DIY paper candy. How to make paper candy Fake basic origami candy

Today we invite you to create an original gift box in the form of a candy. In such a craft, you can pack various sweets and other small gifts. The technique for creating this craft is quite simple, and the materials for its creation will surely be found in every home.

So, to make a candy box, let's prepare some materials:

Colored, wrapping or design paper to create the base of the craft;
- a sheet of cardboard;
- ruler;
- pencil and marker of any color;
- glue stick or hot glue;
- scissors;
- thin floral tape.

Step 1
On a sheet of cardboard you need to create a candy template. We first draw four wide stripes, then draw rhombuses on the sides.

There is such a diagram

The shape of the candy depends on the number of strips, the more you make them, the more corners your box will get.

Step 2
Cut out the created template along the contour. Leave a small strip at the bottom for gluing crafts.

The box template is ready! For work, you can use a small clerical knife.

Step 4
Now we attach the cut out template to the back of the wrapping paper. With a simple pencil, duplicate the outline of the template.

Then we draw all the necessary lines.

Step 5
Cut out the workpiece along the outer contour. Then we bend it along the lines and cut through the middle of the rhombuses.

Then we bend the lines in the opposite direction, carefully stroking all the main lines with a ruler or fingers.

Step 7
Now we squeeze its tips to the center of the candy to form small fold lines.

Step 8
Cut the prepared floral ribbon into two even parts.

Step 9
We pull out the ends of the ribbons with scissors blades.

That's all, the paper candy box is ready!

To pack a gift in a box, you just need to untie the ribbon from either side of it. To create large boxes, we recommend using very thick paper so that the craft keeps its original shape well!

The Japanese art of paper folding has long and firmly fallen in love with our kids and adults. Slow and careful process surprise at the very end (and how will it turn out? what will it look like?) - this is akin to meditation, which the inhabitants of the land of the rising sun also know a lot about.

For beginners, origami will seem tricky and complicated. But don't worry. You just need to find simpler schemes for this type of creativity, for beginners.

The same applies to children. In order not to discourage them once and for all from making something with their own hands, it is necessary to create a situation of success when the craft will succeed in any case.

So, it is better to start paper crafts for children with a simple one. For example, with such an origami candy.

How to make paper candy

How good is this craft? She develops motor skills - this time. The child circles the template, cuts out small details, works with pens, folding along the folds.

She gives the joy of creativity - that's two. Not an unimportant fact, don't you think?

Third: such a surprise can be made useful. For example, hang paper sweets on a Christmas tree for the New Year or decorate a room with them. And inside it can hide a delicious filling! Just take care in advance about what you can put inside - small crackers, vitamins, dragees, sweets, nuts. Or colorful confetti.

Here is such an interesting gift with your own hands, together with the children, we suggest you make. And the blog www.minieco.co.uk will help us with this, the author of which even published her book on this topic.

We need:

  • Scissors
  • colored paper
  • threads

First, copy or draw yourself the proposed origami diagram for beginners. It may need to be increased.

Transfer everything to colored paper.

You can ask the children to cut the edges, but it is better not to trust the holes inside the candy.

The most crucial moment is bending.

As you can see, our sweetness will be wrapped several times (so it will be stronger). Fix everything with glue.

    To make your own paper candy you can use the origami scheme, which turns out a very cute candy, and this craft itself is very simple, which is suitable for paper crafts with a child:

    And here is the scheme of paper candy, but already more complicated than the first one (you can easily get confused in the sequence of actions in it):

    Now you can make such colored paper sweets and hang them like Christmas decorations on a Christmas tree, or maybe make a whole delicious garland of them, you can vary the size of the paper to make different sweets. It is also better to fold sweets from strips, in which the sides are differently decorated.

    Paper coffee can be made very quickly with your child. To do this, you need to use colored paper, a pencil, a ruler and be careful and careful. Take an origami diagram and follow it step by step. Here is one such diagram:

    In order to make candy out of paper, you need to cut out the following figure from the very paper from which you are going to make candy:

    Gently fold along the lines and bend along the dotted lines. It remains to glue.

    The candy is ready.

    I very often make sweets from candy wrappers, when I eat more than one candy, so that the candy wrappers do not roll around, I take and wrap all the candy wrappers in one, and it turns out candy. In general, you can make such a beautiful candy out of paper.

    I made such a candy myself for the New Year's party in kindergarten.

    And although the work took me a lot of time, the candy turned out to be quite nice. To make it I needed:

    1. A3 cardboard purchased from an office supply store.
    2. Glue (in my work I used only universal glue Moment and super glue).
    3. Brocade fabric (half a meter was enough for me)
    4. Shiny Braid
    5. sequins
    6. Scissors, thread, pencil, needle, tape.

