Part 1___WHAT IS REIKI

Speaking very simply, and if at all possible to say about Reiki in a nutshell, then I would say this - REIKI is a multi-level COMPLEX of energy practices that can be used by any Person and even a child of any age, for the purpose of HEALTH at all levels and for the purposes of HARMONIZATION of many spheres of Life.

At the same time, Reiki is not a magic wand or a pill for all diseases and problems. Reiki is a certain layer of ENERGY that brings a Person into a state of INTEGRITY, and against the background of this holistic harmony, the Human body comes to a healthier state, moreover, in the most natural way. Therefore, Reiki practices are most often referred to as energy practices. But this designation does not reveal the whole multifaceted essence of Reiki, it simply simplifies understanding at the first stages of study. The very process of transferring Reiki energy is activated in a STUDENT through initiation (or initiation) into this practice at the 1st stage of training, which is conducted by a Reiki Master TEACHER.

In a little more detail, these healing abilities, as a kind of potential, are initially present in every person from birth. So, for example, when your head or some other part hurts, you instinctively put your palm on the sore spot with a specific subconscious purpose - to make it easier. Therefore, Reiki is carried out through the palmar chakras, especially at the first stages of training.

Since I am a fitness trainer by additional education, I will give an analogy with the muscles in the human body to make it more clear. So, each person has healing abilities, like a compressed program archive. Just like there are muscle fibers in the body. And each person can develop healing abilities to the level of a good healer. Just like pumping up muscles until relief appears. But in order for the muscles to become stronger and denser, and only where you need it, you go to the gym and, most often, under the guidance of a trainer, you follow a specific program with a gradual increase in loads, and also set up nutrition and the whole daily routine in a certain way, so that the result is manifested and preserved.

It is the same with our healing abilities - by themselves they will not manifest themselves so as to effectively, "environmentally" and quickly enough to heal and COMPREHENSIVELY harmonize the entire multi-level system of a Human, unless of course you have reached the level of Enlightenment :) And therefore, in the system of Reiki practices, as probably in any "subtle" practice, you also need TRAINING according to a specific program with detailed explanations from the Master Teacher, and you also need initiation (initiation), like activation or some kind of toggle switch that will give the necessary subtle-energy push and "show" the direction. And then, with the help of multi-level Reiki practices, you can develop the necessary abilities to a level where you can heal, heal and harmonize yourself in a complex way, and, if you wish, your family and friends.

Reiki is an ancient and wise self-healing, but nevertheless it is first of all a certain INSTRUMENT on which one must "learn to play". And each person has a very individual process. After training and the first period of attuning practices to the natural flow of Life, Reiki practices become quite easy and pleasant, comfortable and facilitating in many aspects. Personally, this has been happening in my life for many years. In the field of health, in the field of relationships, in the field of personal growth and self-awareness, and even in the field of impact on the future.

The results from Reiki practices are sometimes very impressive, but I will not write about them here in detail, as these will be just words. Someone else's experience - it is quite ephemeral in words. Reiki practices are learned only through OWN EXPERIENCE, not theory.

THE MEANING OF THE WORD "REIKI"

The word Reiki is usually written with two characters. The upper hieroglyph reads "REY", which means "divine, universal, spiritual". The lower hieroglyph is read as "KI" - "energy, spirit, strength." Together it can be translated as UNIVERSAL LIFE FORCE or UNIVERSAL LIFE ENERGY. The very word "REIKI" is more correct to write through the letter "E", and also pronounce it with a solid vowel. Sometimes this word is written separately, as well as the designation "Rei Ki" - "Rei Ki". But many are already accustomed to the word "REIKI" - together and through the letter "E". The essence of this, of course, does not change.

Let me summarize. Reiki is a certain Path, and from my own experience I will say that this is the Path, first of all, to oneself. To Yourself holistic, harmonious and balanced on all 4 levels of the PYRAMID of the Power of Life:

At first I wanted to reveal it in the article, but then I changed my mind) Apparently it was necessary to add about it all the same.

1) You made a very subtle point THE IMPORTANCE OF SAFETY during the transfer of energy, regarding the "interception" of his energy-informational distortions from another person. It's just that this topic is a little controversial, and different schools of Reiki talk about it in different ways. At the very beginning of mine, I went through stages 1 and 2 in the classical Reiki school, where this issue was NOT explained to us, I would even say that they were silent about it a little, or, perhaps, the disclosure of this issue was planned later than the 2nd stage. But already now I can say that it is WORTH TALKING about this with Students already from the 1st level.

