By May 9, the work of children is trimming. A large selection of schemes for trimming

A grandiose date is approaching - the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Victory over fascism and the end of World War II. We are faced with the task of conveying to our children the history of that war, not to let them forget the horrors of fascism and the heroism of our grandfathers and great-grandfathers.

In addition to stories about the war, reading books and watching movies, making postcards and crafts for Victory Day will help instill historical memory in children. Maternity.ru offers a selection of crafts for May 9 that you can do with your children.

Simple postcards-applications for Victory Day

Flat postcards using the appliqué technique can be made even with younger preschoolers. The plot can be different: festive fireworks over the Kremlin, a soldier's helmet under a branch of a flowering apple tree, a poster composition with a St. George ribbon, a star and young foliage. Depending on the age of the child, he can be instructed to cut out parts from colored paper or just stick them on a sheet.

Volumetric postcards with appliqué

Interesting details can be included in the plot of the postcard: voluminous carnations, they are made according to the principle or unusual clouds and the sun.

Not a flat, but a voluminous red star looks very advantageous - a symbol of the victorious army.

You can make such a star according to the scheme:

The basis for crafts for Victory Day can be not only an album sheet. The circular composition made on an old CD looks interesting. The disc keeps its shape perfectly, and such a craft can be hung, for example, from a lamp in a room or from a mirror in a car.

Multilayer postcards and compositions

A three-dimensional picture can be made from several flat images arranged in several layers with an indent. To create space between layers, use pieces of thick corrugated cardboard or foam board, and an ordinary candy box can become a frame for the composition.

Straw appliqué

If you know the technique of applique from straw or birch bark, then you may decide to take on such serious work as the triptych shown in the photo below. It will take a lot of work and artistic taste, but the result is worth it.

Postcard decoration with embroidery

Embroidery on paper or cardboard looks very original. You can decorate in this way, for example, the famous fireworks on Red Square. It is better to embroider not on white, but on colored cardboard - this way the craft for Victory Day will turn out to be more elegant.

A bright craft for Victory Day, embroidered with sequins, perfectly conveys the festive mood.

Stained glass is a complicated technique, but the result is very elegant and festive, so it's worth a try! We select an image for a future stained glass window or draw a sketch. We put it under the glass, degrease the glass surface (you can use a cotton pad with nail polish remover) and circle it with contour paint. Let dry and gradually apply colors to the glass.

Vytynanki - silhouette paper cut

A favorite of many can be used not only in New Year's decoration, but also in crafts for Victory Day.
You can start with a simpler craft. Here large shapes are cut out of colored paper.

More painstaking work will require cutting out a thematic postcard-panel with colored paper inserts. First, the main pattern is applied to the paper and slits are cut out, then colored paper is carefully glued on the underside. Depending on the background color, the panel will look different!

You can make a postcard from individual silhouette cutouts and stick it on the base.

Volumetric crafts from colored paper

Modeling from colored paper and cardboard, you can create interesting three-dimensional compositions. An excellent thematic craft for the holiday will be the Order of the Patriotic War or the Order of Victory.

Kids can be offered to make a very simple plot: an eternal flame from red and yellow paper, a St. George ribbon and an inscription.

Older children or a group of children can take on the manufacture of a tank out of cardboard.

Well, for those who feel the strength in themselves, we offer an even more complex composition. The plot can be, for example, a monument to fallen soldiers, with an eternal flame, flowers and stairs leading to the monument.

Crafts for May 9 from plasticine

A real memorial can be made from plasticine. You can supplement the sculptural image with a St. George ribbon and inscriptions cut from last year's postcard.

Plasticine is a very grateful material. You can make almost anything you can think of from it: tanks and planes, monuments to fallen soldiers, paintings and posters with slogans. It can be wrapped in foil or spray-painted.

Battle reenactments

Reconstructions of battles can be made from a variety of materials: clay, plasticine, cardboard and paper, and even dough. Working on such compositions helps children to feel more deeply the stories they read about the war and the films they saw.

