You need to do an hcg injection. HCG injection and hormone growth after ovulation

Ovulation after an hCG injection occurs at different times, depending on the diagnosis and the medication itself. The injection is divided into several types, namely hCG: 1500, 3000, 5000, 6000, 7000, 10000. This article tells how long it takes after an injection of hCG to ovulate.

Different Types of Ovulation Stimulation Schemes

First of all, the doctor conducts an examination of the couple. After establishing the diagnosis, the physician determines the treatment regimen, which provides for the duration of the course of treatment, the complex of drugs, the dosage and the type of the drug itself.

Usually an injection of hCG (Chorionic Gonadotropin) is prescribed if a woman has such correspondences:

  • age up to 35 years;
  • FSH levels are within normal limits;
  • good spermogram of the husband;
  • lack of ineffective long-term infertility treatment under the IVF program;
  • normal patency of the pipes.

As problems are identified, the doctor selects a drug with a certain level of hCG content. Among these funds may be: Horagon, Pregnil, Profazi, Ovitrel.

Numerous options are offered among the schemes:

  • a single injection of Chorionic Gonadotropin 5000 or 10000. Usually, after 24-36 hours, the corpus luteum reaches the desired size;
  • to stimulate the corpus luteum, a drug of 1500 or 5000 is prescribed. It is possible that the waiting time may be delayed.

There are also hCG regimens for boys before puberty and men.

How long to wait before ovulation after an injection?

Usually, the maturation of the egg occurs 36 hours after the injection. But the fact that a girl is able to get pregnant naturally after treatment is not a fact. It is possible that for fertilization she will need help, or rather, such procedures as IVF and IUI.

In addition to the above, the stimulant drug implies a number of drug additions after treatment. HCG injections change the hormonal background of a woman. To achieve stabilization at the end of the Chorionic Gonadotropin injection, the doctor prescribes medications: Utrozhestan or Duphaston, or Iprozhin.

Can there be no ovulation at all after treatment?

For some women, the injection does not really help even after long-term treatment. In such situations, the doctor determines a different course for the girl according to the examination.

As already mentioned, egg maturation occurs 36 hours after vaccination. And do not despair if the result is a little delayed. It is possible that the effect will manifest itself in a few days or weeks.

How long does it take to have sex in order for the egg to be fertilized?

If everything is in order with the husband's sperm, then daily sex is recommended for 3 days after the injection. For problems with sperm, sex is productive on the day of the injection and every other day.

As a rule, doctors advise experimenting with conception every other day.

When can you do the test?

Tests are usually carried out 3 days after vaccination. In most cases, ovulation occurs during this period.

No matter what the test or ultrasound shows, do not despair. Previously, women waited for years for a pregnancy that never happened. Today, medicine is growing every day. And, it seems, has already reached its peak. And at times she, truly, creates a diva. 1 - 2 unsuccessful attempts - this is not a reason for frustration. Pregnancy does not always happen when you most expect it. The main thing is to believe - and this faith will certainly justify itself.

Chorionic gonadotropin- This is a hormone necessary for the fertilization of the egg and maintenance. Sometimes a woman's body produces too little hCG, which prevents her from getting pregnant. Then synthetic analogues of the hormone are used in the form of an injection.

HCG preparations made from proteins in the urine of pregnant women. The hormone stimulates the synthesis of progesterone and estrogen - the main hormones that help form the corpus luteum and attach the embryo to the uterine wall, and then keep the fetus until the placenta is formed.

Preparations available as a solution for injection, have the following names: Pregnil, Menogon, Novarel. An injection is made into the abdomen with a syringe with a short insulin needle.

HCG injections stimulate the ovulatory process, they are used for the following pathologies:

  • Dysfunction of the ovaries, which occurs due to a malfunction of the hypothalamus and pituitary gland.
  • Dysmenorrhea (menstruation, accompanied by strong, dizzy, weakness).
  • Infertility, which is anovulatory in nature. That is, there is no dominant.
  • Insufficient level of functioning of the corpus luteum.
  • Miscarriage (permanent miscarriages or missed pregnancy).
  • Preparation for in vitro fertilization.
  • Maintenance of pregnancy.

For the use of such a means of stimulation, there are contraindications:

  • Various tumors, cysts in the ovaries.
  • Early menopause.
  • Lactation.
  • Obstruction of the fallopian tubes.
  • Diseases of the adrenal glands.
  • Tendency to thrombosis.
  • Individual intolerance.