Later, having completed a full course of study already in a non-classical Reiki school (I will write about different Reiki schools in the 2nd block of this article), I realized that it is really very important to know about some methods of "subtle" protection during the transfer of Reiki energy. For example, there are special additional ones for protection, which were given to me at this school already at the 2nd stage, there are special simple energy practices that can be added to the 1st stage. Also in my school there is a whole system of energy-informational PURIFICATION from everything that can be "picked up" from a person to whom Reiki is transmitted. Indeed, in fact, no one is immune from this - if there are resonant channels (that is, the coincidence of vibrations, which is not so easy to track and transform in advance), then you can still "catch" - the subtle one works - "like attracts only like". .. 2) About the separation of YOUR desire to help. There is such a concept - "Reiki ethics" - it says that a Person should always ASK HIMSELF to be "treated" with Reiki energy. Even if this is the closest person, not to mention just acquaintances - a person must make a simple request before the Reiki session: "Treat me, please" ... It seems - what is so complicated here. In fact, not everyone can ask. And a whole bouquet is revealed - if a person cannot ask, then he is quite closed, even to such natural energy, or he has too many vibrations of pride in his character, which means there are big gaps in the worldview - and in the end, most likely, YOU YOURSELF then "will get" from him))) And if a person CAN ask, CAN thank, then several times you can give him a Reiki session - while subtly listening to YOUR Heart - that it says how comfortable YOU are with all this message of energy. If all shanti - then you should not think too deeply - it itself moves you or it is YOU that is separate from this energy. After all, you can interpret it this way and that way - EVERYTHING is not just like that, and everything is THROUGH us, in any case.

But there is another side to this issue. Based on my experience, I come to a deeply conscious conclusion that every person should be able to HELP YOURSELF. Of course, I'm not talking about all 100 percent of the cases. But nevertheless, when you decide "", in this case, with the BODY for someone, then later they can "ask" you for this - WHY you are preventing that Soul from taking lessons with your help ... Here you need to understand the SUBTLE After all, it is POSSIBLE and NECESSARY to direct, suggest, show a couple of times how to come into harmony with the help of Reiki!... But treating another person is not very correct, especially from a karmic point of view. He must LEARN this, especially in our time, when these practices are available and open to everyone. But when this person HIMSELF finds time, opportunities, self-organizes, mobilizes, enters the most useful role in such cases as a "STUDENT OF LIFE", that is, he makes HIS EFFORT for such a "subtle" impact on his "problem" - then he will definitely GROW , that is, he will learn the lesson that the Universe has given him through. And what was the whole meaning and purpose of HIS "problem".

And by the way, that is why the non-classical school where I studied abandoned the practice of TREATMENT a long time ago and shifted its focus towards TRAINING. Yes, even Mikao Usui went through similar desires to help other people simply with treatment - at first he did just that - he simply invited sick people to his community and treated them. They were recovering. But after some time they returned to him, and were very dissatisfied, as their illnesses returned again. Gradually, Mikao Usui came to the conclusion that there is NO POINT to just heal, but there is a point in TRAINING a person to heal himself. And in general, treatment WITHOUT explaining to a person such important topics as "what diseases are given for" and so on - such treatment is considered to be in the guna of tamas (ignorance) energies, which means it does not lead to something true and blissful. The connoisseur resolutely stood behind me and began to move her palms over my head. Literally a few minutes later - lo and behold! - the pain disappeared ... As it turned out, this woman was a member Crimean Reiki Association.

A lot of time has passed since then, but that miraculous deliverance from Bati haunted me. And so, having plucked up courage, I called Stepan Anpilogov (a master teacher from the same association "and asked him to teach me the Reiki technique. The learning process that took place after the conversation did not even take three hours and, to a greater extent, consisted in explaining what Reiki is.

It turned out, reiki (reiki) (translated from Japanese "rei" - absolute, universal, higher mind, and "ki" - energy) is a pure, universal energy coming from above. You can open access to it only through the master teacher, and this channel will never close, even if a person does not use it for a long time.

Reiki has several degrees. The very first one (in which I was also initiated) is the basis. At this stage, the master teacher opens an energy channel for the beginner, after which one can help oneself and others only with close contact of the hands and the sore spot.

The second degree implies help at a distance, and the third differs from the previous one only in a stronger energy flow. And only at the very last stage a person becomes a master teacher - he is able to transfer his knowledge to others.

And now the moment of truth has come - the procedure for opening the energy channel. I sat comfortably in my chair, closed my eyes, folded my hands in front of me, and, on the urgent advice of the teacher, tried not to think about anything.