Drawings about the war

Drawings about the war speak a lot: sad, with the hope of Victory and joyful - with the return home.

Wall newspapers, collages and posters

Be sure to release a school wall newspaper for Victory Day. Look at some vivid examples of thematic wall newspapers by May 9 and be inspired by ideas!

Making a collage of old historical photographs and letters, enlivening them with poems and flowers is a great idea that conveys the atmosphere of the Great Patriotic War to the generation of our children.

A collage postcard is suitable for decorating an assembly hall or stand. Check out two decorating ideas for one pattern:

On the printed map of military operations, you can make your own special military composition. For example, with the famous "Katyusha".

The article used photos from sites:

"Your heroic deed will not be forgotten,
Let the years fly inexorably
And lilac velvet brush
Let neopalima bloom in your honor!" (I don’t know the author, I took it from the Internet)
The most affordable material for making crafts is paper. Paper crafts are bright, beautiful. By May 9, I decided to make my craft from papyrus paper using the trimming technique. I tried this method for the first time, it turned out to make crafts very easy. Introduced to the technique of trimming and children in kindergarten. As a result of our joint work, we got a postcard, which we called "Congratulations on May 9!".

In order to make paper crafts using the trimming method, you need to take:
papyrus paper, glue, a rod from any pen, scissors.

2. Cut into long strips 1 cm wide.

3. Cut into 1x1cm squares from long strips. On the main sheet of the craft, make a sketch of the drawing.

4. Take one square in the middle, apply the rod with the end side and scroll the rod with paper, pressing it with your fingers.

5. We glue the resulting "water lily" figure onto the sketch of the craft using glue. Glue should be smeared with small areas of the workpiece, gradually filling them with trimmings.

6. Also, using the trimming technique, we will make the inscription "May 9!" on our postcard.

Our craft for Victory Day is ready!
We remember! We are proud! The Great Patriotic War is not forgotten. It is extremely important that the younger generation from an early age know about the feat of their ancestors. There is still an opportunity to meet with the participants of the Second World War, who, by the way, can be presented with hand-made crafts by May 9. For example, an eternal flame.

Materials and tools:

Cardboard box;
- colored cardboard;
- office paper;
- colored paper
- corrugated paper;
- marker;
- scissors;
- stapler;
- pencil;
- core for a ballpoint pen;
- ruler;
- stencil;
- glue.

Craft "Eternal Flame" do it yourself

We write 1941-1945 on blue cardboard using a stencil.

Cut out a strip 4.5 cm wide from red corrugated paper and fold it with an accordion, draw a circle with a diameter of 4 cm, and then cut it out, we immediately got several circles. We take 6-7 circles and fold them in half, fasten them with a stapler, cut the fringe with scissors. We fluff up - we get a carnation.

Glue them onto cardboard.

We cut out strips of 9 * 6 cm from green corrugated paper, twist them into a roll, glue the tip, and also cut out 4 leaves. Glue the stems to the leaves.

We also cut out 4 strips of a trapezoid shape and glue them to the flowers.

We cut out 2 doves from offset paper, and 3 from white corrugated paper (you can take a template from here).

We glue the dove from offset paper and from corrugated paper. We glue the second one on both sides with corrugated paper. We got 2 doves, we glue them together, leaving the wing free. We glue the dove on the cardboard, draw an eye for it with a felt-tip pen.

Let's move on to the bottom. A cardboard box (you can take it from under sweets, in our case it is from under cookies with high sides, which must be cut off, leaving a height of 4 cm and pasted over with white corrugated paper). We cut strips of 6-3 cm from brown paper. We glue them like tiles, cutting along the edges to the desired size.

It is better to cut the pedestal out of foam, but you can make it out of cardboard, like ours. It is cut out according to a template (which you can take) and glued together.

First, glue cardboard with a dove and carnations to the inside of the box, and then a pedestal.

On the reverse side of the red cardboard, draw a star from 2 triangles with sides of 8 cm so that the rays are 2.3 cm high.