Important! Patients with heart and kidney failure are prescribed hormones only after a thorough examination!

HCG injection 10000 for stimulation

If a woman has impaired egg maturation, then ovulation does not occur. The reason for this is: polycystic, tumors, prolonged stress. The following situations usually occur:

  • The follicles do not mature at all.
  • The follicles do not fully mature.
  • The follicle matures, but the egg does not leave the corpus luteum.

The hCG injection is designed to help the formation of the follicle and stimulate the release of the egg.

Before using the hormone, a woman undergoes an examination:

  • Tests for hormone levels.
  • Examinations for patency of pipes.

The hormone is then injected when on ultrasound the doctor determined the development of the dominant follicle at a dosage of 1500-5000 units to stimulate its growth. To stimulate super ovulation in preparation for IVF, hCG is administered once in the amount of 10,000 units.

ovulation must occur 24-36 hours after injection. The process is controlled by ultrasound. If ovulation has not occurred, then in the next cycle increase the amount. The exact dosage is determined by the doctor for each specific case.

Important! Self-administration of hormone therapy is prohibited, this can lead to serious health consequences.

During ovulation

After, how the follicle burst and the egg was released, to further maintain her vitality and ability to fertilize, the doctor prescribes hCG injections.

Injections are placed on the 3rd, 6th and 9th days after ovulation at a dosage of 5000 units. This is necessary to maintain the corpus luteum and help the embryo attach.

During pregnancy

When pregnancy occurs, hCG is administered to prevent miscarriage or fading of pregnancy.

The indications for this are:

  • Risk of miscarriage.
  • A sharp drop in hormone levels.

The level of hCG is checked in dynamics, since low rates can be in the early stages, then they increase.

Important! Before the injection, it is necessary to conduct an ultrasound to exclude an ectopic pregnancy.

If the pregnancy is uterine, then to preserve it, 10,000 units of the drug are first administered, then twice a week, 5000 units each. Treatment can last from 8 to 14 weeks, depending on the patient's condition and hormonal levels. At the same time, Duphaston is prescribed to maintain progesterone levels.

How long does it take to ovulate

Usually comes in 24-36 hours after hormone administration. At this time, for the onset of pregnancy, sexual intercourse must occur every day.

Ovulation does not always occur after an injection, sometimes the corpus luteum continues to grow and turns into a cyst. Also, stimulation does not guarantee the onset of one's own ovulation in the following months.

Thus, an injection of hCG - this is a one time stimulation procedure rather than infertility treatment.

When to do the test

Hormone level grows in the first day the injection field, so ovulation tests are pointless to carry out within three days, as they will be false positive.

Checking for ovulation in 3 days after the procedure.

When to test for hCG levels

At the onset of pregnancy, the level HCG starts to rise. A strong decrease (by 20%) indicates serious problems:

  • Risk of miscarriage.
  • Ectopic pregnancy.
  • Delayed fetal development.
  • placental insufficiency.

To identify these pathologies before starting hormonal treatment, an ultrasound scan is necessary.

Normally, the level of the hormone constantly rises up to 11 weeks, then gradually decreases and remains unchanged throughout the entire period of bearing a child. For accurate diagnosis, it is necessary to take repeated tests in the same laboratory.

HCG norms in honey / ml:

  • Non-pregnant - 0-5.
  • 1-2 weeks - 25-155.
  • 3-4 weeks - 150-4800.
  • 4-5 weeks - 2500-82000.
  • 5-6 weeks - 23000-150000.
  • 6-7 weeks - 30000-230000.
  • 7-10 weeks - 21000-290000.
  • 11-14 weeks - 6000-100000.
  • 16-21 weeks - 4000-80000.
  • 21-39 weeks - 2700-76000.

The first increase is fixed after 11 days of conception, the level doubles every 48 hours. At the level of 1000 units, a fetal egg is visualized during ultrasound. To confirm the normal course of pregnancy tests are done every two days. Indicators may be higher than normal with:

  • Multiple pregnancy.
  • Gestose.
  • diabetes mellitus.
  • Down Syndrome.

It may also indicate an incorrect determination of the gestational age.

