For knitting a heart, we will use red Iris threads and hook No. 1.15.

Let's start with tightening. I demonstrate the tightening on the example of the head of another doll. I draw your attention to the fact that here, for clarity, I use a contrasting thread. In practice, I use dental floss or thin and durable cotton floss for tightening.
So, we make eye sockets for our angel. We insert the needle into the open hole and bring it out approximately in the 14th row. We count up 2 rows, insert the needle again and bring it out into the opening of the neck. Cut the thread, leaving the ends long enough so that you can comfortably grab them for tension.
Now we pull both ends of the thread as tight as possible, pressing thumb in place of the future eye, and tie in 2 knots. Don't be afraid to overdo it, as the tension will loosen as the knot sinks into the stuffing.
Similarly, we make the second eye socket, stepping back from the first 8-9 loops. The remaining ends of the threads can be cut off or tucked into the part so as not to interfere, and we are preparing to make another tightening.
I again show with contrast floss, but in fact I use only dental floss for this tightening. She is well buried between the rows and is completely invisible. So, again, we insert the needle into the hole in the head and bring it out in the hole next to the eyeball. Then we insert the needle near the second eye tightening and bring it out into the hole of the head. Again we pull the ends of the thread as tightly as possible, pressing with our fingers on the place of the tightening, we tie it into 2 knots. For reliability, the knot can be lubricated with glue. Cut off the ends or hide in detail. Here is what we should get:

Hair
The hairstyle will require patience and perseverance from us, but the effect will be worth the effort. For hair we use brown (red) acrylic. We wind the yarn on some flat object, for example on notebook or thick cardboard, 6-7 cm wide. Cut the hank on one side and remove fromtemplate. Now we begin to fasten each piece of thread to the head in the fringe way: we take the thread by the middle and we crochet it, clinging to the loop of a row of sc, then loose ends we stretch the threads through the formed loop. In this case, we introduce the hook towards the top of the head.
We make in this way a row along the line of "hair growth" around the head. Now we must carefully grease the loop of each “hair” with a drop of glue. I did it with a toothpick so as not to overdo it. Use a glue that becomes transparent when dry. We glued the entire row and put it aside for a few minutes to dry (at this time, you can knit other parts of the toy).
Then we attach the next row of “hair”, grease it with glue, dry it.
We repeat these steps until we hair the entire head. Don't be alarmed if the "hair" looks too long, we'll trim it later.
After all the threads are attached, we begin to divide each thread into components. My acrylic consists of 3 twisted fibers. The main thing here is to adapt. With two fingers of one hand, I took the thread by the tip and untwisted it, and with a thin hook I separated the fibers that made up the thread and straightened them. It turned out a mop with perm. Now we take the scissors, hold them vertically, take the angel's head in the other hand and start styling. Do not cut too much at once, you can always do it in time.