We bend the rays inward.

Cut on one side between 2 rays to the middle (the cut is marked with a thick line).

We bend the asterisk 3 times from different sides.

We glue the rays, between which the cut, superimposing one on top of the other. We have a 5-pointed convex star.

Glue the star on the pedestal.

From red corrugated paper, cut out several leaves of different sizes pointed to the top. We glue them below - we get a fire fluttering in the wind. We cut off the very top of the star (literally 1-2 mm.) And with the help of a toothpick (needle) we insert fire into the resulting hole.

We cut squares 4 * 4 cm in size from corrugated paper of green, blue, yellow color, take the rod for the pen, apply it to the center of the square and press the paper around the rod with our hands - we get a trimming.

We lay out the ends on the sides of the pedestal and in front of it are flowers: the core is yellow, a circle of blue paper and a circle of green.

We write by hand, print out typed on the computer or write using a stencil 2 separate inscriptions: “we remember” and “we are proud”. Glue them to the sides. So we successfully made a DIY craft by May 9 with our own hands. Happy Victory Day, dear needleworkers!

Irina Nagibina
Сhudesenka.ru

Good afternoon, dear readers and guests of the blog! On the eve of a rather significant day that we celebrate in the month of May, I want to offer you a selection of ideas and master classes of crafts for Victory Day.

We all treat May 9 with pride and respect, go to the memorial and lay flowers at the monuments. But in schools and kindergartens, various exhibitions on this topic are arranged. Plus, there are events and, of course, competitions for the best work.

Therefore, I certainly wanted to help you with such a difficult upcoming work, and in order for you to complete it beautifully and quickly, I went through the Internet and collected a lot of magnificent and creative presentations, which I am happy to share with you.

We have already made various kinds of souvenirs, because there are a lot of holidays in the year. By the way, speaking of some ideas, you can take and coincide with this topic, I mean mine on the Day of Defenders of the Fatherland. And why not, because in it we made tanks, military equipment and the like, whoever has not seen, please come visit).

Very beautiful DIY crafts for May 9

I will start with perhaps the simplest, but at the same time popular and super beautiful option. Indeed, on this day, the red star and the St. George ribbon will definitely act as a symbol. I propose to make such a masterpiece out of paper.

Take a look at this layout and template. It is made of thick paper, or rather from A4 sheet, you can also take photo paper and then it will turn out even brighter and more saturated.

To build this, you need to print the blank that you see now on your screen. I have it in a large format, so if you need to write, I will send it to your email inbox.

The next option is plasticine fantasies.

You can add something else to the plasticine, for example, flowers, namely carnations, but how to make them and from what, look further.

Here is such a wonderful work with a bird and symbols.

And this is already more complicated, a whole composition, even if you can put it on an exhibition. Instead of plasticine, you can take a special dough for modeling.

Look, here are some more options made from salt dough.

Here are badges and medals.

This work deserves applause, made of dough in the form of a photo frame. Bravo to the author! It was taken from the Land of Masters.

You can make holiday surprises in the style of quilling, and origami can also be timed here.

Also, the method of trimming from ordinary napkins will go well here. See the torch, the fire of glory is made in this way.

I remind you that for this you need to cut a square and wind it on a rod or pencil, and then glue it.

Or this dove, well, it looks great, and most importantly, it’s elementary simple and accessible to anyone.

The main thing is a little patience and you will certainly succeed.

First draw a plot with a pencil, and then cut out the squares from a napkin, and glue all the details with a pencil and glue.

Star and flowers also look pretty together. And most importantly, the desired background is orange-black.

You can also post the date. And then continue the thought and do something unique and unrepeatable.

Of course, you can't do without fireworks. Tadam, it rumbles in the sky!

Ordinary discs are very popular among preschoolers and schoolchildren of elementary and senior grades. And what, after all, if you turn them over, it will be brilliant and original.

Place any symbols of the Victory Day on it, and then show everyone your work.

You can specify a date or how many years have passed since that day.