Before donating blood for a hormone, certain conditions must be observed:

  • Take the test at the same time.
  • Do not drink alcohol and do not smoke.
  • Stop taking medication.
  • Avoid physical activity.
  • For several hours you should not take food and liquids, except for water.

Possible Complications

Hormone injection - it is interference with natural processes organism. Therefore, the following side effects often occur:

  • Ovarian cyst.
  • vein thrombosis.
  • Ascites (accumulation of fluid in the abdominal cavity).
  • Hyperstimulation syndrome, in which there is a violation of breathing, palpitations, abdominal pain, dropsy.

Individual reactions can also be observed in the form of nausea, vomiting, indigestion, pain in the lower abdomen and lower back, mood swings, and depression. These symptoms disappear after the end of treatment.

Important! Hyperstimulation syndrome requires urgent medical attention and is treated in a hospital.

The hCG shot is essential ovulation support and subsequent pregnancy. It is prescribed if a woman does not produce enough hormone for any reason.

dosage and the scheme of application is chosen by the doctor, depending on the goals, the state of health of the woman. Usually pregnancy after such stimulation occurs in the first two months. It should be remembered that an injection of hCG is not a means of treating infertility, but a one-time stimulation.

When contacting a doctor for help in planning a pregnancy, patients are often prescribed an hCG injection to stimulate ovulation. Let's try to figure out what it is and how it is applied.

When is stimulation needed?

Successful conception and trouble-free pregnancy directly depends on the ratio of hormone levels in the body of the expectant mother. At the first stage of the cycle, estrogen is responsible for the development of the egg. In the second phase, progesterone is taken to work.

The ratio of estrogen and progesterone in a woman's body during the cycle

At the slightest imbalance, changes in sexual function are observed.
If the balance of the hormonal background, accompanied by the absence of ovulation, is disturbed, the woman needs to be examined, find the cause of the failure and begin treatment. In the case when the egg cannot form on its own, it is possible to stimulate its development with the help of doses of hormones skillfully selected by the doctor.

With the help of estrogen, the follicle is forced to grow under ultrasound control. An injection of hCG when stimulating ovulation is given when the germ cell reaches the desired size to help it break the ovarian wall. After 24-36 hours, a second ultrasound confirms the successful completion of the process.

The hormone hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) is obtained from the urine of pregnant women, as it is released into the blood after the successful attachment of the fetus to the uterus.

Indications for the use of HCG

An injection of hCG when stimulating ovulation is prescribed in the following cases:

  • lack of ovulation, here it stimulates the egg, not allowing the follicle to decrease, thereby preventing the formation of cysts;
  • insufficiency of the yellow body;
  • habitual miscarriage;
  • risk of miscarriage.

Features of the appointment of hCG

To understand what doses an hCG injection is used to stimulate ovulation, where it is done and in what doses, let's turn to the instructions. The injection is done once intramuscularly in the buttock at a dose of 5000-10000 IU.

The course of treatment is selected by the doctor for each patient individually, because. depends on the level of hormones and the size of the follicle. With an excess of a stimulant, the development of ovarian hyperfunction is possible.
If you want to buy an hCG injection to stimulate ovulation, the price of which ranges from 1000 to 1200 rubles, you should visit a large pharmacy chain.

Important

The presence of a prescription when buying an injection of hCG is required.

Contraindications to the use of HCG

Like almost any medication, an hCG injection has contraindications:

  • ovarian cancer;
  • early menopause;
  • obstruction of the fallopian tubes;
  • lack of thyroid hormones;
  • the period of breastfeeding;
  • individual intolerance.

Thus, hCG helps a woman at the time of conception, and then to maintain pregnancy. Many seek to find out as soon as possible whether their work has been successful and take a pregnancy test.

But, if you were given an hCG injection during ovulation stimulation, on which day the result will be reliable, the instructions for the tests will tell you. And it says that it is worth testing only after two weeks.

You can also determine this moment by a blood test. The growth of the hCG hormone with successful conception doubles every three days.

Ultrasound during the course of treatment is done constantly, starting from 8-10 days after the end of menstruation, and then every 2-3 days until a cell exit is detected or until a new cycle begins.

Many women who were prescribed an hCG injection to stimulate ovulation give positive feedback on its action. But here everything depends more on the professionalism of the doctor who observed the patient.

To summarize: in conjunction with other hormones, hCG plays a significant role in the process of stimulating ovulation, successful conception and the normal course of pregnancy.