    The A3 cardboard I bought was a bit thin, so I glued one sheet of cardboard on top of the other to make it a little tighter. Next, I laid a sheet of cardboard vertically and drew it with horizontal lines four centimeters wide. Cut off the excess. Next, bend the sheet along each of the lines inward. Thus, we make the ribs of our future candy. When the ribs are bent, you need to put the first rib on the last one and glue it. Get a kind of cylinder. Now he needs to make the bottom. In my case, it was supposed that the candy would become a kind of box for real candies, so I made the bottom on one side, leaving an open hole on the other. To make the bottom, I simply placed the candy vertically on a sheet of cardboard, circled the hole and cut out the resulting figure. I put this cardboard figure on top of the hole and carefully glued it with tape. The result was a cylinder, closed on one side and open on the other. Next, I took the fabric. In my case, this is brocade. She is the best for this job. Firstly, the brocade is quite dense and sticks well, and secondly, it is shiny, and this is just what you need for a New Year's attribute. With universal glue, I immediately smeared one of the ribs of the candy, carefully applied the fabric to it and smoothed it with my fingers so that there were no irregularities. The size of the fabric must be calculated in such a way that the ends hang freely from both ends of the candy. Next, I alternately applied glue to each of the ribs and pulled the fabric over it until I glued all the ribs. Trimmed off the excess fabric. Now it was necessary to form the ends of the candy. On the side where the bottom is, I simply tucked the loose ends inward, decorated them in the form of a flower and sewed them well at the base. Then she tied it at the base with a beautiful braid.

    The candy looks like this:

    On the other hand, the candy should open, so I also tucked the ends inward and, so that they would not come out, sewed the inner fabric to the outer one, at the base I did not sew them, but simply tied them with braid. Now, if desired, the braid could be untied and real sweets for children could be put inside. It remains only to decorate the candy. To do this, I took the braid and began to stick it, forming triangles. I glued the braid with super glue. It remains only to glue the sequins. Candy for a children's party is ready!

    For me, the easiest way is to roll the candy the way real candies are rolled.

    We take a rectangle of paper (corrugated will look interesting), put a ball in the middle (a bead, a foam ball, a real round candy, etc.), and tie both ends with a thread.

    Fluff tails.

    If you pierce the blank with a toothpick, we get such an interesting decoration for cupcakes:

    If you need a bigger candy, a cardboard tube from paper towels, baking films, and even, sorry, a toilet paper tube, are perfect as a base.

    Here are a few more tutorials (sometimes it's better to see once!):

    To make candy from colored paper, we need:

    colorful paper;

    transparent tape and scissors;

    wide band.

    1. For the central part of the candy, cut out a square from a sheet of cardboard.
    2. We roll the cardboard with a tube and glue it.
    3. We place a gift inside the cardboard tube and secure it with transparent tape.
    4. We wrap it in beautiful paper, leaving an equal amount of wrapping paper on both edges of the cardboard tube.
    5. At the edges, we collect the paper in a bundle and tie it with a beautiful ribbon or braid.

    Paper candy can be made as follows - cut out a shape from paper (you can use thin cardboard), fold it in the shape of a candy, fix it with glue or tie it with ribbons. The size can be varied. In addition, such a candy makes a good packaging for a mini-gift 🙂

Helpful Hints

Almost all people love sweets, even if for some reason they have to refuse it.

And yet an unexpected surprise in the form of sweets in beautiful box, similar to one big candy, will please anyone.

DIY paper candy

You will need:

Thin cardboard

colored paper

Pencil

Ruler

PVA glue

Scissors

1. Prepare a sheet of thin cardboard and using a pencil and a ruler, draw three parallel horizontal lines - the distance between each line is the same.

2. Add a fourth line, which is 0.5 cm from the edge of the paper.

3. Now you need to draw lines perpendicular to what you have already drawn. To do this, measure 5 cm from the left and right sides and draw vertical lines.

4. Step back another 4 cm from the vertical lines and again draw 2 parallel vertical lines.

5. In the place where the lines intersect, draw rhombuses and, using scissors or a clerical knife, cut them out.

6. To make it easier for you to glue the workpiece, on one side of the future candy, you should cut out the edges of the extreme rhombus and you need to do this in the form of cloves.

On the opposite side, the edges of the rhombus must be cut off (see image).

7. Based on the drawn horizontal lines, make the folds. Make sure that the candy does not lose its shape.

8. Now glue the workpiece, but leave the ends free.

To please a loved one with an unexpected surprise, it is enough to give him your favorite sweets. But presenting them in a standard cardboard box, and even more so in a plastic bag, is not interesting. Recently, needlewomen delight us with a variety of ways to give sweets. Unusual decoupage boxes, candy bouquets made using corrugated paper, cars, cakes - there are many options. One of them is the use of handmade packaging in the form of a large paper candy. Creating such an original package will not take you much time, but the result will please you.

We will need:

  • thin cardboard;
  • colored paper;
  • glue;
  • scissors;
  • ribbon.
New Year decoration

Paper candies can be used for other purposes. Bright crafts will look great on the Christmas tree. Such toys are absolutely safe for small children, and you can make New Year's sweets from both plain and corrugated paper. It will take you only five minutes to make a small origami paper candy.

Take a square piece of paper and fold it in half vertically. Then visually divide it into three equal parts horizontally, bend the two extreme parts towards the center.

Turn the part over, make two folds towards the center (one on each side). Turn the part over again and bend the edges into irregular triangles, as shown in the diagram.

It remains to pull the ends of the candy, and the craft is ready!

Decorate the craft with ribbons, paper appliqués, or a colorful pattern. If you attach a narrow ribbon to the candy, you can safely hang it on the Christmas tree. And after the New Year holidays, these sweets will be a great addition to your child's arsenal of toys. Try it and this activity will captivate you!