I also propose to dwell on such a funny product, namely a tank. Cut strips of cardboard corrugated paper, and then follow the step-by-step instructions.

You can even assemble matches from matches, imagine, but this video from the YouTube channel will help you with this.

It turned out pretty, but not enough to complete the star, right? Let's make it in the origami technique and it will act as a stand.

Excellent, how do you like such a charming idea? And then it will only get more interesting.

You can also make such military equipment from the dough, for this, make a steep dough from water (1 tbsp), vegetable oil (0.5 tsp), salt (1 tbsp), flour (1 tbsp).

Then start creating. It is best to do according to the picture or according to the finished toy tank.

Then paint in the desired color.

Craft in the form of the Eternal Flame with a template

The easiest thing that comes to mind is this application, schoolchildren and preschoolers always really like this idea. After all, they all love to work with paper and glue.

To get started, draw a fire, or use ready-made blanks, then a star and symbols, cut it out and glue it on a postcard.

I also liked this model, but based on this star pattern. Dotted lines are fold lines.

Transfer it to a sheet of cardboard, draw clear outlines on the back side.

Start folding along these lines.

It remains to add a missing note, a red fiery flame.

Here is a similar idea, I have a sample of a large star, write at the bottom of the article, I will send it.

By the way, you can make this craft from plasticine balls.

The main thing is to outline the contours for the child and tell him what is required of him. You can also paint the background with watercolors.

Well, make a small application, in general, come up with, for inspiration, take this idea.

Well, I could not pass by about this creative work.

We will need:

  • candy cardboard box
  • colored paper or colored cardboard (red, orange, grey, yellow)
  • PVA glue or double sided tape
  • hydrocyanic wire
  • cupcake paper molds
  • full body photograph of a soldier

Stages of work:

1. Cut out stars of different sizes from cardboard.

2. Tape the candy box in the desired color.

3. Saddle a crepe paper fire in different colors to make it look like it's on fire.

4. Now make triangles-stands from strips of cardboard and place soldiers on them.

5. Plus such semicircular columns behind them.

6. Well, it remains to build flowers, you can make any, I have one for this case, because you can make roses and tulips. In this version, it is supposed to be made from cups and decorated with paints, and chenille wire will act as stems.

7. And this is the result, it turns out that everything is not so difficult.

Here is another model.

Postcard made of paper and cardboard for Victory Day for students in grades 1-4

Probably the most common, and even very charming miracle, is of course flowers. How many of them there are, it’s just not with honor, I already gave you the best practices, but I didn’t show the carnation how to do it. Therefore, I am correcting myself, because it is they who, for the most part, are given on postcards to veterans on this day.

Fold a sheet of paper in half, then again and again. A red paper napkin is best suited for this purpose. You should have 6 rectangles.

Works well with corrugated paper. After that, put all the rectangles in one pile and fold them with an accordion, and then tie them with wire, as shown in this picture.

Make the ends in the form of triangles and fluff the flower. But, that's not all, you can experiment and take, for example, white, and circle the ends with a felt-tip pen.

There are many options, and they are all similar to each other.

Now you can take and decorate holiday cards with them.

Let's do this again. Fold the sheet in half and on one side draw what you want to hit.

Roll them into balls.

But, that's not all, you also need long strips, roll them into flagella.

Now, with the help of glue, start decorating the product.

It'll turn out great, don't you think?

Looks pretty cool and very stylish.

Here's another great piece of work.

Master classes of work for kindergarten (preschoolers)

For the little ones, I can suggest making flowers from ordinary cupcake tins. With this type of activity, they will cope with a bang.

We will need:

  • cups
  • chenille wire
  • paints
  • tassel

Stages of work:

1. Take multi-colored paper molds, if you have white ones, then paint them in any bright color with a brush, let dry.

Make a hole with a pen or an awl.

2. Insert the wire carefully and bend its end into the base.

3. Here is such an elegant bouquet came out.

Or a fun craft in the form of a salute, using the blowing method, put a drop of paint on the sheet, and then let your child blow into the tube.