A child is the dream of many couples. It would seem that there is nothing difficult in conception, but many problems may arise. One of these is anovulation, or the absence of ovulation. To overcome this problem, specialists use medications that promote the release of an unfertilized egg from the ovarian follicle. Often used today is the hormonal drug hCG.

HCG or human chorionic gonadotropin is a hormonal substance that is produced by the chorion after the process of implantation of the embryo into the endometrium (uterine lining). All currently available pregnancy tests are built on its definition.
In a normal state, pregnancy requires several of the following things to happen:

  1. ovulation (release of an unfertilized egg from the ovarian follicle);
  2. fertilization (fusion of sperm and egg);
  3. implantation (implantation of the embryo into the endometrium).

In some cases, due to certain reasons, ovulation cannot occur, then doctors resort to stimulating this process, and it occurs through the introduction of hCG from the outside. This hormone stimulates the growth of follicles and the release of an unfertilized egg.

Indications for the introduction of hCG are:

  1. rare ovulation;
  2. the absence of pregnancy in the last 12 months with regular sexual intercourse without the use of contraceptives;
  3. age over 35 years, in the absence of pregnancy in the last 12 months with regular sexual intercourse without the use of contraceptives.

Dosages

The drug human chorionic gonadotropin is available in various dosages, the most commonly used:

  • 5000 IU;
  • 1000 IU.

A dosage of 5000 IU is used to stimulate the ovulation process, and a dose of 1000 IU is used most often during pregnancy in order to maintain its normal course and prevent interruption.

Reference! The dosage of this drug is determined individually. There is also a dose of the drug in 10,000 IU. It is used in women with overweight or ovarian failure syndrome.

When is the injection given?

The injection is performed in the absence of ovulation. From the first day of the menstrual cycle, a specialist monitors the process of follicle growth through ultrasound. Additionally, a course of therapy with estrogen-containing drugs is performed. When the follicles reach a diameter of 25 mm, hCG is administered, then the ovulation process occurs over the next 2-3 days.

The drug is administered under the following conditions:

  • insufficiency of luteinizing hormones;
  • the presence of multiple ovarian cysts (anovulation in this pathology);
  • high levels of male sex hormones in a woman's body;
  • early depletion of the ovaries (there is a violation of the maturation of the follicles).

Preliminary preparation

2-3 months before the expected date of administration of the drug. First of all, it is important to pay attention to your diet. The food consumed should be balanced and rich in vitamins and minerals. It is also important to observe the daily routine, spend more time in the fresh air.

Immediately before the introduction of the hormonal agent, you should:

  1. check intolerance to the specified medication;
  2. undergo examinations by doctors, get a conclusion on the state of health;
  3. make blood samples for the amount of sex hormones;
  4. take a course of estrogen therapy;
  5. conduct a blood test for the presence of sexually transmitted pathologies;
  6. take a smear from the vagina for microflora, the presence of sexually transmitted diseases;
  7. determine the patency of the fallopian tubes;
  8. undergo a hysteroscopy;
  9. conduct ultrasound of the pelvic organs and mammary glands.

Injection

The introduction of a hormonal drug is made into the muscle, into the buttock. Depending on the available results of a number of studies, the specialist selects the dosage of the agent on an individual basis.

The following factors are also taken into account:

  1. the age of the patient;
  2. body mass;
  3. the reason for the introduction of hCG.

The injection is made once. After a day for 2-3 days, it is recommended to have sexual intercourse without the use of contraceptives.

Contraindications and side effects

It is forbidden to administer chorionic gonadotropin under the following conditions:

  1. the presence of neoplasms of any localization, dependent on sex hormones;
  2. the presence of hypersensitivity reactions to the specified agent;
  3. lack of patency of the fallopian tubes;
  4. menopause;
  5. dysfunction of the thyroid gland;
  6. breastfeeding period;
  7. predisposition to thrombosis.

When using this tool, the following adverse reactions may develop:

  • from the endocrine system: ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (characterized by the formation of cystic neoplasms of the ovaries, their subsequent rupture, ascites, accumulation of fluid in the chest cavity, the development of thromboembolism);
  • from the gastrointestinal tract: nausea, vomiting, impaired stool;
  • from the nervous system: pain syndrome;
  • from the respiratory tract: shortness of breath.