I sat in this state for about five minutes, feeling how Stepan was moving his hands above my head, I felt a heartbeat in the fingertips of my hands, and some kind of ringing warmth in the left side of my head. I confess. it seemed strange to me. And then Stepan said: “That's it!” - and I opened my eyes.

It would seem that nothing special happened, but after a few minutes I suddenly felt a great surge of strength, a feeling of joy and lightness. I don’t know, maybe it was a coincidence (immediately after the initiation I was given good news), but in any case, my mood improved noticeably, and from the very next day I decided to try the Reiki technique…

How Reiki Works

To tune in to the flow of energy, you need to fold your palms in front of you and mentally or aloud ask the reiki to come. You can say for example: "Reiki, come to me, be with me, flow through my hands, help me (or such and such a person) be healed."

Then you should say a prayer and start working with your own body: put your hands on your eyes, then on your temples, ears, nape, throat, under your chest, on, on the lower abdomen, on the hip joint, crosswise on the tip, lower back, knees, on toes, feet and heels.

The same session is carried out to another person, but in this case, you can also work out his back. Moreover, the hands should not pass simultaneously, but alternately. For example, we first tear one hand from our eyes and put it on the temples, and only then we apply the other.

The order of the "points of application" can be changed at your discretion: if the knee hurts, we start with it, and only then repeat the entire chain. At each stage, the hands should remain motionless for 2 to 5 minutes, and on average, the entire recharging procedure takes from 20 minutes to an hour.

When all the points on the “body map” have been passed, you need to fold your palms again and say: “Thank you, reiki". For the best effect, such “charging” should be done 1-2 times a day - the more often, the better.

I confess that the first few days I honestly carried out the entire procedure once, but for about thirty minutes. Stepan Annilogov advised, in case of lack of time, to open the channel before going to bed and put your hands, for example, on your chest, and in the morning thank the Reiki.

Nuances in the Reiki technique

With the help of Reiki, you can heal not only yourself, but also others. Many come to the courses to master this system precisely for the sake of their loved ones, most often for the sake of their children, trying to protect them from illness and the evil eye.

Reiki energy can charge water, food and even equipment - a car or a computer. The only contraindication- You can not work with a person who was under anesthesia, as the universal energy neutralizes the effect of drugs.

To heal another person, you must first obtain his consent. Stepan told how one woman tried to cure her sleeping husband - the opponent of reiki. After the session, her hands ached very badly, so it’s better not to break the rules, although reiki technique, according to my teacher, is absolutely harmless to the healer.

By the way, Stepan warned me that sometimes pain does not disappear immediately after a healing session, but this does not mean that the energy does not work. If, for example, you have a headache and reiki doesn't help instantly, which means that the energy first of all heals the cause, and after a while the pain will certainly go away.

My experiments

The next day after the initiation, I was sitting in a cafe, and I had a terrible pain in my knee. An opportunity to test new skills! Asking Reiki for help, I crossed my palms on my leg - this method enhances the action of energy, since it passes through two hands simultaneously.

To be honest, the pain went away almost immediately. But one day I came home from work completely broken. I measured the pressure and was horrified - nowhere lower: 80/40! With the last of my strength, I tried to call on cosmic energy for help - I did the whole chain, put my hands crosswise on my temples, but the pain receded for only a few minutes ...

I won’t say that after that I was disappointed in reiki - rather, I cooled down a bit. But my skill really helped others! A colleague was the first to agree to participate in the experiment: she wrote an urgent article all night and in the morning she felt completely overwhelmed.

I asked the reiki to help and moved my hands over the girl’s head for several minutes, after which I thanked her and her energy aloud (mandatory!). The colleague's vitality really rose, she stopped nodding and returned to work.

I am glad that my new healing skills are helping loved ones. Whether there is a universal energy or not, but I will still master the Reiki system. And who knows, maybe there really will be no more pain in my life.

Reiki (reiki) and healing. Hidden dangers!

What are reiki.

The following areas are also distinguished: mikao usui reiki, karuna reiki, named after the master teachers who founded these reiki schools, the training according to the systems of which is divided into certain levels, at which students receive the appropriate initiations and initiations: 1 level of reiki, 2 level, 3 rail stage.

For the fastest connection of a person to higher energies, as well as in the process of initiation and initiation ritual, Reiki uses the so-called Reiki symbols (special signs and hieroglyphs). The use of these symbols does not require obligatory meditation or long years of spiritual practice, as many masters in the karuna, usui and kundalini reiki schools claim. Acting directly on the subconscious, these Reiki symbols cause changes in the internal state of a person and thus give him the opportunity to connect to a higher source of energy.

In some Reiki teaching systems, it is believed that symbols can only be activated in a certain way, however, in fact, there are different ways to activate symbols and many Reiki masters and books teach that it is enough just to think about the intention to use these symbols to activate them.

But we will not consider in detail in this article all the principles, foundations and techniques of the Reiki teaching. You can find a lot of information about this on other sites, as well as read in popular books on reiki.

So what is reiki(or reiki) really?

It would seem - a magic pill, effective, without side effects leading to rapid healing.

But is it? Can the energy passing through the hands of a healer be pure, even synthesized from the Cosmos? AND to what consequences in the distant future leads this type of energy assistance, both for clients and for the specialists themselves, reiki masters and any other energy healers? And also, how stable can the result of helping with the application of these healing techniques by the laying on of hands be?

Let's figure it out and in search of answers to these questions we will appeal not to the widespread opinions of various Reiki schools and subjective assessments of the power of Reiki of various treatment methods, but to the physics of energy-information interactions, as to a neutral orbit!

But then we were forced to leave this level and go higher, taking a position of categorical non-interference in extraneous energy systems in any way, under any pretext, with any intensity. due to observed side effects, safety violations and the limitations of these energy techniques of help: both reiki and any other method of healing through the laying on of hands.

This article aims to show professionals assisting Reiki techniques and energy healing practitioners, as well as those who are just undergoing Reiki training or seeking to get rid of their diseases in these techniques in the form of a panacea, a much more expanded picture of the world than that which is limited only the level of energy flows.

Diseases, as it turned out, can have a completely different root cause, the roots of which lie at a higher level, in the field of information interactions, and "bad" energy is only their consequence.

First, let's take a closer look limited applicability of healing practices in general, be it reiki or any other system of energy assistance.

Let us turn to the physics of the subtle planes of the existence of matter.

Any person, in addition to his physical body, also has an energy shell (also called a biofield or aura), created due to the energy-information radiation of the organs and systems of the body, as well as the passage of control signals from the brain through biologically active points (energy meridians) of the body and having nodes of energy antinodes, called chakras.

We will not analyze in detail the physics of the device and the functions of each of these shells in this article, since this is a rather voluminous topic. Let us dwell only in more detail on the physical, energetic and emotional shells of a person and their relationship.

The emotional shell is formed due to the “foaming” of the surface of a person’s energy shell when he shows positive emotions: joy, pleasure from any process, etc. Those. the more a person experiences positive emotions in his life, the more volume of emotional shell he has (in metric coordinates).

And the emotional shell, in turn, performs the function of a lens that collects plane-parallel cosmic radiation (in the figure - wavy lines from above) on the human crown. This radiation, collected by the emotional shell, feeds, in turn, the energy shell of a person. And the state of the energy shell directly affects the functioning of organs and systems in our physical body.

And, as a result, one can pay attention (this is also confirmed by independent studies of psychologists and physiologists) that people with an optimistic life position, who often experience joy in their lives, as a rule, are much less susceptible to colds, viral and other diseases than those who is constantly depressed or in a bad mood! The latter simply have their emotional shell “blown away” or completely absent, and their energy shell, not receiving proper nourishment from above, also greatly decreases in size and ceases to protect the physical body from the programmatic impact of various viruses.

This level of protection by the energy shell of our body can be compared by analogy with the Earth's atmosphere, which protects us from solar radiation and meteorites.

Now let's look at the problem through the eyes of reiki masters and energy healers: if a person has little energy (resulting in increased fatigue, CFS - chronic fatigue syndrome, susceptibility to colds, etc.), then this person needs to raise his energy level by saturating his energy shell with “clean” cosmic energy transmitted through the hands of the healer. And now from all of the above, think about what is wrong here? What is Anti-Natural? From the point of view of Nature, in this case, diseases in a person arise only because of his incorrect, namely “pessimistic” and, possibly, aggressive position in life!

Nature thus encourages him to simply change his attitude towards the world, shows him that he is doing something wrong if he no longer experiences positive emotions from life. Now further. The form and state of the subtle-material shells of a person (as well as his physical body) is not static, but dynamic, i.e. constantly changing depending on the stresses that a person experiences, on the processes and situation in which a person is.

If we add the 4th dimension to the shells described above, i.e. time (t), then we will get the next subtle object of a higher plane of existence of matter (mental plane) - human memory body(in other words - Soul), which consists of a set of configurations of its shells in each quantum of time from the point of birth of a person to the present moment. In the body of memory all stresses recorded that a person goes through throughout his life. They can be traced by the distortion of the configurations of its shells at certain periods of time.