Due to the air, splashes and splashes will be obtained in different directions.

You can draw a whole city in this way.

Or use bushings.

And the same molds only in a different role.

You can invite the kids to make an airplane out of ordinary plasticine.

Of course, they will need help, but they will clearly cope with this task.

It is possible to organize collective activities together with parents.

The main thing is to convey the symbolism of the upcoming holiday.

Even the postcards were made by pupils of senior, middle and preparatory groups.

Well, here is another masterpiece, very stylish and beautiful.

You can, if you want something more serious, create a machine from toilet paper rolls. Of course they will need to be painted in the desired color, black.

Then tie with masking tape.

And glue it with colored or wrapping paper.

Then it remains to complete the gun and the cabin.

We do crafts very quickly by May 9 for a school competition

The first thing that came to my mind was a stand newspaper. In my time they were very popular, we made them for every event, why not resume this tradition again.

You might find this video helpful.

I want to bring to your attention such small blanks in the form of coloring pages, take pencils and felt-tip pens and start conjuring over these posters, it will turn out just super and cool.

In general, if you want to somehow stand out from the whole crowd of your peers, then make a hanger from foamiran. Take a look at these flowers on ribbons.

I offer a small master class on this topic.

We will need:

  • foamiran
  • glue gun
  • a pin or better a brooch with a pin
  • St. George Ribbon
  • wire

Stages of work:

1. Take the ribbon and cut it carefully with scissors, about 25 cm long. The edges can be singeed with a candle or a lighter so that they do not fringe.

2. The next step, glue the blank as shown.

3. Mark up the details on a plain sheet of paper. Since this is a carnation, then they will be as follows:

4. Make such blanks from foamiran. That is, it will be petals and leaves.

7. Glue in some places, use a gun.

8. Fix the finished flower on a ribbon.

9. Glue the brooch on the reverse side.

Also, such a craft using the quilling technique looks original and excellent. You will need to first put on triangular parts, and then insert into each other in a certain sequence.

I hope you are familiar with this technique, here is some hint for you.

You can create any form yourself.

These pictures are taken from the country of masters. What a hand, just a torch of victory.

Well, of course, decorate it to your taste with symbols, for example, write Patriotic War.

Here is another creative masterpiece in the trimming style.

It is impossible to do without vytynanok on this day.

This pattern looks lovely and very cute.

Fantasize and you will definitely succeed.

Here are some samples for you.

Here, in general, the Memorial of Glory from birch trees turned out. The main thing is that he also timed the living branches.

You can paint pictures with stained glass paints.

Or decorate with threads.

And if you know how to embroider, then go ahead and complete such a product.

And finally, a super idea, this is beading.

Of course, if you do not understand this, then it will be difficult for you to disassemble this circuit. But, on the other hand, the result will be a very tender red rose. And the orange and black ribbon will go perfectly with this masterpiece.

Souvenirs and gifts for veterans on this day

For kindergarten children, I propose the simplest option, in my opinion, to make badges and orders.

You must first find and print the template.

Well, then for business, paint them as it should be.

First, paint the surface with white paint and let dry. Apply PVA glue to the purchased badge.

And stick them on the badge. Paint with acrylic paint.

Then continue to work and make a St. George ribbon.

On the other side, it looks like this.

You can also make such a holiday note out of paper in the form of a triangular letter.

Of course, all sorts of postcards with Victory!

For example, you can set it up like this.

Or put flowers on them.

Here's more work, take your pick.

Here is such a voluminous work that deserves attention, light fabric is used here.

This is what I will show in the next article in stages, so that it is easier to recreate. In the meantime, you can subscribe to my group in contact or add the site to your browser bookmarks.

Here's another super masterpiece.

Or take this one as a base.

Inside write wishes and congratulations, veterans will be very pleased to receive such a letter.

You can make and give a book, which is wrapped in a special way.

Scrapbooking style, as you may have noticed.

