How to get rid of bad breath

The first step that will help once and for all get rid of bad breath should be to eliminate the causes of its occurrence. Quitting alcohol and smoking, taking proper care of your oral cavity, and getting timely dental treatment will help you get rid of bad breath. Proper nutrition will also help eliminate bad breath. If you allowed yourself to eat something spicy, do not forget to brush your teeth after eating, or at least stock up on chewing gum. This method accelerates water exchange in the body, cleanses the stomach of pathogenic bacteria, the vital activity of which is often the cause of bad breath.

How to remove bad breath with folk methods

Traditional medicine offers its own methods to remove bad breath. Treatment of bad breath in this case is very simple - it is recommended to rinse the mouth with various herbal decoctions.

They disinfect well, help get rid of bad breath and freshen your breath with decoctions of wormwood, strawberries and chamomile. You can make a mixture of herbs or use them individually. For cooking, take 1 tbsp. a spoonful of dry grass in 1 cup of boiling water. The broth is left for 30 minutes, after which it is filtered and the mouth is rinsed several times a day. The course of treatment is designed for 2-3 weeks.

Fragrant mint will also help in the fight against the repulsive "aroma": against bad breath, take 20 fresh leaves of this plant or 1 tbsp. a spoonful of dried mint and prepare a decoction as described above. Ready mint decoction use for rinsing 3-4 times a day for several weeks.

Another effective remedy for bad breath is a decoction of oak bark. For 1 cup of boiling water we take 1 tbsp. a spoonful of grass, put in a water bath, after 30 minutes remove and filter. To get rid of bad breath, rinse your mouth with this decoction daily for several weeks.

Ordinary parsley will help you quickly remove bad breath “in camping” conditions: you just need to chew a couple of sprigs well in your mouth. The same refreshing effect can be achieved by eating an apple or drinking a glass of strong tea.
