4) try not to work with paints on a napkin of red-pink (bright) tones with direct decoupage, since acrylic paint will react with vitreous varnish to a greater extent, and if there is no acrylic, color changes will be almost invisible.

The same product is applicable for decorative work on ceramics. The protective coating must be moisture and heat resistant, resistant to ultraviolet radiation.

A special stained glass varnish is added when coloring glass containers, including perfume bottles, in the decorative finish of glass-ceramic products. Note that the word "stained glass" in the name of the product directly indicates the possibility of applying the coating on any type of glass ceramics.

If it is required to treat glass and ceramic surfaces in rooms with high humidity or constant exposure to organic solvents, stained glass varnish is also available for this purpose. The main property of such products is increased mechanical strength and chemical resistance.

A special clear varnish on glass does not have to be used only as a decorative finish to protect designs. The base material after varnishing itself becomes more resistant to mechanical stress.