You can also bake the most delicious cake.

We make a St. George ribbon from satin ribbons with children

This year, as usual, we will decorate our clothes with St. George ribbons, which will symbolize and remind us of this important event in history (this is one of the main attributes of this celebration). If you look, these two colors represent the eternal flame of fire (orange) and smoke (black), which arose when the cities and towns of the Russian population of the country burned.

All of you have probably seen satin ribbon brooches at least once in your life, and now it has become fashionable to decorate them with kanzashi-style flowers.

Do you want to learn this skill? Then watch this instruction from left to right and repeat step by step, you will succeed, use a glue gun.

Choose any option and act.

All these masterpieces are fantastic and very attractive.

How cute and soft it all looks.

Here are some more ideas about it.

To whom these schemes seemed intricate, then for you I picked up a video with detailed instructions. Thanks to him, you will definitely learn this work of art.

Competitive works from the Country of Masters

Well, now, as promised, the works that I saw from this famous site. You can recreate such wonderful images from them.

paper dove of peace

Doves are another symbol. They can also be done with the help of improvised means that are in your apartment.

To make them look voluminous, make a lot of feathers, and then connect them with glue, or you can still use foam rubber.

Also take the threads and make the base out of them, this will be the body, and all other parts of the body from a different material, as in this photo.

Templates can be obtained on the Internet or requested from me.

See also on sticks you can arrange a composition.

I also liked this dove, it seems to be real.

In principle, it only needs to be printed on paper and cut out, and then bent along the fold lines.

And then enjoy the craft. Cool.

Or maybe you like this, the traditional version.

From plastic dishes, namely plates, look what happened.

Who would have thought, but this is also an imitation of real bird wings, if you have a cup with such ribbed rims.

And finally, does the bird in the style of vytynanok, or kirigami, really look superb?

How can you make a three-dimensional star?

In principle, in this article at the very beginning, we have already seen various kinds of stars. But, here I still want to offer one more video for viewing.

Plus, handmade items.

You can try first in the origami technique by bending.

Well, from this one you will be simply shocked, such a direct magic star will turn out.

Use cardboard, corrugated paper and glue to work. Do the preparatory work, cut out all the necessary details.

Glue all the parts together, and then decorate with imitated leaves.

Fold roses from corrugated paper, twist them in a spiral, then fasten.

Holiday cards for the Great Victory Day

I would like to slightly touch on this topic, although soon I will write a separate note on this subject. Now I propose to watch the video, and maybe you will make just such a charm for this Victory Day.

Even more ideas
Or take it and follow this pattern. It's bulky and not hard at all.

Or I offer a simple master class for viewing. Cut out a circle from corrugated paper and fold it like this.

Then cut the ends.

There should be at least 3-4 pieces of such blanks per flower. Lubricate the middle with glue.

And then put it on a postcard.

And add stems and leaves, as well as inscriptions and a ribbon.

If you do not like this option, then take this one or the next one.

They both look very good live.

That's all friends, this is the end of this post. I hope you liked these ideas and ideas and you will definitely take something to note. All bye and see you soon! Good luck and have a great sunny mood. Bye!

Sincerely, Ekaterina Mantsurova

The Great Patriotic War will never lose its enormous historical significance for all countries of the former Soviet Union. This is confirmed by the annual events of educational institutions, which help us convey the events of the war years to children. One of the most effective ways to explain to the younger generation the essence of Victory Day is to make crafts for May 9th.

Preparatory work for the celebration of Victory Day is being carried out in all schools and kindergartens. Teachers and educators offer children do crafts on may 9 which are sent to thematic exhibitions or given as gifts to war veterans and children.

If you are already thinking about what to make with your child crafts by May 9 on Victory Day, Let's take a look at some creative ideas.

Festive craft for a preschooler

Each manual work that a child under the age of 6 is engaged in should be not only entertaining, but also educational. When making crafts, the child needs to learn to think abstractly and extraordinary, develop imagination and learn to be accurate.

