Irina: Before opening the salon, I worked as a makeup artist in M.A.C.. My main point was the Vesna store. I was not going to leave the company, but it so happened that on March 8 I was fired for not warning anyone, I flew away with my beloved client Hope in Paris(she asked me to prepare her for her 35th birthday). All documents and visas were ready in advance - I did not think that something could go wrong. But suddenly, on the eve of my flight, we are all announced that tomorrow we are obliged to go to work. And I've already made up my mind. I couldn't let Hope down. I had to take sick leave and say I couldn't be. But someone set me up and told me that I had flown to Paris. That's how I ended up without a job ... I took the documents and went home, and along the way I started calling everyone who signed up for me. The clients didn't want to change makeup artists and insisted on coming straight to my house! So one day I lost my job and found it - I started painting my clients at home. It would seem that everything is perfect. People come, I bring beauty. So flew by for about two years. One of my clients was Susanna. I remember how gorgeous she was going to the next event. And I even stopped dressing up for clients. Met them right in their pajamas.

The turning point came when one of my regular clients Julia offered to open a salon and I agreed! It was a small beauty salon on the Garden Ring, of a boudoir, closed type. But we didn't work together for long. A year later, we had disagreements, and we mutually decided to disperse. I realized that now I want to find a reliable, my person with whom I will feel comfortable working and doing business. Susanna is such a person.

Susanna: In my opinion, Irina made a business proposal to me during breakfast at the White Rabbit. Irina: Our first home was a maternity hospital. ( laughing.)

Susanna: And you know, we stayed there exactly nine months. Here is such an unusual coincidence. Then we moved to a new place on Starokonyushenny Lane. But these are all trifles compared to the happiness that we have now. We have a global women's club. I remember how I described to Irina my idea of ​​our salon. It should be a beautiful large two-story building, in marble, with huge chandeliers. This is exactly how I imagined him, and this is how he looks today (Prive7 salon on Frunzenskaya. - Note. ed.).

Irina: By the way, we also came up with the name Prive 7 together. I wanted my favorite number to be in the name of the salon. And the word "Prive" is already Susanna's work. By the way, the name "Prive 7" fully embodies the concept that we originally came up with: a place for a secular salon, where it is always very comfortable and where you can come to chat with loved ones.

Susanna: We have a really good relationship. Of course, sometimes we swear, but very rarely. Still, we have everything clearly distributed. Ira is always responsible for public relations, customer base, for the atmosphere that she creates for these customers. In this regard, I am such a gray cardinal, I am more of an office worker. My work is connected with accountants, with documents. And we are very in harmony with Ira in the sense that I am risky, but Ira is not.

Now we already have several salons: on Frunzenskaya and in Zhukovka, plus one express salon in Evropeisky. Two years ago, we opened the Prive7 Academy, where we teach masters various makeup techniques, tell and even tell how to run a salon business.

There is also a series of closed bachelorette parties. In fact, we have so many activities that our flagship salon on Frunzenskaya Embankment lives an active life 24/7. We even have a joke that it’s time to open a marriage agency (laughs), since Irin Instagram and the salon account are viewed by many single worthy men. Irina: We now have a very high demand for a school, just today I received an offer from one company so that we could train their top employees how to do makeup and take care of themselves. For masters, we also have a manicure school, tattoo training, and we also conduct business master classes for owners of a beautiful business. Every day this direction becomes more and more popular. We really devote a lot of time to work. In general, I always arrive before everyone else, by 9 in the morning, and until the evening I spin like a squirrel in a wheel. But I always come home happy, albeit tired. I always warn all girls: if your business is unsuccessful, you will bring negativity to your family, you will not be satisfied. In our case, thank God, it's a different story, we are passionate and come home not drooping because everything is bad, but always full of ideas. We bring positive energy to the family.

By the way, now we are inspired, as we are actively preparing for the Cannes Film Festival, because we are the only Moscow salons to organize a pop-up beauty space for guests of such a large-scale event.

Susanna: Any girl who opens her own salon needs to be prepared for the worst. You need to understand: a beauty salon is very rarely a gold vein, it is rather an exception to the rule, that's how it is with us. ( laughing.) The beauty business is very complex, many people cannot cope with it. In no case should there be euphoria. Now I will make repairs, and they will come to me! Not! For example, this is often the mistake of it-girls, who have many millions of followers on Instagram - they think that these are already potential customers and if they open their spa, people will come to them. But this is far from true.