Increasing hCG by day after ovulation

The levels of human chorionic gonadotropin after the process of ovulation vary significantly.

The increase in hCG depending on the week of pregnancy has the following meanings:

Pregnancy, obstetric weeksHCG values
Pregnancy 3-4 weeks1500-5000

Stimulation of ovulation with hCG and Clostilbegit

One of the common drugs used to stimulate ovulation is Clostilbegit.
For many years, this tool has been highly effective and is the drug of choice for stimulation. Can be used simultaneously with hCG injection. During stimulation with Clostilbegyt, the functioning of the ovaries is enhanced, which is achieved due to the increased production of the required hormones by the structures of the brain. This medication helps to reduce the concentration of estrogens in a woman's body, which does not interfere with the natural production of gonadotropic hormonal substances.

Stimulation with Clostilbegit is contraindicated in the presence of the following conditions:

  • pathology of the gastrointestinal tract;
  • diseases of the urinary system;
  • the presence of cystic formations of the ovaries;
  • the presence of infectious and inflammatory diseases of the genital organs;
  • neoplasms of any localization, dependent on sex hormones;
  • endometriosis.

When conducting stimulation with this drug, the following adverse effects may occur:

  1. pain syndrome localized in the lower abdomen;
  2. cephalgia;
  3. sensation of hot flashes;
  4. change in the sleep-wake cycle;
  5. weight gain;
  6. nausea, vomiting;
  7. drowsiness, lethargy, irritability;
  8. discomfort localized in the zone of the mammary glands;
  9. bloating;
  10. violation of the chair;
  11. allergic reactions.

Stimulation with Klostilbegit is performed from the 5th to the 10th day of the menstrual cycle. After the introduction of the first dose in a day, the follicles are evaluated by ultrasound. The dose is selected depending on body weight and the duration of the menstrual cycle. The period of use of the drug is 5 days.

Lack of ovulation after injection - what to do?

Even after the introduction of hCG, ovulation may not occur. The most common causes of this adverse effect may be:

  1. insufficient dosage of a hormonal drug;
  2. ovarian resistance;
  3. the presence of external endometriosis;
  4. the presence of endocrine diseases.

To identify the cause of the lack of action of the drug, the patient should have a more complete and comprehensive examination in order to achieve the desired result in the future.

Ovulation stimulation is a procedure that promotes the release of an egg from a mature follicle for the purpose of further fertilization and the desired pregnancy. For its implementation, many drugs are used, most often - hCG and Klostilbegit. If you have problems with conception, you should contact a specialist to identify the causes of this condition, conduct a further course of treatment and obtain the desired result.

- a hormone produced by the embryo after its attachment to the endometrium. It contributes to the normal progression of pregnancy and ensures its smooth flow. The main functions that the hormone performs are:

  • Stimulation of the functioning of the corpus luteum. As a result, a sufficient amount of progesterone is provided, which remains the main substance that supports the development of pregnancy.
  • Activation of the growth and formation of the placenta, due to which there is a contact between mother and child.
  • General control of metabolic processes in the body of a pregnant woman and fetus.

Given the above functions of hCG, it becomes obvious that it is one of the main regulators of normal gestation. That is why its synthetic analogue is used in medicine to increase the chance of getting pregnant and prevent a number of pathological conditions. An injection of human chorionic gonadotropin can help you conceive and carry a healthy baby. However, it all depends on the specific circumstances of each individual case.

The standard definition of pregnancy occurs by using a classic pharmacy test. When the urine of a woman who is pregnant gets on it, the cherished 2 strips appear on the tablet, which confirm the fact of the development of a new life in the womb.

The chemical reaction is based on the interaction with the hormone in the urine. An alternative may be a blood test for the presence of a bioactive substance there. In the absence of pregnancy, it is very little or not at all in the body, however, if conception has occurred, the hormone will begin to sharply increase its concentration in the blood. For research, venous blood is used, in which hCG itself is searched. The first positive results usually appear at 7-10 days in the blood and 10-14 days in the urine.

Does the hCG injection affect the chance of getting pregnant?

Given the functions of the hormone, as well as its fairly widespread use in medicine, women often ask: “Should I expect pregnancy after an hCG injection?”. To answer, you need to understand a little more about the features of its application.

A shot of the hormone really helped more than one woman get pregnant. However, there are only a limited number of situations where it is effective.