We suggest you try to do it with your baby craft-card for May 9"Salute of Victory":

To make such a simple postcard, you will need some materials and tools:

  • Decorative paper of different density (corrugated, colored)
  • Simple pencil and ruler
  • Glue (we recommend using dry quick-drying glue so that the child does not get dirty)
  • stapler
  • Stationery scissors and some kind of round object that the baby can trace around to make card elements

What sequence of actions must be followed to make a postcard:

  1. Take colored corrugated paper, fold it like an accordion.

  1. Circle round objects on the front side of the accordion to make circles (5-6 pieces of the same color) - they will depict salute shots in the picture.
  2. Cut out the circles with utility scissors.
  3. Do the same procedure with paper of other colors (to create a salute, use bright paper - yellow, red, blue).
  4. Fasten the same circles with a stapler. The upper layers will need to be lifted and flattened so that they look like flowers.

  1. Cut out 2 rectangles from plain colored paper. One of them should be slightly higher than the other.
  2. From yellow or orange colored paper, cut out several small squares.
  3. Glue on black cardboard (A4 format) rectangles that will depict apartments, and on them squares - windows.

  1. Glue the prepared salute shots to the top of the craft.

Festive craft for a student

A primary school student can already make a more complex voluminous crafts by May 9. For example, here is such a “Victory Monument”:

To create it, you do not need to purchase any special material. You definitely have everything you need at home and in your child's briefcase:

  • Colored cardboard and paper
  • A simple pencil, ruler and glue
  • Rectangular box of chocolates and ballpoint pen paste
  1. Cover the candy box with colored paper (color doesn't matter). We recommend sealing the bottom of the box with paper of either black, or gray, or brown.
  2. Cut out small squares from white paper - 2 by 2 cm. They will depict tiles.

  1. From colored paper, make small flower beds using trimming - wrap strips of colored paper on a ballpoint pen. Glue the resulting scrolls alternately with each other, forming flower beds.

  1. Glue the monument out of cardboard - form parallelograms of different sizes and cut out a shape that will imitate a pedestal in appearance (you can glue a red colored paper star on the pedestal).

Paper crafts by May 9

Making paper crafts is the easiest way to congratulate a veteran on the Great Victory Day. There are many interesting techniques that you and your child can use to make a beautiful greeting card. For example:

Crafts for May 9 using quilling technique

We propose to make such a beautiful white dove against the blue sky, because this symbol of peace is very relevant for Victory Day:

To make this postcard, you will need:

  • blue cardboard
  • White quilling paper
  • Red double-sided colored paper
  • Scissors or utility knife
  • Toothpick and tweezers
  • simple pencil

The process of creating a dove is simple:

  1. First, draw the outline of a dove on a cardboard base.
  2. Twist quilling patterns on a toothpick (in the form of an eye from white paper, and in the form of droplets from red paper)
  3. Glue white blanks along the contour to make a dove (prepare the beak from red paper)
  4. Glue the red blanks to the place where the flower should be located

Crafts for May 9 using origami technique

  • Cut red double-sided colored paper into 5 identical squares;
  • Make 4 folds on each square (they should fold towards the center);
  • Each triangular must be bent diagonally;
  • All blanks now need to be connected to each other using corners.

Beautiful crafts for May 9 from fabric

As a rule, craftsmen make toys and sew clothes from fabric. However, this material can also be used to create such crafts for May 9, like a tank:

In order to make such a craft, you do not need to possess special skills. All you need to do is follow a few simple steps:

  • From cotton wool and wire or foam, prepare a model of the future tank;
  • Take measurements of the workpiece in order to prepare a pattern from felt or any other dense fabric;
  • Sheathe the layout with the resulting pattern;
  • Use buttons for tank wheels (if you have ideas for other tank decorations, you can add them to the craft).

Crafts on the theme of May 9 from beads

Working with beads is very easy if you have a diagram of the product you are going to create in front of your eyes. As original crafts by May 9 you can weave a beautiful St. George ribbon from beads:
