cabbage, chop,

We salt-salt cabbage,

We three-three cabbage

We are eating cabbage.

Movements with straight palms up and down, alternately stroking the fingertips, rubbing fist on fist. Squeeze and unclench the fist.

Outdoor games
Playing at a young age helps:
1) provide emotional relaxation, relieve accumulated nervous tension;

2) master the group rules of conduct;
3) establish contact between adults and children;
4) develop dexterity and coordination of movements.
Walking games: "Bring the item", "Train", "Find the flag!"
Running games: Airplanes, Corydalis Hen.
For example: mobile game " Hares and wolf»

Purpose: to teach pupils to listen carefully to the teacher, to perform jumps and other actions in accordance with the text; learn to navigate in space, find your place.

Game progress: Children - "hares" are hiding behind bushes and trees, Away, behind a bush, there is a "wolf". "Hares" run out into the clearing, jump, nibble grass, frolic. At the signal of the teacher: “The wolf is coming!” - "hares" run away and hide behind bushes, trees. "Wolf" is trying to catch up with them. In the game, you can use a poetic test:

Bunnies jump: hop, hop, hop-

To the green meadow.

Grass is pinched, eaten,

Listen carefully

Is the wolf coming?

Pupils perform movements according to the text. With the end of the text, a "wolf" appears and begins to catch "hares".

At first, the role of the “wolf” is performed by the educator.

Sensory development games
It is well known about the relationship between the development of speech and fine hand movements. The movements of the fingers stimulate the activity of the central nervous system and accelerate the development of the child's speech.
This is what the games are for:

"Wonderful bag" (study of shape, size),

"Collect the cones in the basket" (amount),

"Colored balls" (color, shape) etc…
Awakening gymnastics
Waking up pupils after a daytime sleep requires a special approach. Much depends on the nature and duration of the pupils' sleep, the sequence of their awakening. It is important to gradually include them in vigorous activity, transferring from a state of inhibition to wakefulness. Awakening gymnastics becomes an effective technique.
For example: game "We woke up".
1. "Funny hands" - and. p.: lying on the back. Raise your arms to the sides and lower down. (4 times);
2. "Sharp legs" - and. p: the same. Alternately raise one or the other leg. (4 times);
3. "Bugs" - and. p: the same. Rolls to the right, then to the left side. (4-6 times).
Breathing exercises.
It develops the still imperfect respiratory system of the child, strengthens the body's defenses with the help of exercises such as “Inflate a balloon” (imitation of inflating a balloon), “Blow on the ribbons” (we blow in front of us on ribbons tied to a stick),

Breathing exercise "Wind"

I am a strong wind, I fly

I fly where I want (arms down, legs slightly apart, inhale through the nose)

I want to whistle to the left (turn my head to the left, lips with a tube and blow)

I can blow to the right (head straight, inhale, head to the right, lips with a tube, exhale)

I can go up (head straight, inhale through the nose, exhale through the lips with a tube, inhale)

And into the clouds (lower your head, touch your chest with your chin, exhale calmly through your mouth)

In the meantime, I'm dispersing the clouds (circular movements of the hands)

Technologies for teaching a healthy lifestyle
morning exercises
.

It promotes the formation of rhythmic skills and abilities, allows you to give children a good charge of vivacity, enhances blood circulation, promotes metabolism, and helps develop correct posture.
Physical education
Aimed at teaching motor skills and abilities. Regular exercise strengthens the body and improves immunity.

Music technology.
Children's mental health requires a balance of positive and negative emotions to maintain peace of mind and life-affirming behavior. Music has a strong psychological effect on children. It affects the state of the nervous system. I use music as an aid to relieve tension, increase emotional well-being, to accompany educational activities, also before bedtime, to help those who have difficulty falling asleep to calm down and relax.
Health is a GIFT that must be preserved and multiplied from a very young age. The use of health-saving technologies in the work of an educator contributes to a more interesting, varied and effective conduct of classes and routine moments in kindergarten, being an important factor in maintaining health and timely, harmonious development of the child.

“Health-saving technologies in the pedagogical process of the 2nd junior group “Sun”

Health-saving educational technologies are the most significant among all known technologies in terms of the degree of impact on children's health. Their main feature is the use of psychological and pedagogical techniques, methods, approaches to solving emerging problems. They can be divided into three subgroups:

The health-saving direction involves the formation of a meaningful attitude towards health as an important life value among preschoolers, the implementation of a complex of health-saving technologies in the course of the educational process, the creation of psychological and pedagogical conditions for the development of the motor sphere and children's health based on their creative activity.

In our group, pedagogical conditions have been created for the health-saving process of raising and developing children, the main of which are: organizing various types of children's activities in a playful way; construction of the educational process in the form of a model of culture; organization of cultural creativity of preschool children; equipping children's activities with equipment, toys, games, game exercises and manuals. All this work is carried out in a complex way - by educators. We pay special attention to teaching preschoolers the skills of a healthy lifestyle, putting into practice the introduction of various techniques and methods to create an environment for a health-saving process in their age group.

Every day in our work we use the following health-saving technologies:

  1. Finger gymnastics carried out daily at any convenient time. It can be carried out both individually and with a subgroup of children. This gymnastics trains fine motor skills, spatial thinking, stimulates speech, attention, blood circulation, speed of reaction. We believe that finger gymnastics is useful for all children, especially those who have speech problems.
  2. helps to relieve tension in the muscles of the eyes, is carried out every day for 3-5 minutes in any free time. During this gymnastics, visual material is used.
  1. carried out 5-10 minutes daily after daytime sleep. Her gymnastics complex includes exercises on beds for better awakening of children, exercises for correct posture.

For prevention, we made a rug with buttons sewn on it (individually for each child). Children love to walk on this rug. Buttons massages the feet of children quite well, strengthens the ligamentous apparatus and muscles of the foot, this exercise also corrects flat feet, which is important - in our opinion, this is a very useful procedure.

  1. Breathing exercises It is also carried out daily in various forms of physical culture and health work. In children, oxygen metabolism is activated in all tissues, which ensures the normal functioning of the body as a whole.
  1. Mobile and sports games(they spend a lot of time daily). Outdoor games are held both on a walk and in a group room. Games are selected according to the age of the child, the place and time of its holding. Children are happy to participate in this activity.
  2. Dynamic pauses are carried out during classes, 2-5 minutes, as children get tired. During their implementation, elements of gymnastics for the eyes, respiratory, finger gymnastics and others are included, depending on the type of lesson.
  1. . Children's mental health requires a balance of positive and negative emotions to maintain peace of mind and life-affirming behavior. Our task is to teach children to feel their emotions, control their behavior, listen to their body. To this end, in our work we use specially selected exercises to relax the whole body and individual parts of the body. For work, we use calm classical music, such as the sounds of nature. The kids love doing these exercises.

Thus, it is important for us to achieve such a result that our children, crossing the threshold of "adult life", not only have a high health potential that allows them to lead a healthy lifestyle, but also have a store of knowledge that allows them to do it right.

Modern approaches to the organization of a health-saving environment are aimed at creating emotionally stable conditions for a child to stay in preschool and contribute to his physical, spiritual and social well-being.

Each movement is performed 4-6 times.

XII Complex

This manual is placed in a group room or computer lab. Children's eyes rest when looking at the color spectrum.

Using relaxation exercises with children.

Modern preschoolers are sometimes loaded no less than adults. Visiting a kindergarten, various clubs and sports sections, they get a lot of information, get tired physically and emotionally. After all, you need to be in time everywhere! Such loads adversely affect the health of children. Therefore, it is so important to use relaxation exercises when working with preschoolers.

An active lifestyle, frequent stresses in the family and at work often lead to overstrain, bad mood, and as a result, to depression. You need to learn how to relax and use the means of relaxation and meditation to combat "overload". But what to do if a very small child is overstressed, overexcited and it is difficult to calm down after active games and communication? How to defeat children's hyperexcitability?

For some reason, it is generally accepted that relaxation and meditation methods are shown only to adults. In fact, this is not entirely true. Yes, frankly, it is difficult to explain to a three-year-old child what meditation is. Therefore, the relaxation of preschool children requires a special look and approach. The main thing is to use it correctly and skillfully.

The nervous system of a preschool child is far from perfect. It is difficult for children to control the processes of excitation and inhibition of the nervous system. This explains restless sleep or problems with falling asleep after active games. First of all, this applies to active children. But, despite this, there are many ways by which you can calm the "loosened" child.

For the formation of emotional stability of the child, it is important to teach him to control his body. In the process of development, education and training, children receive a huge amount of information that they need to learn. Active mental activity and accompanying emotional experiences create excessive excitation in the nervous system, which, accumulating, leads to tension in the muscles of the body. The ability to relax allows you to eliminate anxiety, agitation, stiffness, restores strength, increases energy.

Relaxation(from lat. relaxation - weakening, relaxation) - deep muscle relaxation, accompanied by the removal of mental stress. Relaxation can be both involuntary and voluntary, achieved as a result of the use of special psychophysiological techniques.

Relaxation exercises with focus on breathing:

"Blow out the candle." Inhale deeply, drawing as much air into the lungs as possible. Then, stretching out your lips with a tube, exhale slowly, as if blowing on a candle, while pronouncing the sound “u” for a long time.

"Lazy cat" Raise your hands up, then stretch forward, stretch like a cat. Feel how the body stretches. Then sharply lower your hands down, pronouncing the sound “a”.

Facial muscle relaxation exercises:

"Naughty cheeks". Take in air by puffing out your cheeks. Hold your breath, slowly exhale the air, as if blowing out a candle. Relax your cheeks. Then close your lips with a tube, inhale the air, drawing it in. The cheeks are retracted. Then relax your cheeks and lips.

"Locked mouth". Purse your lips so that they are not visible at all. Close your mouth with a “lock”, tightly squeezing your lips. Then relax them: I have a secret, I won't tell it to you, no (purse your lips). Oh, how hard it is to resist without saying anything (4-5 s). Nevertheless, I will relax my lips, and I will leave the secret to myself.

"Evil has calmed down." Tighten your jaw, stretching your lips and exposing your teeth. Roar with all your might. Then take a few deep breaths, stretch, smile and, with your mouth wide open, yawn: And when I get very angry, I tense up, but I hold on. I squeeze my jaw strongly and scare everyone with a growl (growl). In order for the anger to fly away and the whole body to relax, You need to take a deep breath, stretch, smile, Maybe even yawn (open your mouth wide, yawn).

Neck relaxation exercises:

"Curious Barabara". Starting position: standing, feet shoulder-width apart, arms down, head straight. Turn your head to the left, then to the right. Inhale-exhale. The movement is repeated 2 times in each direction. Then return to the starting position, relax the muscles: Curious Barbara looks to the left, looks to the right. And then again forward - here a little rest. Raise your head up, look at the ceiling as long as possible. Then return to the starting position, relax the muscles: And Varvara looks up the longest and farthest! Comes back - relaxation is nice! Slowly lower your head down, press your chin to your chest. Then return to the starting position, relax the muscles: Now let's look down - the neck muscles have tightened! Coming back - relaxation is nice!

Muscle relaxation exercises:

"Lemon". Lower your hands down and imagine that there is a lemon in your right hand, from which you need to squeeze the juice. Slowly clench your right hand as tightly as possible into a fist. Feel how tense your right hand is. Then throw the “lemon” and relax your hand: I will take a lemon in my palm. I feel like it's round. I squeeze it slightly - I squeeze lemon juice. All right, juice is ready. I throw a lemon, relax my hand. Perform the same exercise with your left hand.

"Pair"(alternating movement with tension and relaxation of the arms). Standing opposite each other and touching the partner's forward palms, straighten your right arm with tension, thereby bending the partner's left arm at the elbow. At the same time, the left hand bends at the elbow, and the partner straightens.

"Vibration". What a wonderful day today! We will drive away boredom and laziness. They shook their hands. Here we are healthy and strong.

Leg muscle relaxation exercises:

"Deck". Imagine yourself on a ship. Shakes. In order not to fall, you need to spread your legs wider and press them to the floor. Clasp your hands behind your back. The deck shook - transfer the body weight to the right leg, press it to the floor (the right leg is tense, the left is relaxed, slightly bent at the knee, the toe touches the floor). Straighten up. Relax your leg. It swung in the other direction - to press the left leg to the floor. Straighten up! Inhale-exhale! It began to rock the deck! Press your foot to the deck! We press the leg tighter, and relax the other.

"Horses". Our legs flashed, We will jump along the path. But be careful what you do, do not forget!

"Elephant". Put your feet firmly, then imagine yourself as an elephant. Slowly transfer the body weight to one leg, and raise the other high and lower it to the floor with a “roar”. Move around the room, alternately raising each leg and lowering it with a kick of the foot on the floor. Breathe out "Wow!"

Relaxation exercises for the whole body:

"Snow Woman" Children imagine that each of them is a snowman. Huge, beautiful, which was fashioned from the snow. She has a head, a torso, two arms sticking out to the sides, and she stands on strong legs. Beautiful morning, the sun is shining. Here it begins to bake, and the snowman begins to melt. Next, the children depict how the snowman melts. First the head melts, then one hand, then the other. Gradually, little by little, the body begins to melt. The snowman turns into a puddle that spreads on the ground.

"Birds". Children imagine that they are small birds. They fly through the fragrant summer forest, inhale its aromas and admire its beauty. So they sat down on a beautiful wild flower and breathed in its light aroma, and now they flew to the highest linden, sat on its crown and felt the sweet smell of a flowering tree. But a warm summer breeze blew, and the birds, along with its impulse, rushed to the murmuring forest stream. Sitting on the edge of the stream, they cleaned their feathers with their beaks, drank clean, cool water, splashed and again rose up. And now we will land in the most comfortable nest in a forest clearing.

"Bell". Children lie on their backs. They close their eyes and relax to the sound of the lullaby “Fluffy Clouds”. “Awakening” takes place to the sound of a bell.

"Summer day". Children lie on their backs, relaxing all the muscles and closing their eyes. Relaxation passes to the sound of calm music: I lie in the sun, But I don’t look at the sun. We close our eyes, our eyes rest. The sun strokes our faces, May we have a good dream. Suddenly we hear: boom-boom-boom! Thunder came out for a walk. Thunder rumbles like a drum.

"Slow motion". Children sit closer to the edge of the chair, lean on the back, put their hands freely on their knees, spread their legs slightly, close their eyes and sit quietly for a while, listening to slow, quiet music: Everyone can dance, jump, run, draw. But not everyone knows how to relax, to rest. We have a game like this - very easy, simple. The movement slows down, tension disappears. And it becomes clear - relaxation is pleasant!

"Silence". Hush, hush, hush! You can't talk! We are tired - we need to sleep - we will lie down quietly on the bed, And we will sleep quietly.

Children really like doing such exercises, because they have an element of the game. They quickly learn this difficult ability to relax. Having learned to relax, each child receives what he previously lacked. This applies equally to any mental processes: cognitive, emotional or volitional. In the process of relaxation, the body redistributes energy in the best possible way and tries to bring the body to balance and harmony. Relaxing, excited, restless children gradually become more balanced, attentive and patient. Children who are inhibited, constrained, lethargic and timid acquire confidence, vigor, freedom in expressing their feelings and thoughts. Such systematic work allows the child's body to relieve excess stress and restore balance, thereby maintaining health.

Report on the use of modern educational technologies in the educational process in the first junior group

The environment in which the child lives and develops is changeable and inconstant. A small person always feels the need to see goals, build social connections, and be included in a team of children and adults. Before me, as a teacher, the task is to help the child adapt in the society of a preschool educational institution, using modern technologies in the process of upbringing and education. I arrange my activities in such a way that a certain order of my actions contributes to the achievement of predicted results by children. In my practice I use the following technologies:

During the implementation of the pedagogical process, I take into account the age-related physical and neuropsychic characteristics of my pupils, the individuality of character and the educational potential of each, I apply a personality-oriented approach, the basis of which is the uniqueness of the child's personality.

1. I believe that the use of new methods and techniques of physical education and health improvement of children plays an important role in the period of adaptation of children to the conditions of preschool educational institutions. Health saving makes it easier to get used to a new environment, allows you to strengthen the immune system of kids, which is important for the further full-fledged mental and physical development of my pupils. The conclusion I made helps in the work on the formation of a meaningful attitude in children to their health as a value.

In my practical work, I use the following health-saving technologies:

Finger gymnastics (development of motor skills of the hands);

Exercises for the development of breathing (hardening method);

Psychogymnastics (to relieve emotional stress);

Relaxation games (to relieve nervous tension);

Dynamic pauses (during GCD and other regime moments);

Improving gymnastics (elements for the prevention of flat feet);

Preventive acupressure (prevention of respiratory diseases);

Morning exercises (daily);

Gymnastics of awakening (daily after daytime sleep).

I am convinced that these technologies give a stable long-term result, due to the systematic use of them.

2. I am greatly assisted in the organization of direct educational activities by gaming technologies. With the games and game exercises used, I ensure the interest of the kids in the perception of the material being studied, I involve them in mastering new information, and I make game tasks more accessible. I like that the game always requires the mental and physical activity of children. Game educational technologies allow my pupils to perceive informative material more easily, captivating them during GCD. The knowledge gained in this way is well acquired by children.

In my practice, I use the following gaming technologies:

Game situations (during GCD and during regime moments);

Surprise moments (during the GCD and during sensitive moments);

Acquaintance with a new toy (practical examination, manipulative and plot play);

An element of the presence of a favorite toy in regime moments and during GCD.

3. I made sure that gaming technologies are well combined with the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ). Since the educational level of my pupils is not yet high (due to their age), I use individual elements of TRIZ in my work:

Solving various problem situations (in a playful way).

This helps me to activate the cognitive activity of children, creates motivation for creativity (so far together with the teacher), develops mental activity, helps kids master figurative speech, teaches the correct construction of sentences.

4. In the modern world, the upbringing and education of our children becomes impossible without the use of information and communication technologies. In direct educational activities, for better assimilation and consolidation of the educational material offered to my students, I use:

Listening to children's CDs (songs, relaxation music, sounds of nature);

Watching cartoons (educational and entertaining).

In this technology, I am attracted by the rather easy presentation of visual material, the speed with which children memorize the necessary information.

Using the above technologies in my work, I came to the conclusion that only their systematic and rational use, as well as their integration both in GCD and in various regime moments, leads to the development of curiosity in children, the ability to independently solve tasks in different types of activities.

Municipal budgetary preschool educational institution of a kindergarten of a combined type No. 14 of the city of Krymsk, municipal formation Krymsky district

Report on the use of health-saving technology "Respiratory gymnastics" in the first junior group

The respiratory system of 2-3-year-old babies has its own physical characteristics, which determine the frequency of viral and colds, which affects the level of adaptation to preschool conditions. Therefore, I use breathing exercises in my work as one of the hardening methods. In combination with acupressure, air aeration with phytoncides in a group room, it allows you to strengthen the immune system of children, contributes to the full development of the respiratory apparatus.

I also use breathing exercises to relieve psycho-emotional stress in my pupils.

I carry out exercises in a well-ventilated room during various routine moments (morning exercises, awakening exercises, games, etc.), during GCD as part of a lesson, or during a dynamic pause.

I believe that breathing exercises allow you to stimulate physiological breathing, regulate the strength of inhalation and exhalation, and develop the smoothness of a long exhalation. When conducting them, I try to use relaxation music as an accompaniment.

I have collected and regularly used in my work a card file of games for the development of breathing and breathing exercises. First, I use individual training in the elements of this gymnastics, then, when the children have mastered the technique of exercises sufficiently, I combine them into small subgroups.

The toy serves as an additional incentive for the kids in my classes. Gradually, in the second half of the year, I introduce some complications through the use of additional movements: finger exercises, eye movements, hands. To achieve effectiveness, breathing exercises can be performed while standing.

Toddlers enjoy doing breathing exercises in a playful way.

In the parental corner, I have placed informational articles on the benefits of breathing exercises and a selection of special games and exercises for home use.

During the introduction of this health-saving technology in educational and daily activities, I came to the conclusion that the systematic use of breathing exercises has a positive effect on strengthening the health of children, their good emotional state. I would love to use this technology in the future.
