Presentation on the theme of the alumni meeting. Extracurricular event and presentation on the theme "graduate reunion"

Slide 2

How to organize an alumni reunion evening?

Know what we want. Find and invite classmates (fellow students). Choose the theme of the evening. Create a program. Remember the past years... Make an estimate of expenses. Don't forget about the most important thing! What do we want? just gather in a cafe in a close circle, look at each other, chat or meet within the walls of your home school, chat with teachers or organize a big celebration not only for your class (group), but also for all graduates of the school (university). Have you decided? Then let's move on!

Slide 3

How to invite your classmates (classmates)?

We are looking for phone numbers in an old notebook. When calling everyone, we make sure to ask who maintains relationships with whom. We go to sites that help us find classmates. Here you can search for your friends, post announcements about an upcoming meeting (for example, vkontakte.ru and odnoklassniki.ru). We visit our home school (or university), leave information in the educational section, and post an advertisement. After all, now the children of classmates can study there too! Let's not forget about word of mouth.

Slide 4

What theme to choose for the evening?

Try to think about what you will talk about, what each invitee can talk about. To avoid awkward situations, try to warn everyone about this in advance in the correct form. But here it is important not to overdo it in your precautions. It is possible that such situations will not arise for you. If you want to do something unusual, unforgettable, arrange a surprise and please your friends from your youth, then a good themed party is what you need. The theme of the evenings can be very diverse - from the bard “It’s great that we are all gathered here today” to the themed parties “Back to the Seventies” or “Disco of the 80s”, where everything from the decoration of the hall to the music. the selection will be permeated with the era of your youth. “Choosing the King and Queen of the evening” is also a good theme for a graduate evening. These are a few examples of topics that would be suitable for almost any meeting night. You can come up with a topic based on the focus of your university or the department from which you graduated. If you find it difficult to choose a topic and don’t have a clear plan or ideas, you can turn to professionals for help.

Slide 5

How and what kind of program to create?

Think about who will host the evening - someone from yourself or a guest host. Consider also the musical accompaniment. It will be helped by both a professional DJ, who will make a selection of songs from that particular time, and his own music installation with karaoke, and you will make the same selection of songs completely free of charge. A pleasant surprise could be a guest “star” (possibly from among graduates) or artists of various genres, a dancing couple or musicians. Find out in advance whether your classmates are preparing performances, in case someone wants to perform poetry or a soulful song. It will also undoubtedly brighten up the evening. A small competition program could also be a good addition to the meeting. When selecting competitions, be sure to take into account the audience for which the program is designed, the number of competitions and their topics.

Slide 6

How to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of memories?

Bring a photo Make a video presentation using school (student) photographs Find chronicle footage or video recordings Issue wall newspapers Remember and sing together the songs of that time, “when you were young and spouted wonderful nonsense...” Just sit and chat, interrupting each other with the phrase “ Do you remember?...." You can record all this on a DVD, and then give it to teachers and friends as a souvenir of your youth and this evening

Slide 8

What is the most important thing about this holiday?

Remember! The greatest value of this event is not the menu, not the venue, not the musical repertoire and assortment of strong drinks... the most valuable thing is you and your communication! Thank you for your attention! Have a nice holiday!

AND THE YEARS QUIETLY FLOAT AWAY, Weaving for us a veil of wrinkles! Meeting classmates is sacred, you, me, and you and I together. This is our Golden childhood, This is a meeting with a timid dream. This is youth with tender eyes, Flapping of exciting eyelashes. This is what seems over the years to have no edges or boundaries.

It's always a little exciting to come to a meeting with the past. What if you can’t recognize Seryozha and talk to him. What if we have changed a lot and can’t find the words? And from such excitement, suddenly your head will spin, your heart will treacherously pinch, and it will become difficult to breathe... And a sign hangs on the door, that the graduate is already 45! Why are you so excited though! We all have something to chat about, We remain young at heart, Although we are no longer 25.

Look back for a moment... And what is there behind us? There swallows hover over the old school wall. There are children's quarrels There are a series of happiest days There are clear eyes No one will let you in there. We are all beautiful there When viewed from these years, But we all have no power to return to where we are not.

And the years... quietly float away, Weaving for us a veil of wrinkles... Only gray hair reminds us that there is only one life! And there is only one chance! There is no intermission on this stage, And the curtain cannot be closed... And time raises prices For the right to live fully, To search, to create and to be happy, As in childhood, to be yourself, To love... and also to be loved And - to rise above vanity! And happy is the one who, at dawn, once managed to realize that he is alive! Hello! That the sun is shining! And there will be a new day again.