HCG injections are credited for:

  • Continued functioning of the corpus luteum. With its insufficiency, endometrial inferiority can be observed, the unwillingness of the uterus to accept the fetus. HCG changes this situation for the better.
  • To accelerate the process of formation of the placenta.
  • To stimulate ovulation. It is for this that hCG is most often used.
  • To prepare for in vitro fertilization.

Given the goals pursued by doctors, a number of indications for the use of hormone injections can be distinguished:

  • Insufficient functional activity of the corpus luteum.
  • Infertility due to anovulatory menstrual cycle.
  • Habitual miscarriage.
  • High risk of miscarriage.
  • As part of the process when applying a variety of assisted reproductive technologies.

In all these situations, the use of hCG injection will be justified. This is confirmed by the many years of experience of doctors and the reviews of those who were helped by such an injection to get pregnant.

How is HCG used?

If the fair sex has anovulatory infertility, then an injection of hCG can be one of the ways to solve the problem. It will also help those who, for one reason or another, have a hormonal imbalance, which leads to insufficient maturation of the follicles in the ovaries.

Those women who could not get pregnant for a long time note the positive effect of gonadotropin. Often, even with the progression of anovulatory infertility, it was possible to successfully conceive a child.

If the hormone is used during pregnancy planning, then a single injection of hCG 10,000 is considered standard. This dose is prescribed for a reason. Before direct injection, an appropriate preparatory stage is carried out, which includes the use of hormones to stimulate the growth of follicles. Only after their development and the dominant follicle reaches a size of 20-25 mm, can an hCG injection be used. Basically, this is the 14-20th day of the cycle. The size of the follicle is controlled by ultrasound.

This procedure stimulates ovulation, the follicle ruptures, and the mature egg begins its journey towards the spermatozoa. HCG in this case "helps" natural conception occur. Ovulation usually occurs 12-36 hours after the injection. Therefore, in order to achieve the desired result, it is necessary to actively try to conceive a child during this period of time. In most cases, everything goes well.

Sometimes, to stimulate ovulation, it is enough to inject hCG 5000. However, you need to understand that only the attending physician should calculate the dose. He will be able to comprehensively assess the patient's condition, her hormonal balance and prescribe the appropriate amount of hCG.

The most popular drugs:

  • Gonal (and also Gonal F);
  • Chorionic gonadotropin;
  • Puregon;
  • Menogon.

After a successful conception, progesterone is additionally prescribed to maintain the pregnancy.

What will a blood test show after an hCG injection?

Many women are interested in when it is possible to conduct an ovulation test after an hCG injection, and whether it is worth doing it at all. Basically, doctors recommend monitoring the release of the egg from the follicle using ultrasound. However, if there is a desire to apply the appropriate tests, then they should be carried out virtually daily after the injection itself to control ovulation.

The dynamics of the increase in hCG in the blood after the alleged act of conception will help to establish its success. It is justified to do a pregnancy test after an hCG injection in 1-2 weeks. Approximately this is the time it takes for a fertilized egg to start synthesizing its own hCG. If you diagnose earlier, you can get a false positive result, which is due to the preliminary administration of the drug in the form of an injection. In any case, you should consult with your doctor for appropriate recommendations.

Selected Reviews

Examples include testimonials from visitors to a well-known clinic who were injected with hCG (the survey was conducted anonymously, names have been changed):

  • Anna: “At first I was stimulated with Klostilbegit. In the 1st cycle, the follicle reached 18 mm, but did not rupture. On the second attempt, it was 19 mm, and then they gave an injection of hCG. We have been waiting for pregnancy for more than a year, and after hCG it came! We are now six months old."
  • Victoria: “We couldn’t have a baby for a long time. Already tried everything. They studied these sizes of follicles, tried different methods, stimulated me as much as possible, and hCG was pricked, but without effect. Although the follicles were ripening, they still did not come out. In general, gonadotropin did not help us, and none of the previously used ones. I spat on the recommendations of doctors and decided to adjust the weight. And that really helped me."
  • Sofia: “We conceived from the first injection of hCG. Analyzes were taken 10 days after the injection. They immediately showed 2 stripes. Sadly, we did not succeed in saving the pregnancy. Now we want to try again."

As you can see, the hCG injection is not a panacea. Yes, it significantly increases the chance of conception, but much depends on the individual characteristics of the body of each woman and the specific situation.
